Usually bring my vehicle to The Car Clinic of Miami but, had to take it somewhere else for an oil change. Unfortunately, the place I took it to did a horrible job and cracked a component which lead to my car having zero oil in 1 weeks time. The Car Clinic or Miami saved the day by replacing the piece, replenishing the missing oil, and even cleaning the engine compartment for me! I wont be going anywhere else again. THANK YOU GUYS! Work done on a 2016 Scion FRS (Wifes car). Needed a new clutch and flywheel since I was driven with no clutch for over 100 miles just to make it home.All parts listed with prices where close to dealership prices and just as fair or better then me buying them from local auto parts stores.Labor to replace a clutch,flywheel and slave cylinder was very good for that type of job performed.Towed car Monday afternoon, It was ready Next Day for pickup after 2pm (Got text telling car was ready for pickup). Labor warranty for more than a year. I think is 3y/36000 on those particular parts. Cant remember exactly. But its warranty.Overall great experience. Personel was polite, place is clean.This will be my go to place from now on for car maintenance. Including all future oil changes. On both my cars.Ivan took care of my issue. Great person very polite.This job was completed on Feb 16 2021

Dealership service center was charging me 2,084 plus other charges, and I was able to get the same service plus more for only 1,611 including tax. I should’ve just came here first and saved money on towing. They also educate while explaining why an specific service needs to be done.

Ivan went above and beyond helping me with radiator replacement cost, transportation, etc. Easy to find place, organized parking lot, super clean waiting room with plush seating. Decent place, my lack of one star is around the usual upsell of some service that in my instance and with a second voice feedback of a mechanic friend said that Im completely fine. But apart from that negative... They were very proficient, clean waiting area and LOVE that they take pictures of the vehicle repairs and parts. For South Miami, this place surprisingly rocks and to throw ALL shade is way better than Miamis Non-Quality auto repair. Will visit again definitely for any car anomalies that are found.

After a horrible experience at a Honda dealer where I left without services, I google a private automotive shop to get my Honda Accord 2016 serviced. I run into The car clinic of Miami.My experience could not have been better. I called and made an appointment on the same day. I elected to wait for the services. The shop was very clean and organized, customer service was excellent. Before any discussion of cost, I was presented with a full inspection of the car with pictures and details of everything that was functioning well in the car, all the recommendations for 30k miles and also other things that needed immediate attention so I can elect what to do. They responded every question I had. I asked if a coupon could be applied and even I did not qualify due to not meeting the amount required for the coupon, they still manage to adjust the coupon and give me a discount.I got all I needed done and left happy I found this place. They also topped all fluids compartment in my car since I checked before and after, something almost never get done in other places.I am very happy I found a place that understand the importance of customer service and that you make so much more money in the long run when you provide good honest service and people come back and recommend their family and friend that when you rip innocent people off and they never come back.Thank you guys and I will see you on my next maintenance!

Ive opted to make this my main mechanic shop for the value I saw and the apparent honesty in their assessments. I saw the good reviews and it was near my new address. I went in because suddenly my vehicle was screeching when moving and I feared for my safety. I knew enough to inspect the brakes for any obstructions or thickness, but none of that seemed to be the issue. I was able to come in quickly mid-pandemic and have my car looked at. The team reported back, honestly, that my brakes still have 9 and 12mm and were practically new and that they couldnt find anything, and that the noise was no longer there. They did not pressure me for anything else nor did they abuse this consultation. I opted for an oil change since it would be due soon anyway as a thanks for the peace of mind. They suggested I clean my air filter too, which to be fair I hadnt changed since Nov 2018 (it is now August 2020) but they reminded me I had a K&M reusable high-performance filter instead of just throwing it away they offered to clean it with the correct products. I left satisfied, but the noise returned; I called back and arranged to drop it Friday (they heard the noise upon my arrival) and leave it over the weekend (beware if you have chunkey keys, they may not fit in the drop box). Monday they called me within two hours of opening and told me that when they completely removed the tire they found the culprit was a hard rock stuck deep and hidden and in such a way in the brake caliper assembly that it wasnt easily detectable, and I was not charged abusively for this service/information. Car is driving fantastically since. Lobby is nice too.

One of the best auto repair shops in Miami. They detail what is wrong with your car. They provide images and give you honest repair costs. I compared with other repair shops and my dealer on a higher end car and the car clinic came out with a better estimate. Since theyve repaired the car I havent had any issues.In life you need a good doctor, lawyer, and mechanic. The mechanic part Ive figured out with these guys.

I am very impressed by The Car Clinic! I went in for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my car, complete with pictures! Before they did any work, they showed me the results of the inspection - my brakes are good, my air filter needed to be replaced. Then we talked about what would be done. And it was done in a timely manner.Additionally, I ordered a part to be replaced in the center console of my 2012 Honda Pilot and, when it came in, they contacted me and replaced it, again in a timely manner.Now, for the customer service part: Chris and Fernando were fantastic! They were both friendly and professional, keeping me informed as time went by (I waited in their VERY Comfortable waiting area while the work was done both times). In addition - and this is what impressed me most - a couple days after the work was done, I received a THANK YOU CARD IN THE MAIL! *NOBODY* does that! If you thought honest mechanics were mythical creatures, let me tell you where to find your unicorns! When my hubby’s transmission on his Ford started to fail, we were left with no choice but to take it to a mechanic. We heard about The Car Clinic through a neighborhood app and had read great reviews about them. Well, we took a chance and, after a few preliminary conversations with Chris, we had the car towed to their shop. Before we even received a comprehensive inspection report, the vibe felt just simply different from your usual mechanic shop. There was not only professionalism but courtesy and transparency.The following day, once the car was diagnosed, we were hit with the bad news that the transmission was in fact bad. If you’re familiar with the cost of replacing a transmission, parts and labor included, you know we are talking about a significant chunk of money. This is where all those positive reviews we had read about became confirmed: Chris took it upon himself to do further investigating and discovered that our car was covered by a manufacturer warranty we didn’t even know about. He guided us on the next steps so that we could have this repaired by the dealer at no cost to us! WHAT MECHANIC DOES THIS??!!! The kind who is truly ethical and cares more about the client than simply scamming someone. We are forever grateful to Chris and Fernando at The Car Clinic for their integrity, patience and for communicating with us so efficiently. We didn’t get our car repaired here but I assure you that they’ve gained two new clients plus all our friends and family whom we will refer. On a rainy Tuesday evening, my Nissan Rogues transmission gave out on my way home. I was prepared to be dealing with the issue at least until the weekend, but Car Clinic blew my expectations out of the water. I had it towed to their premises by Tamiami Airport on Wednesday morning and the car was ready and back to normal by 5 PM, same day. Thanks Ivan!

Im so happy I found this place. The car clinic always has my best interest in mind and theyre up front with me on the cost of services. They even will let me know what needs to be done right away and what can wait until next time. They always know me by name and are very inviting. The wait times are very reasonable. Honesty and integrity seems to really be something they value in their relationship with their clients. We had a run of back luck with the initial repairs and they responded like the gentlemen they are, going way over board to make things right and our experience one that we wont regret. I came in to repair a major engine problem and they try their best to fix it. When they were unable to fix the problem, they put in a brand new 0 miles engine in my vehicle without charging me for it, acknowledging all my troubles and expenses on the vehicle so far. I didnt have to ask for this, they realized that this will be what it took to make me happy and they went for it. What mechanic does this nowadays? Well, I am taking my other family cars to them for sure!

These guys are great! Today after doing maintenance on my Lexus, they noticed that a break light was out,(something that could lead to a ticket). They brought it to my attention, and I had it promptly replaced in minutes at a minimal price. Cant beat that!

The front desk staff is great! My first visit I received a printout with pictures of all the things that needed attention. All items were ranked in the order of priority (severity), red being needs service now and yellow was needs attention, but not necessarily now. I was able to choose what I wanted to be repaired and not the other way around like most places - being told what needs to be done now. The work quality is superb! All work they did on my 2007 PT Cruiser was fantastic and the best part - all of their work is guaranteed for 2 years!! I am SO glad I stumbled across this auto repair center and Im glad I gave them a chance! I cant be happier.

My mother (Albertina B) took her car for an oil change and routine maintenance. She lives in Miramar about 45 minutes away from The Car Clinic. When she was almost home a light turn on something about the tires, she called the shop and a person under the name of Chris answer the phone and told her he will pass by her house so she didnt have to come back so far away. Following day he came over checked on everything and the car is working fine. Talk about customer services. He was very nice Thank you Chris and The Car Clinic you guys ROCK!!!

They never have time for a simple oil change.

We first dealt with The Car Clinic when the battery died on my wifes Honda Accord. The car was still under warranty, but due to hurricane Irma, the dealership was closed. The Car Clinic installed a new battery and helped us get reimbursed from Honda. Based on that experience, we took my sons 2006 Acura TL to be checked out before he took it up to college. They checked all systems and compiled a list of items that needed repair in order from most to least important. Their estimates are exact and very straightforward - they dont mess around or try to change the price later. After they completed the repairs, the check engine light came on, indicating a problem with the emissions system. I took it back, and they found that an oxygen sensor had gotten fouled with oil. Even though it was not part of the original work, they replaced the sensor for free since I had just done several repairs on the car. The people at the Car Clinic are trustworthy, efficient, fair, and stand behind their work. They truly care about their customers. This is rare to find in an auto repair business. I would not hesitate to take my car there - you wont be disappointed!

Oil change prices are comparable to the Dealer, so why drive to them? these guys get it done right and fast for you. if you are in a hurry, drop it off the night before. my favorite thing is that they are not pushy for you to get more services done. I started bringing my Lexus IS350 to him about a year ago because of convenience to my place of work and his proximity, plus I would never take my car to Lexus of West Kendall (The Worst Service Dept ever). Now that I have switched jobs and I work and live in Coral Gables I will make the drive from here to him because he has been amazing!! He charges extremely well and is super honest about issues with your cars. Always goes above an beyond for customers and if you set an appointment with him you will not be waiting Latin time to get your car back. He has you in and out with no delay. While the dealerships could not give me a straight answer about what would even be inspected, and told me that I would need to leave my vehicle there for at least a full day (and likely more), the Car Clinic was able to give me straightforward information about their work and was able to fit me in on the same day that I called.
