Alex in the front office is great, very attentive and great attention to detail. Mike, the mechanic did an excellent job, my splash shield had cracked and had some screws missing, he was able to use the fasteners I did have and arrange them to hold it better so it wouldnt flap around, nice to see mechanics going the extra mile. I took the time to make an appointment for 1pm on Saturday July 10th. It was for a break job. I got to the shoot at 12:30. I was told it would take about 2 hours for service. At 3:30 I was asked what car I had. Then was told what was wrong, the paper work was just sitting there. Then I was told I would get a discount for sitting there all day. I was the last customer to leave at the same time the shop closed. I will not be taking my business there again. Still wondering why they have an appointment system and not honor it.

One the most honest mechanics in MIA. I usually deal with Richard but everyone is actually really nice and good when it comes to cars. I have a general knowledge about cars and I can’t tell they don’t try to up charge me or up sale any services.

Dixon generously filled up my truck tires at no charge. He was very kind and didn’t ask anything from me to help me out. I’ll be going here next time I need service

This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at an automotive repair shop. I called earlier in the week and spoke to Richard so when I went in on Saturday morning and was explaining to the gentleman my issues, Richard was right next to him so he jumped in and took over. He remembered my name, the model of my car and what I was there to have done. Richard is a master of his craft. Don’t get me wrong, all the service writers and the technicians were superb. Extremely professional. But Richard (who is the service manager) was the one helping me. He told me how much it would cost in advance, how long it would take and then brought me out back to show me I also needed a new caliper. He was very understanding of my budget and although at first I was trying to cut corners, he was able to do the complete job the right way as well as keep it within my budget, and had it all done by the time he said it would be. It only took this one visit and they’ve made a loyal customer for life out of me. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone looking for a place to bring their cars.

Found out about Goodyear Pinecrest after going through an issue with Goodyear Coral Gables. Dixon answered the phone and resolved my issue of seeking the exact tires I wanted for my girlfriend’s vehicle. Dixon didn’t find excuses nor try to upsell me with tires I didn’t need like the Coral Gables location. Once Dixon called me to let me know the tires arrived, my girlfriend and I arrived to the actual store. That’s when I met Richard who took over from there. He was aware of what I wanted and my conversation with Dixon. Took possession of the car and about an hour later, it was ready. I’m super happy with the tires and most of all the service provided by the crew at Goodyear Pinecrest. Especially with Dixon and Richard. It’s great knowing my girlfriend is rolling around with four new Goodyear tires with the added road hazard protection plan. Thank you Goodyear Pinecrest.

Let me tell you... buyer beware! I came in for a normal puncture of the tire. You would think these people would know how to identify a leak and unfortunately they don’t. I had to then come back the following day to find out apparently the punctures were not identified correctly and then being asked to pay for a new tire. When I talked to the manager, he flat out told us “he’s in the business of selling tires”, which makes all the sense in the world. I actually had to sit there and identify where the puncture was with the technician, as if they never even notice from the beginning. I’ve never written any kind of review of this magnitude and I will tell you I will never come back here again!!!! Come with your own magnifying glass if you even consider doing business with these people. The place remains empty most of the time and for a reason!! Find somewhere else to go!!!

Pursued a vibration problem with my new tires and replaced all four tires again. Also found calipers in the brake system were failing in the rear. Really appreciate the extra effort these guys go to to please their customers. Both Richard and Dixon are the greatest!

Absolute Horrible Experience! I take my truck in for a puncture in the middle of the tread. Which was supposedly fixed. I return to the store because the tire still leaks. Then Im told there is a pinhole leak on the edge of the tread nowhere near the side wall. The manager tells my wife hes in the business of selling tires. Given that comment Im sure that pinhole was done intentionally to sell another tire. Then Im told patching the tire is a courtesy. No it is Not! It is part of the purchase agreement! In Writing! Plus they refused to place a patch. I would not do business here again.

I went because I had a nail in my tire. They let me wait a full hour just to tell me they couldnt fix the tire and said all my tires were bad and needed to be replaced. I left and went to a different shop. There I was told my other tires were completely fine. Just now, 6 months later, I finally had to replace one of the tires. The other two in the back are still good. Beware! They are ripping people off!!!

Great customer service! I saw nail in my tire this afternoon, and at 4:45pm called this location said come quick they close at 5pm. We got there and they patched and checked all my tires to be sure we were safe. Gratefully they cared for me, as a customers. This Goodyear locations Manager & Technician are so courteous and knowledgable. He even wiped/sanitized the chairs for us to sit & wait while work was done. Its clean looking and we felt safe there. (I had checked with other nearby tire store who said my tire was old couldnt patch, and tried to offer me credit card to buy 4 new tires - thankfully I didnt believe them)

Great experience. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews I saw at the time, but it was near home and I decided to give them a try. Im glad I did. Richard made everything very easy. The service was excellent, the car was ready even faster than they said, and on top of that the tires were the same price as ordering online (which surprised me because installation was included). Balance and alignment are perfect as should be expected. Fast, good service, and reasonably priced. Easy recommendation.

If I could give less stars I would. Do not go here if you are a single woman. I was an easy target I came in with my 5 month old baby and the sales associate made small talk with me and appeared sincere. I came for a simple oil change and was told my radiator had a crack in it and needed to be replaced. For 900 dollars! What my salesmen did not know was I have my fair share of knowledge of vehicles. Mind you my car had given me ZERO indication of it overheating. I respectfully declined their services got a second opinion and it was my THERMOSTAT. The icing on the cake I told them to show me the “leak” and they showed me coolant that supposedly came from my radiator. Not even a leak. I requested a pressure test and they told me my car was leaking fluid profusely. The auto shop I got my second opinion from ran a pressure test for 60 minutes absolutely nothing was wrong with my radiator. These people are scam artist do NOT GO HERE.

I have come to this Goodyear a few times for small repairs. They have been able to fix everything so far and have done the job quickly and thoroughly. I am very happy with their prices and service. I never know what to expect at these places, but I feel this particular store has better service and technicians than most. The guys that check you in and setup the service are professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful. Especially Richard. I really appreciate that they treat me like a human being rather than a dollar sign walking through the door.

Last time I changed my oil there they did not screw well the splash protector that goes atvthe bottom of the car, the fell off i the highway and it ended up costing $500 in a Honda dealer for my 2016 civic.Stay away from this play! SECOND time it happends at good year in 2 years.Also they placed the AC filter sideways. And leaves were going through my vents.

I chose to go to this Goodyear out of all in Southwest Miami Dade because of the google reviews. Ive been a few times now and have not had any problems. I met the GM and SM and introduced myself, and explained I need a reliable mechanic. These guys have taken good care of my cars.The key is to do your due diligence, and check your records if they recommend something. Its still a mechanic now matter how great. Also if your worried about paying to much for routine service, specify that you want to know your pricing options.2017 update:Richard is fantastic! He brings a hometown mechanics mentality to your routine service needs. I have all my service done here for all my cars. I also recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The best thing I can say about this place is that the service was amazing! I was in a jam, needing new tires for my wifes car. I searched another local tire shop last night, made an appointment and saw that they had tires at a price I was looking for. Once I got to that shop, the person behind the counter said I had no choice but to get the tires he found at a much higher price. I asked for the keys and left. After searching a bit more, a came across Goodyear on S. Dixie Hwy and 90th. I was greeted by Richard. I showed him the quote that I got from the other place. After just a few minutes on the computer, he found for me better tires, at a much better price with alignment, and all ready within an hours time. I highly recommend this shop. They have definitely earned my future business.

I have taken my 07 Honda into this Goodyear location several times. Each time I have been shown excellent customer service. Most recently I visited for a routine checkup and worked with Javier and Joshua. Both were excellent employees who made sure my car was in safe condition and gave me a great deal in a timely manner. I am very pleased and consider this the only location in which I will take my car. I have been to several other service centers in the past and they always try to hustle me (seeing that I am a younger female) but this Goodyear location treated me with the utmost respect. Timing is everything. If you know the peak times and avoid them this, place will get you in and out. This is the 2nd time Ive dropped a tire off and before sitting down they started changing it. Seems like 7am-10am Mon-Thur are the best times if you are in a hurry. The gentleman behind the counter is always polite and extremely efficient. This is my tire go to place. Thanks Goodyear!

Went there for an oil change and tire balancing. They ended up also changing tires and brake pads, and I paid $1,195. Gave me the car saying it was ready but several lights on the dashboard on. Left the car for fixing. I went today to pick the car. There was one customer in line. I waited and another customer came in. When it was my turn the person in charge completely disregarded me and asked the other customer what was his problem. Luckily the other customer informed the clerk that I was there first. How this happened is hard to explain. We were just three customers, hard to get confused. Anyway, not coming back to this place.
