I like to write reviews when the service that was provided exceeds my expectations and this was exactly the case. I am a very particular person that pays a lot of attention to detail. I called there because I recently added a 997 Cabriolet to my collection and I wanted to do a major service on the car. Anthony went over all my questions and sent me an estimate, the prices were really fair. I decided to do the services there (brake fluid flush, manual transmission flush, change the 4 tires, etc). Their shop is basically a showroom, they have beautiful cars there and you can see the technicians working on the cars. I recommend them 100%, your car will be in good hands.

I consigned my rare 2012 Porsche Targa. I spoke with a few high end exotic car dealerships in Miami before I decided on Parkhaus1. The main reason for choosing this porsche specialty dealer was Anthony Pries. Parkhaus1 is very fortunate to have a COO of his qualifications. Finding honesty and integrity is a rare combination in the high end auto industry, especially in South Florida. Honesty and Anthony are synonomous. I really liked the way he represented my car to protential buyers. All cards on the table as I would appreciate if I was the buyer. Back in March 2018, I got 4 new tires on my 911. I used Parkhaus1 for that. My 911 is not a daily driver, I only drive about 3,000 miles/yr. Tires are Michellin pilot sport 4s and require mounting a specific way. Tires are labeled inside or outside so installer knows which way they should be mounted. Cleaning the car the other day I noticed front right was mounted wrong so I called this morning to inquire as to what I should do. While the tires are in great condition I have put about 10k miles on them. Someone at the store named Anthony basically said since I have not been to their shop since Sept 2018 and because he didn’t know if someone else had messed with the tires (basically calling me a liar) he could not do anything for me. And that my friend is how you lose a customer in a few seconds. Never again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Their car buying service helped me find the perfect car for me. They have the expertise and credibility needed to properly negotiate with any buyer and I had the peace of mind that the PPI was done in good faith, by knowledgeable mechanics. Been taking my car for regular service since and it’s always a pleasant experience. Really great staff, fast and reliable service, and none of the hassle and red tape from dealing directly with big dealerships.

I truly love this place! Ive brought them my 2019 GT3RS for oil changes, tire changes and detailing. Its obvious at every level that they are passionate about Porsches and customer service. Ive had so so experiences with other local Porsche experts where I felt mishandled. Geraldo and his crew treated my car as though it was theirs. For a car that is tracked, it made me feel confident that the job was done right. I will continue to come back.

Not only do these guys have great service, but theyre honest and get repairs done in a timely manner. If you own a Porsche, this is hands down the best shop in South Florida. Their cars and coffee event is also a great time.

If you got an air cooled porsche I think this is the place to go in Miami. Be aware of high prices and dealer like invoices and fees.

This place is a modern museum. Not really but you feel like it with all the beautiful and expensive exotic cars. Porsche are the focus here.

Unfortunately I didnt end up buying a car from Parkhaus1 but I still felt I needed to share my wonderful experience working with them. I was in the market for a GT3 and while Parkhaus1 did have a few cars available, I was being quite particular about the spec I wanted and unfortunately none of their inventory checked all of my boxes.Anthony at PH1 was awesome to work with and he responded to all of my question promptly. He even spent time showing me a number of other cars to help nail down color and other options. Had the right car been available at the time I was shopping, I wouldnt have hesitated to finalize the purchase with PH1I highly recommend Anthony and Parkhaus1. Hopefully I will be buying from them next time but in the meantime, I will definitely be using them for service on my new GT3. 😉

Took my Porsche here for several services. Nothing more disappointing than getting back in your car and realizing immediately that the issues you just paid over $4000 for were not repaired or addressed properly. Stay away! They did offer to take car back in to Re-Fix it, as a long time Porsche owner, I like to keep the car serviced by measure-twice cut once repair centers. Have yet to find a reputable Porsche repair facility in south FL.

Fantastic service every time, always helpful and trustworthy. On numerous occasions Marcus in the parts department has gone above and beyond in helping me to sort out my Porsche quickly and within budget. Highly reccomend!

Top notch!!Had an issue with the transmission on my Panamera. Called a mechanic who supposedly only works on high end German cars. He came to diagnose the car and came up with. Must be something with the clutch. Well have to take the entire transmission apart to check.I said no thanks, and called Parkhaus1 the very next day.Jordan and Brad were amazing and pinpointed the issue I was having over the phone. Couple of hours later I brought them the car and rolled out the shop the very same day, with the car performing flawlessly.This is the place to go if you drive a Porsche!!

Still waiting for a call back from Eddie. Called him for a quote and asked when I could drop off my car, he said hed check and call back. Never did. I waited a about a week and called back and spoke to another individual who said he would relay the message and ensure a call back. Again nothing. Just went ahead and got my service taken care of by another Porsche service/repair shop. First impressions in person or by phone in this case is key and you guys dropped the ball on this one as I was excited to try you guys out for service on my two Porsches.

After dreaming of owing a Porsche 968 for over 20 years, I finally bit the bullet and bough one earlier this week. I had done a lot of research into finding a reputable Porsche-only service center in the Miami area to service my 968 and had heard nothing but great things about Parkhaus1 - they were all right! You can tell its enthusiast owned and operated from the moment you walk in. I was very impressed with how clean the showroom and service facilities were (you could eat off the floor of the service bays) and how very friendly and knowledgeable everyone was from Mike, the service manager, to Tony, a true 968/928 specialist tech (super rare to find a good tech who knows so much about these rather rare water-cooled cars), to Suneal, the parts manager. I feel like Ill be coming back for many years to come for future Porsche services. And their classic cars for sale, and rare parts and accessories are truly immaculate! Highly recommended dealer and service center for all things classic Porsche!

Not the greatest place to go for routine service, they are more geared towards sales/modifications. Routine service work is over priced and lower quality than dealerships.Their quotes do not include tax and labor, so make sure to ask for that.Wearhouse smells of fumes because they move cars in and out every day.
