I needed to get my bumper repaired on my Audi and took it here for an estimate. The estimate was for $2500. I then took it to Audi to have the body shop they use give me an estimate, which came in significantly lower at $1600. When the guy at Audi looked at my estimate from MasterClass, he noted that they were estimating 10 hours for labor for “buffering and feathering” my bumper. He said this had to be a mistake because in 10 hours you could paint an entire bumper in that time: The rep from MasterClass called when I was at Audi to follow up on the estimate and I asked him about, thinking it had to be a typo. He was caught off guard but stood by the 10 hour estimate for buffing a bumper (27 hours total). Audi said no way that estimate makes any sense. They saw a woman and assumed I didn’t know anything about fixing a car, which is true, but they assumed wrong that I would not review and verify their estimate.

I felt like you don’t get the personal touch you do from most shops. I tried the shop since it was so highly recommended. If I am going to pay a premium to get work done on my car I expect better service. Dealt with the secretary or administrative assistant the whole time which doesn’t really know much about cars. I would’ve liked a call from a tech at least for advice. I really feel like I was robbed and charged a lot of money and the car Is still the same. I have to say I really didn’t like my experience there. Wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t really call them honest I think they were just trying to make a quick buck!

Honest & Proactive.Over the years Ive taken a few of my cars to the shop and still satisfied. What I really like about these guys is options. Theyre in it for the long haul and dont have to meet sales quotas like the dealer service reps. They always give me options and a heads up about what should be done and considerations but never high pressure.Its very simple, a car is always going to be expense. Things breakdown, wear down so its really only a matter of WHEN youre going to do the work. Like many people, you can wait until it breaks down and then costs you more. Me, I prefer a proactive mechanical thats honest.Keep up the great work.

I recently had a cut on the rear bumper of my Tesla Model 3, and my car was sent to MasterClass for repair. Originally, a new bumper was painted to almost perfection. The bumper color is pearl white, which is a very hard color to fully match without blending into other panels of the car. MasterClass did a terrific job with the new bumper, and matched it almost perfectly.They even went above, and offered to fix the original bumper and blend the cut section. The original bumper looked brand new. There is no way to tell anything had happened to it, and I ended up putting the original back on, rather than the new one. Their customer service and attention to detail is incredible. If you truly care about your car, I definitely recommend going to MasterClass for any problems.

I did a lot of research about an independent and trustworthy Mercedes shop and I am telling you, this is the one that you need to check out. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys are very honest and do a really good job. It’s a rare combination in the auto repair business. I moved to the area recently and I repaired my alternator... they upgraded to a new one for free rather than a remanufactured one.

After a few times visiting this location to get my car fixed , I m gonna say that the service started well but at the end was unforgettable experience. MasterClass is exactly that, masters of anything automotive and the classiest team of people I have ever had the pleaseure of doing business with! I have not only bought a car from MasterClass, I have brought that car back to have upgrades done to it and serviced. I wont bring it anywhere else. I am transporting the car from Atlanta to Miami just so they can do the work because theyre the only team I trust. If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce, etc, dont look any further for a shop, you have found the right one. One example of how dedicated and enthusiastic they are about the work they do, Ronald, the owner, stayed until midnight on a Friday to finish my car so I could drive it long distance to Atlanta for my wedding. His team was working on the car until 9:00PM at which point Ronald took over completely to finish the job. Were talking big brake kit all around, new shocks and springs, new wheels/tires, A/C, replacing interior panels, replacing exterior trim, installing new exterior spolier and splitter, etc. Upon completion of the work, he then buffed and waxed the car until he was 100% comfortable with the final product. Like I said before, the best shop I have ever worked with is MasterClass, look no further! Ronald and his team will have the utmost respect for you and your car and youll never take your vehicles anywhere else.

I was thrilled to find a quality indie mechanic to take care of my Mercedes closer to home. Not to knock on my previous guy, but he was kind of far from me. So, I looked for European Auto Service via Google, and MasterClass popped up on the radar. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the shop. Clean, efficient, and (very important to me) locally-owned. They lean towards BMW but they also take care of Mercedes. Ive been by twice, once for A-schedule service and once to get my tires rotated, where they diagnosed an issue with my front tires being somewhat deformed and causing a wobbling noise. Im doing a tire replacement and they were more than happy to accept the forthcoming shipment so I didnt have to hassle with bringing the tires over. Also, they provide a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi service and coffee. Definitely glad to have these guys around. Quality work by a locally-owned operation.Updates - November 10 2012.The evaporator on my E320 (W210) AC failed.It happens. And, as a friend of mine puts it S--t costs money. So, I went to Masterclass and had them take a look at it, prepared for the worst.Honest and excellent service. They did the job on time and as promised, and even took my 210 out for a test drive to make sure everything was just so. And came under the estimated price. Excellent, prompt service. I went in without an appointment to refill the freon on my recently purchased e46 M3. 30 minutes later, and after a small tour of the cars on the shop (complete restoration projects of a E30 M3 and 2002), and other bimmers, porsches, mercedes, I left happy with my AC blowing cold and no more hissing from the evaporator. Ill be back for my oil changes and inspection I when theyre due. Thank you!

Great place to service any German vehicle in the Miami area.I went and meet with them, asked them about what to look for before I bought my BMW, and got a great custumer service from them. They told me that they do a pre-purchase inspection before I bought mine, and woul check and tell me all the things that would need attention before I made my purchase decision.Ronald, and his mechanic are very knowleadgeable and he worked at BMW for over 13 yrs and was highly recommended from various BMW guys. They showed me the parts that needed replacement and once I picked up my car they showed me all the new parts that were replaced. They gave me a quote and called me to authorize the work before they started.I have been coming here for service 5 times this year and every time it has been great and stright to the point.They charge $105 an hour compared to $180-225 from other BMW Dealers. Pass by, call them to make an appointment because they get busy.I own two BMW and I am pleased that I found a great mechanic.

My wife and I own a Mercedes Benz 500SL and a ML500 and we only felt comfortable taking them to the the local Mercedes Benz dealer for service, even though we felt that they were overpriced and the service mediocre at best. About a year ago a relative told me about Masterclass Automotive. Even though I was hesitant at first I did take my wifes ML500 for a second opinion. The local dealer had recommeded major repairs to correct a trasmission fluid leak. Without telling the technician at Masterclass what the dealer had recommended he confirmed the problem, but at a fraction of the cost. I have been going there ever since. They are all very knowledgable, friendly and professional. The place is very clean, and if you make an apppointment you will be in and out in no time. I highly recommend them
