Went in for an oil change to my M3 and came out with leaking oil on my garage floor the next day. Service manager will not take responsibility for the damage they made and want me to pay $1400 plus for oil pan gasket. They broke it they should fix it. Taking my car to Brickell BMW!

Took my newly preowned car I bought from other dealer to them, was helped by Hyde which did an outstanding job and taking care of me. He ran all service inspections, recalls and got a little noise from the steering wheel covered under warranty.Very professional people with an inviting vibe, it was my first time there and felt like I knew them for ever.

A total lack of respect after making an appointment for an oil change, you have to wait more than 2 hours, the bad service is incredible.
