The best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic. Me and my friend needed to get our car fixed before leaving back to Michigan, we brought the car in and within 2 hours it was completely fixed and we were on the road. All of the employees were super respectful, knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail and it was for the cheapest price around. I definitely would recommend Mannys we were treated like family and I cant thank them all enough!

Our AC died all of a sudden on a trip to Miami and doing a quick Google search for the best mechanics, Manny came to the top of the list... and he deserves to be. We arrived at his shop on a Friday during the last hours of business. Manny immediately got on the phone to get the part we needed and sent one of his team members to get the part for us. They stayed late to install it and now the AC works great. The price was fair and his service and attention unmatched. Polite, honest, prompt and he welcomes you with a smile. I walked in and respectfully asked if he could take a look at the car and diagnose the issue before we did any work, seems he wasn’t at all interested and put me on the back burner. Waited about 20 minutes before asking yet another gentleman that wasn’t at all enthusiastic at my presence to only tell me I needed to go back to the front office and speak with whom I presume was Manny. He then again told me he would be out in a few minutes as he was “backed up” meanwhile, his guys were all just standing around. It goes without saying, I told him I appreciated his help, I was going elsewhere and that’s exactly what happened, I took my business to his competitor. I strongly advise that they tend to potential clients as they would actual clients—even if the incentive isn’t there at all. I wish them all the best.

Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but more importantly, these guys are honest and have a ton of integrity. I have had many instances where another shop (Firestone or Jiffy Lube, for example) has told me that I need to have a tire replaced or my brakes redone, but I always get a second opinion with Mannys Auto Service because these guys are straight-shooters and understand that by acting with integrity, they might not make $200 off you right now if theyre honest and tell you that you dont need new brakes, but that you will be a customer for life instead because they treated you with respect. The work is always top-notch and punctual. The only problem is that they have such a loyal following that it can be hard to get your car in for work at their busiest times.

They are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them in future
