I was taking my nephew to summer camp when my car started beeping - alerting I had a flat tire. Even better - my car doesnt come with a spare, just a flat fix kit! Which I know absolutely nothing to do with. Thankfully, I was right by Greens Garage and called. Despite advising they were full and had 2hr wait, rep said to pull in when I said I was right outside by red light. She quickly inspected my tire, found the culprit - nail on sidewall, had tech fill up my tire with air, AND told me what to do to get to work, then home, safely. Their service was absolutely amazing and Id take my car there any day.

I thought my car sounded louder than usual so I brought it to Green’s Garage. I was greeted by Eddie who listened to my concerns and they did a diagnostic on my car. 30 minutes later I am informed there was nothing wrong with my car 🤦🏻‍♀️ They told me I could bring my car back any time if it starts making the noise again. Normally the diagnostic costs money, but I didn’t have to pay anything! Honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service was nice but they just never got back to me. I came in last Tuesday 05/11/2021 and tried to get an estimate for a 75k service for my vehicle. They said they would call me instead as their systems were down when I stopped by. Never got a call back, so I called the following day and they said theyre busy and will call me very soon. Its been a week now, 05/18/2021 and no response. I understand they are busy but 24-48 hours response time is more than reasonable, its been a whole week and no response. My assumption is theyre just too busy to care or they are overwhelmed with business.

I have used Greens Garage often, and they have always been great with fair prices. During my most recent visit, Holly at the front desk was very helpful and efficient in helping me diagnose my cars problem, getting the needed parts ordered, having it fixed all in one day, and communicating this all. Definitely recommend Greens and ask for Holly!

This place has been here for many years even when I was a kid.. and there’s alway cars there so means that they are good and people trust them! But they are expensive! Tried it once and not going back again! Great service though!

You call to get an appointment and find out how is the day like to make sure you can squeeze in your daily tasks and when they tell you an hour is never that time.. I understand there are other vehicles but thats why you call before hand and ask questions to make better choices.. I left for an hour come back after the hour and the car it is still sitting there. The mechanic comes get the car after the hour and then tells me it will be 15 to 20 minutes. Doctors appointment is now missed. Dont know why I keep coming. Need to look for another mechanic asap.

Outrageous prices! Charged $194.04 for diagnostic. Then on top of that wanted twice as much than the mechanic I ended taking it to.The amount I agreed to for diagnostic was $168.69. Later found out tax would be added and an additional bogus shop fee of $12 more. All other places will deduct diagnostic fees from final repair bill. But, since I didnt clarify this before they wanted repair fee on top of diagnostic fee. This expensive diagnostic fee is outrageous as was the repair estimate. I respect that people need to make a living but not highway robbery.

My wife and I recently moved down to Miami from the Boston-area where we had a long time mechanic. Our first impulse was to take our 540i to the dealer however after looking over the estimate for maintenance and brakes we shopped around for other options.We were hesitant at first as our customer service experiences in Miami have been somewhat disappointing but I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Greens Garage quoted the same service with factory parts for significantly less than the dealer and they were able to complete the job same day.They also use a system that sent me a text message where I was able to see the inspection and recommendations directly on my phone. My service advisor was Deo and she was a total gem. Its safe to say weve found our go to repair shop from here on out.

I took my vehicle to Green’s several times and the service was excellent. On 2018 I replaced a door handle to my 2003 Toyota. Now, I had the same problem with the other door. With no doubts I went there and it looks different (asked for Jorge and is no longer there). I spoke to a lady and she took a picture of the part and told me will call me. She called me about 4 days after and the estimate was over $500.00!!! The same job cost me $130 in 2018 (I have a copy of the invoice)…

The crew replaced most of the components of the brake service I needed, but there ended up being an issue fixing all of them. However, the manager was very professional and proactive in making sure everything was done right.

A few of these mechanics think they own the company. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The same mechanic scratched my rims the last time I came and their work is basic. I can get new brakes and an oil change anywhere. It’s not all that great for them to making their own schedules. I was doing you guys a favor bring business to a small local business but guess I was wrong. Ciao’.

BEWARE! If you go after noon they will assign your car to a mechanic that will do a diagnostic and then they will give you a quote. Make sure that the mechanic assigned to your car will work the next day. Mine wasnt and they tried to make me wait 3 days for a 2.5 hr work (which Im not even sure took that long). After I insisted they agreed to give the job to another Mechanic that would be in the next day (only positive thing about my experience). MAKE SURE TO GET A COPY OF THE ESTIMATE before leaving your car. I didnt and when I went in to pick up my car the price went exponentially up. Apparently the part of the car was more expensive. When I asked to see the receipt they said if was filed away. Bottom line they fixed my car and Im sure they over charged me and its very frustrating when people are dishonest.

This was a great experience: Abraham A., my repair specialist diagnosed my problem quickly, went and picked up the part and fixed it there and then. They got me in for an oil change and tune up within 1 day. I was able to drop off at 8am before work and pick up at 4pm after work which is super convenient. Staff was very friendly.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles, my wifes Lexus and my F-250, to Greens Garage for the last fifteen years and we wont consider taking it anywhere else. I went to Greens Garage for a simple oil change on my BMW 325xi. I was surprised by the level of service I received. Not only did they finish my service in timely manner but they also repaired a burnt out bulb for free. When I brought my car back for a check up, Ian the BMW technician was very knowledgeable. He was able to give articulate response to all the issues I was having. It really put my mind at ease. I highly reccomend Greens Garage for service.

Its not 100% guaranted to fixed your car i wouldnt recommended to go this shop they will charge you a lot of money .brought my car the other day then to fixed my power steering after they said they fixed it already and i went for test drive it went back the problem again and i called them told them i hsbe the same problem again the service advisor told me to bring it back and after they fixed again to put the connection back they charge me another money to do it ,it should be free i dont get why they trying to charge me on the same problem what i have that they never fixed it .....👎👎👎👎

Professional Service! Ive taken my Jeep to this shop every 4-5 months to get an oil change for 3 years now. The team at Greens Garage really know how to provide a quick service and the owner is extremely informative about what I need to look out for with my car just in case. Since my jeep already has over 90k miles. I know that if I ever have any serious issues I can always count on them.

I used to love and trust this place, but I am just realizing I just got ripped here paying $149 for a brake flush even though I brought my own brake fluid. They also dont let you bring your own engine oil anymore, so I will be taking my car somewhere else from now on. They are nice and have good mechanics and what not; but I would have paid the same amount If I had gone to the dealership, so why come here? At least I would have got a loaner car while my car was getting serviced.Edit: After checking prices in the area, i found a shop with great reviews that replaces brake fluid for $59. So i am realizing i got completely ripped off. Never coming back again. I suggest doing research before taking your car to a shop. Don’t go just because you had been there before.

I took my Jetta in for service a few weeks back after a terrible dealership experience. Greens Garage is now the only place I will take my cars. Javi was attentive and always took time to address any concerns I had. While they are by no means cheap I believe that you get what you pay. I highly recommend making them your first call should you have any problems with your vehicle.

Green’s Garage did a great job with my car both times. I feel they are trustworthy and do a good job. I am also very happy with their customer service and professionalism. They are very courteous and they send Uber courtesy cars each time which I really appreciate to pick up my car.

Finally, I found a garage shop that I can trust. I took in my SUV and it came back better than new. Honestly, these people are hard working and very honest when it comes to auto repairs. They are honest about what actually needs to be done to the car and dont simply pile on unnecessary add on costs.I highly recommend and will be coming back with my wifes car as well. Friendly honest service with great prices

Ive been going to Greens Garage for 25 years. They got me on the first car I brought in in 1994. They gave me a $400 legitimate estimate to replace the mechanism for my automatic door locks. It turns out that they were able to clean the contacts and charged me a total of $25. Needless to say, I havent gone anywhere else since. Last year I leased a car, and didnt go to Greens Garage all year. I missed them so much, that I just bought a car so I can go back. Greens is a third generation family owned business. I was a customer when Senior was there every day. It has always been friendly, professional, attentive and excellent auto mechanic shop. I give credit to Senior and Junior for instilling the values of the business to the next generations.

I will never take my car anywhere else. The staff and mechanics at Greens Garage are extremely professional, informed, communicative, and customer oriented. Ive taken my Prius there for service on two occasions. WIthin 2 hours of dropping it off, Javi identified the problems, proposed possible solutions, and executed the repairs within 24 hours. An excellent business in a sea of lackluster auto shops. Highly recommend!

Greens is definitely one of the top best garages I have ever been to for maintenance. Theyre all very courteous, friendly, and they really know what theyre doing. They kindly explain everything to you and what your options can be, whether its help from them or to go somewhere else. They all speak English very well (hard to find in Miami!) and are all a really clean, trustworthy bunch. They have a quick turnaround and have very competitive pricing too. Theres no doubt I will be back and will recommend to many people!

I took my car in early 2019 for a simple oil change, tire change and alignment. All my tires needed to be replaced and I received the oil change. The driver side air stopped working and my car had a shake. For a 2016 Q50S Infiniti, I’m shocked. Try somewhere else. I typically don’t go to any mechanic but I happened to be in Coral Gables that day and felt the need to change the tire was urgent.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Knows how to treat a customer with integrity and honesty. I trust him with my car repair services and also recommend him!

I have been taking my aging automobile to Greens Garage for four or five years now. They always provide white glove service with a quick turnaround and fair pricing. They have completed major mechanical work like a timing belt change, and minor maintenance like oil changes. All of the work has been excellent. I had my car battery changed on my last visit and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I feel confident that my car is in good hands.

Excellent Service!!I have been coming to Greens Garage (aka Town Auto) for 30+ years.I used to fill my bike tires here when I was a kid.When I got my first car I brought it here for repairs.Sr. used to give me a hard time whenever I tried to haggle on a charge price. Hed grumble and get pissed off and walk away and then Jr. would step in and take care of me :^DThese are top notch HONEST people!!They always have been. The mechanics have been there forever and you know that the guy who fixed your car will be there for the next tome you need service and will know you and your car.they remember their customers, they treat them well and I cannot emphasize more about the great customer service that they always give.Although they are always packed/busy they will let you know when your car is going to be ready honestly and will work with you and your scheduling needs.I would highly highly recommend greens garage!

Excellent service. I use them often as I have an older auto and they are always on target with budget and quality work.

These guys always do a great job. Theyll fix it until its right. I had a bunch of issues with the engine. George and his team were able to partially fix it at first. I told him it still didnt feel right and they replaced more parts (engine cylinders) free of charge because it was under their labor warranty. Their labor warrant lasts 2 years or 20,000 miles - anywhere in the US. If their work doesnt hold up that long, they or any partner shop will fix it free of charge. Highly recommend these guys!
