To be completely honest, the location of the garage is kinda hidden and I was very hesitant in going to this place to service my car. My car is very important to me, I’m a college student with bills to pay so I NEED my car to get me to work and school. I usually go straight to the dealership for most if not all my car’s needs. But my bank account urged me to try something new. I came to this garage to change my rotors and brakes, they took car of my car like it was their own. That guy Freddy knows what he’s doing and provides excellent customer services. Very satisfied with his work and how he treats his customers. He even offered to fix a cosmetic issue on the inside of my door. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend

They did a great job fixing my car and eventually finding cheaper parts for the job. The only complaint is the trash they left in my car. Overall, good place!

What an awesome experience...They really worked with me from finances to scheduling. All issues with car were fixed. Customer service was impeccable.This is the lost cost but reputable place people always look for in a repair shop.

We have and continue to take all of our cars(Ford, PT & Subaru) over to Freddys for estimates, maintenance and repairs. Everyone over at Freddys(Freddy, Luis & Mato) has wonderful customer service and support. Their prices are comparable and their work topnotch. First off, Freddy is extremely friendly and nice. We got a professional experience going through this auto repair shop. After being refused at the Ford dealership we spent some time trying to figure out where to go to. Im am glad that we chose Freddys. We got the repair done the same day, in a somewhat timely manner, for less then we had originally thought it would be. I would strongly recommend going here to get any of your work done, routine and emergency.

In my personal experience, Freddys is one of the best places in this area. Since I started taking my old car (Chevy Malibu 98) to this place, every mechanical issue has been resolved and fixed. The mechanics are professionals, fast and knowledgeable. Theyre honest and the prices are average. Freddy always will greet you with a cordial smile. His mechanics and him always treated me with respect (been a mature woman, other places just ignored me). Thumbs up for Freddys👍

Took my car in for 50,000 mile service and new tires and they did what they said they were going to do. The staff was very friendly and interacted with me while I was there, instead of treating me like another number. I am very satisfied with the way my car is driving now and plan continue coming to Freddy’s for future automotive needs.

These people do not listen to their customers. I had to take me vehicle back 3 times for them to fix the issue I initially told them about. Also apart from overcharging the parts, they also charged me triple the labor because of their incompetence. This was a huge waste of time and money, my first and last time bringing my car here. Im not one to leave negative reviews but the service and prices here where exceptionally bad.Update: here I am 5 months later still dealing with this. All of the work done to my vehicle by Freddys auto had to be redone by another shop. The new shop informed me that the repairs where done incorrectly, leading to premature failure of the parts replaced. Despite the fact that my vehicle is not new, I do keep up with all necessary maintenance . This is my work vehicle after all.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, ever. I felt so compelled to inform everyone that if they are looking to buy a car from the OWNER (Freddy) Make sure really sure that the car is in somewhat decent condition, this guy was so dishonest about everything it’s sad incredibly sad. I’ve ended up spending way more than what the car is worth ended up having to junk it 3 months after I purchased vehicle because it spent the entire 3 months after I purchased it taking it from mechanic to mechanic (a total scam this guy) So incredibly disrespectful and dishonest in my opinion.

STAY AWAY! They do not work on the issue you present to them. Instead they look for something else to repair and from what I’ve been told by another mechanic looking over my receipts from Freddy’s I was completely overcharged for the work they say they did. And when your car is done you’ll have to go back two or three times for them to finish the job because they forget something here or there. They are like those mechanic shops who are featured on the news for being dishonest! Just the absolute worst!

So I was that girl sooo lost in Miami on auto car repairs. Who to trust, if it has great reviews but way too far out of my budget. Well this place is the absolute best, you wont get stared at up and down, the people there are nice, understanding and knowledgeable. Place is clean, service is incredibly, and fast. They changed my alternator in no more than an hour with an oil change. Freddy, the owner is an honest person you can trust your car with and they wont charge you an arm and a leg. This place is number one on my list to recommend to friends, family and anyone who asks me where to go for car repair, oil change, tires, air conditioning, and superb service satisfaction.

Not a shop that works on BMW. They claim they do however instead of opening covers properly they cut it because they have no clue. They do not replace screws or covers that were removed. They over charge where some parts were cheaper at BMW and OEM certified.--- To your reply. Since I purchased the car you guys have bee the ONLY ones to work on it. Because of the lack of work you did on the car I had to take it to a BMW specialist and when they saw your receipts they felt really bad saying who ever this is gives mechanics a bad name due to your poor signature left behind. You didnt replace the screws on the cover when checking the gasket valve and theres also another cover missing. You guys work on what you want to work on and do not throughly check out the car. Having to to back to you all 3 times in one day to continue fixing things is ridiculous. Your lack of care and your love of only getting money shows.

Recently did much needed maintenance for a family trip, changed oil, brakes and was going to change all the tires. They didnt have the ones i wanted in stock so i placed a deposit for them to arrive on Monday (service was for Wednesday) called tuesday to confirm and was told tires were there. Went in first thing Wednesday morning and was told they only had 1 tire...the rest wouldnt be delivered until layer that day and i had plans to be driving by midday..had to settlr for some no name brand tires and when all was said and done the balance was higher thsn on my original invoice...just paid it and got the F out. Poor poor service, people were friendly

Not trustworthy. Freddy is a very nice person but dont do any servicing if this guy is not there. His men are really bad. They will take the original parts of your car and will replace with a bad one. so you can go to them again for fixing.

Had my tire get a puncture while driving in the city and they fixed it in less than five minutes. Professional and efficient!

The owner of the place does not speak clearly, try to use his words to get involved in a lie turning into a scam. Actually I had a very bad experience since he even threatened me. When I had been claiming for more than 8 days for a rubber band that I had put in my car. I will never came back again.

They know what problems your car has and it will be fixed correctly however they are not cheap.

$35 for checking a noise in my wheel. 😔

They give you new parts, they attend until 6 Pm if you arrive early your car is ready for noon and you can apply for the workshop credit card

The truth was a very bad experience. The prices are very high, and waiting times are also high. I do not recommend this place, there are many cheaper places and better services such as the one in Flagler and 115. I will not return.

Scammers. They do what they want when Freddy is not present. Oil change $ 90 they tell you that it is like gasoline and that it has risen in price !!!! You go for a punch and they charge you for 2. Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be.
