I went in completely clueless about cars (still am lol) and thought I had a certain issue with my car because I was told by 2 other people that I had bad wheel bearings and when I went to George he was able to show me that my wheel bearings were completely find and I actually just had a bad alignment done on my car and showed me where my tires were balding which was causing the noise. I also had to get my transmission fluid and filter changed and he charged significantly less than the dealership who I don’t trust anyways, and did it quicker than having to wait 3 hours at the dealer. I HIGHLY recommend this place, he is honest and has extremely fair prices. They don’t have a lobby with all the bells and whistles but I don’t really care as long as my car is taken care of and these people actually care!!!!

I wont mention names, but I had previously went somewhere else and they quoted me $1500. I went to George for a second opinion. Not only was that quote $500 too high, it was for something that wasnt even broken on my car. George plays it straight and told me what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car. After the dealer and Tire Kingdom both told me my brakes needed immediate replacement, George was the one who took a careful look and told me I was fine for at least another year - then added new washers to my heat shield and sent me on my way without charging a dime. There are few honest vendors left in the world, and George is one of them. Highly recommended for a first or second opinion. Come here before you waste time with a franchise or dealer.

I was told by the dealer that I needed new brakes for my car and was quoted an exorbitant price. George quoted me cheaper over the phone and then put my car up and showed me that I didnt even need them replaced immediately. I have been taking my off-warranty autos to George for a generation... like twenty years now, starting with my 1982 Toyota Supra, that had an over-heat incident (loaned in about 2000 to a girl friends daughter) and George made an engine replacement ($850).I have some engineering background (marine engineering), and as my second-car (used for canoe - camping) I always seem to have an aging used auto that I drive til they die, George is there with life support until the end.Dont be put off by the appearance of his shop, its six months since Irma and he still has most of the plywood up over the windows. Its what he does under the hood that matters.

A lot of nearby places in the area have poor service and will also take you for a ride. George was to the point and gave me a fair estimate. Comes with warranty that applies at any Auto Care Center in the US....Its been several months since I had service here and had to come back because my AC wasnt working correctly. George is the man with the plan. My brakes suddenly starting making a grinding sound as I would come to a stop after getting off of the road from Michigan to Miami. Amazing right? I know no local mechanics in Miami area so I got on google and came across this establishment. George not only took care of me, but fixed my brakes and ordered new parts right on the spot. Relocated from NJ to Miami so I found George’s through google reviews since I didn’t know any mecanics. Visited George’s on 3/23/18 after hearing a strange sound (grinding) on the passanger side of my Lexus RX300. George took the time to look at it (took wheel off) & right away so the problem. I was in and out in less than an hour and what George charged me at first I almost didnt believe at how inexpensive it was. George’s honesty was been on the positive reviews that I read prior to going to him. Highly recommend and plan on going back for any future issues that may occur with car.

We were staying in Miami during Ultra weekend when our car broke down. There was steam coming from the hood and it was overheating, so I was prepared to be taken to the cleaners when finding a mechanic. Im so glad we came here. Although I had no appointment, they fit me in first thing in the morning. George was friendly and honest, checked the car engine, and tested the systems. It turned out that a switch was broken off, and a fan wasnt turning on. He advised me to keep the AC on and get it fixed when possible - and refused payment except for the oil change. I highly recommend this mechanic - theres a reason why theyre still going strong in downtown Miami.

George is a man of his word. What you see is what you get. He is not a mechanic that gives crazy discounts, but he is the fairest in the city for his work. Furthermore, he is a mechanic that will be honest about whats wrong and in need of fixing urgently. And if something is not in need of fixing for some time he also will inform you.I once went to a cheaper mechanic to save some money. Guy screwed up my car and made a mess.
