Alan is the TRUTH. Took my car 2 him for a overheating problem. His team looked at it for 2 days and said the cooling system is good it was a different issue . I was very impressed with ET Auto Repair the first time I took my car. I dealt with Alan by the far the most professional & honest mechanic I know. Don’t make the mistake of taking your car to the dealer & pay thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. These guys really know what they are doing.

I initially brought my car here by all the amazing reviews online. Now I’m actually baffled by all of the good reviews this place has. I see reviews where people are saying Alan communicated through text and pictures the whole time. I never once received any updates of that sort. I found it sketchy when the owner quoted me the first time $1100 if I brought cash but 1250 if I used a card (which mind you $1250 is not 1100 with taxes) I practically had to keep calling to get any kind of update. I brought my Infiniti in and paid over $1250 + tax for it to be fixed not even a week later my check engine light came back on and the same issue I brought it in for started back. Very sketched out I tried to stay positive I brought it back in just for him to say something else was wrong and then paid an additional $460 trusting that this was an honest man. Now not even two days later my check engine light is back on and my car is running TERRIBLE with the same issue I initially brought it in for. I feel this place sees a young girl to take advantage of. I should have listened to my gut instinct the first time. If your a young woman I’d advice taking your car to another dealership. It’s truly sad how you can’t trust no one these days.

Brought my car here after an extremely high bid from an Infiniti dealership. Andy was very responsive and helped me find an engine replacement for cheaper than the small repair the dealer was going to make. They got me in right away and communicated with me throughout the repair process by sending pictures of the engine replacement. Was a great value compared to the dealer and great communication. Highly recommend this shop for your engine repair needs!

I recently went to ET Auto Repair because my car would not start and I was having issues with it stalling. I spoke with Alan and he assured me that he would place my car on the computer for free and once he found out what the problem is, he would call and give me a price. A few hours later, Alan called to tell me that I owed him $160 since he supposedly replaced a fuse and some wires. He so called did these repairs without notifying me. During this conversations, Alan also stated that the issue was the water pump and timing belt and the charge for that would be $650. I stated that I had the water pump and timing belt replaced last year by another mechanic and never drove the car after that because my car was inoperable and that was obviously not the problem. Alan stated that I should take my car back to the previous mechanic. I told him that I had problems with that mechanic. Alan then states that it is an older car and not worth spending the amount of $650. My problem is, Alan should have called to let me know what he wanted to do before doing anything to my car. It was so unprofessional of him. When I arrived to pay I was told the price was $170 so I proceeded to show Alan my receipt of having the water pump and timing belt changed and he acted so uninterested. I will not be returning to E T Auto Repair or recommending their services to anyone.I read ET Auto Repair response and they do have a record of services because I have a receipt from them. Alan was nice when I brought my car in for services, once he called to say what I owed him in regards to servicing my car his whole demeanor changed. He should have notified me to say what he was going to do to my car like he said he would and the cost before doing it.

Just moved to Miami from North Carolina and my cv axles went out. I picked this place because of the reviews and it couldn’t have gone better. I’m pretty familiar with cars myself and was very satisfied with the low price and extremely fast service in a day to do a critical repair to my truck. This place is highly organized and courteous. I never thought I’d find the same honest service in Miami that I was used to in North Carolina but this is absolutely the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I’m coming back for any repair to my car and reccomendkng them to all my friends and family.

Et Auto Repair was efficient and helpful in servicing my car. I am unfamiliar with Miami and needed to have my car towed to the repair shop. Et Auto Repair worked with me to replace the battery and alternator at a very affordable price. They had my car ready in less than 24 hours. When I left the shop, I noticed the radio wasnt working. I took the car back, and they fixed the blown fuse within ten minutes and had me back on the road. Cannot express how grateful I was to have a reliable, honest and affordable repair shop in Miami. Alan was especially helpful and willing to talk with me about my questions and concerns. I have recommended this place to two other individuals and will bring my car back to this business if needed again!

Amazing experience worked I walked in I was attended to immediately and amazing communication as my car was being worked on definitely coming back for all maintenance.

I really appreciate to Alan. I wanted to check the A/C and the engine signal turn-on. He check the electronic diagnosis. He explained the car status and how to fix it in detailed with kindness. Even though there was no part for temperature sensor I cant fix it, I satisfied with him. If I have to chance to revisit, I will do.

This place is so incredibly unprofessional not only were they rude but I paid $300 to get my windshield wipers fixed for them to take an extra ordinary long time and for my windshield wipers to break only a week later horribly I do not recommend please go somewhere else where they value their customers and do quality work

Rolling up my window on the way to work, I heard a big pop and it wouldnt go up. Checking my AAA app, they recommended this shop so I placed a call. Quick, friendly answer by Alan and he said I could come right then. Not only was the quote accurate, but his team was fast and courteous. I was out of there and good as new in about an hour.Chatting with Alan a bit, theyve been in business for quite some time, as he is the third generation to run the business! Overall, I was quite impressed and am so glad AAA recommended them to me. Alan exemplified great customer service and I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

After searching online to check prices he gave me a fair price and didn’t change it when I got there. They are very professional and provide clean work. I thought,it would where I would have to leave the car overnight, but no Alan called me within an hour of having my truck,told me what was wrong& the price. ET Auto Repair is my go to shop for ALL my automotive repairs. Have been using them for approx. 12 years and have never been let down. They have always gone through great lengths to ensure that I am taken care of. Allan has even met me at the shop at 10:30pm when my Corvette broke down and I didnt want to leave it outside until morning. He and his dad are THE BEST! Wouldnt use any other repair shop. EVER.

ET auto repair does excellent work. I needed an emergency repair and they got me right in, fixed the problem, enabling me to get back on the road. They were honest and very reasonable. and no BS.

One of the best car repair shops I ever went in Miami, hands down. Here are the reasons:1. I went to ET Auto Repair mainly to diagnose a problem in the cooling system. They probably spent one hour (or less) on diagnosing the issue, correctly told me that the radiator was leaking, and charged me NOTHING. Because the radiator in my car was replaced three weeks ago in a different repair shop, they suggested me to go back to that repair shop to get it fixed (and the other shop acknowledged the problem and fixed it for me).2.The dealer told me that my car has some leakage issues, but I was not sure if the problems were real, or if the dealer was just playing the game. KIKI had his technician checked out the issues the dealer pointed out, and told me everything was fine. Again, they checked up my car free of charge.3. Both KIKI and ALAN (the owners) are very attentive. They listened to me to describe the problem carefully.4. I went early in the morning (around 8:50AM and the shop opens at 8 AM), and the shop was already very busy (lots of phone calls, and customers in and out). The owners treat everyone very well. It looks like almost all the customers are returning customers. I knew this place has to be special.5. I heard that the owners even offer free Uber rides to their customers. I did not experience this since I work a few blocks away.6. The shop is AAA approved.

I was with my good friend when he needed to get his car towed. Turns out a bunch of thing went missing from his car. Looks like someone from this location stole his belongings. Couldn’t believe they had no explanation for this. Sad, there needs to be more responsibility held on this businesses. Beware.

Got my breaks and rotors changed in 45mins.In my opinion that was very fast.Very comfortable waiting area to relax and do some work on your laptop while you wait.He also has some weights outside if you rather lift while you wait. LolGreat customer service, very professional.Give it a try!

Recently I noticed I had an oil leak but I didnt know where it was coming from. I searched up mechanics near me and this place caught my attention. I met with Alan whom took my car in that same day and within a couple hours was done and the leak was fixed. He gives you detail on whats wrong with your car, gives reasonable price and very professional. Iam a satisfied customer.

Excellent work! I brought in my Chevy Cruze today in a pinch with a sudden flat, and they had me out of there in less than an hour. They even went above and beyond in getting me a replacement tire from a nearby shop, even though thats not typically what they do! And they gave me an unbelievable discount on top of it all. I will come back here for every repair. They have made a customer for life.

I was leary of all mechanics, especially after spending almost $400 in two months and having the same problem. I brought my car here due to overheating and they returned it better than when l bought it. This will be the only place l go from now on!!

ET Auto Repair is the best because they treat you like family. I’ve been going there for at least 15 years and they have always repaired my car quickly, efficiently, and at a great price and that’s always nice!! I went there today because my car started making a loud noise (on I95 yikes!) I had the car towed to ET. I was scared because I was thinking something major was wrong. Welp! Some plastic piece under the engine had come down and was scraping the tire. They fixed it in under 5 mins and I was on my way! And it was gratis! I love these guys and you will too!

When my car is Ill, I go see E. T they take excellent care of me always, very informative, get the problem solved, never have I had a bad experience there. I leave very satisfied every time I take my car to them.

Came in from out of town and my car started vibrating outside of Miami. Saw this place had good reviews so I came in the next morning. Very friendly staff and open communication, but not happy with the results at all. I ended up having to pay over 600 dollars to “fix” the vibrations in the back wheels. The guy helping me out seemed sure the calipers were the issue, so he replaced my rear pads and calipers, but upon leaving my car immediately started vibrating again and now there is another sound coming from an unknown location. Unfortunately I do not have time to go back and get it looked at again, so I’m screwed out of 600 dollars. I don’t think by any means they were trying to screw me over but going forward the staff better be certain about an issue before charging someone 600 dollars to fix it because I am very frustrated.

I’ve had my Buick Grand National for a while now & it being an older car I have to constantly have it looked at. I ran over a tire fragment on the interstate, and heard a noise afterwards from the passenger side back tire. I found this shop based on reviews, and took my car in. They took a quick peek and saw the noise was simply due to a loose mudflap. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my problem fixed- I cannot overstate the value of such an honest garage for helping me out. Thank you.

UPDATE: DONT LET THEM WAIST YOUR TIMENot long after 5 times there replacing all my pistons I had to go back with a check engine light on and I was told that it was the sensor but nothing serious, that I could wait... next thing: I have to bring the car towed so they can tell me that the engine was dead and needed to be replaced. I have a really busy schedule and depend heavily on my car to work, I figured could had been my fault, I really trusted them, so I replaced it. Even before leaving the shop the red oil light is on. They turned it off blaming it on the gas, the oil, a faulty sensor again. They asked me to come back, 4 times Ive been there for the same issue. I was assured that if I bring it again the light wouldnt come back. This time my brother checks the oil that they put when the engine was replaced before I go back because the light is turning every 10 minutes: its really high. I tell them that when I bring the car one more time. 30 minutes later I get my car back and with a very dismissive tone Im told that it was the sensor nothing to do with the gas. Left the shop, an hour later the light is off but the sound alarm that beeped every time the oil light turned on beeps again, that was yesterday. Today it kept beeping even more often. Tomorrow I am taking it to the dealer so someone who knows can fix it... it will be a lot cheaper than all the money spent and not earned waisted here.
