I’ve been calling to the office number and to karina’s cellphone so many times and nobody’s answer, I believe they blocked me now that I want to cancel my policy haha…Everything fine until you find q cheapest price then the company and their employees refuse you to offer services.

I have been a client for about seven months and the service that I received from my insurance agent was the best service I have a receipt even when my policy had collapsed she kept in contact with me my car was impounded and I needed my tag I was on vacation she kept calling me and kept helping me even though I was no longer a A policyholder she gave me information on how to retrieve my tag back she made sure I received my tag back and I just want toSay that she went above and beyond her job duties to make sure my license doesn’t get suspended I appreciate her very much and I would like to say it was a job well done by her Miss Betty

They work with you as far as in finding the best coverage for your new or used vehicle, nothing is guaranteed but they make you feel confident that you will be safe.they keep you updated through email with different things to do. I have been with Estrella Ins. For over 15 yearsbut with this location for almost 4 years. I have always had great prices & service. All locations have been great but this location has been the best so far. I have delt with all theyre great but Sabrina is usually who I deal with.I am horrible at paying all my Bills on time. If my other Bills cared about their clients the way they have, I would have avoided many late fees. 😁Thank you Sabrina and the rest of the team for great customer service and best price!!!
