The people who work there appear pretty caring. They follow covid precautions, there is a wait outside and people are allowed in in groups of 8-10. They have 11 windows open helping people at a time. I did not give 5 stars because of misinformation I was given by one employee, better attention to detail on her end would have helped out. However, I realize the mistake wasnt purposeful but attention to detailed is essential. Besides that, I could tell the other clerks were very caring. One even told me they would help me past closing time as long as I was inside the store, caring group of people. Also, they only take cash.

This tag agency is absolutely delightful! Personnel is professional, super friendly and genuinely wants to do their best to help you. In less than fifteen minutes, Carmen was able to get me a title transfer and registration with a smile and positive attitude. I felt cared for, unlike other tag agencies I have been to. My visit was an absolute delight thanks to Carmen and the rest of their staff. 5 stars all the way!!!

Excellent service! The place was busy as expected, however they had 5-7 windows servicing customers at the same time.. I was there maybe a total of 35-40 min. Great service and the representative that did my new title and auto tag was very quick and pleasant!

Would give ZERO stars if it was allowed. Worker at Trail Auto Tag Agency are super unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before In my entire life the worker was disrespecting us by saying we had unopened a envelope that is supposed to be handed to them unopened from the beginning like she didn’t want to do her job and was mad I was helping my husband explain the situation in a calm manner but she obviously doesn’t understand the law doesn’t allow private receipts on rebuilt title especially if the only thing you replaced on the car was rims because it got STOLEN. I get that people have bad days but she was just unbelievably rude. I’m from west palm beach drove a hour to the location and what she had to say to me was you should go to west palm beach and get your services done there plus I don’t need to talk to you because your not the one who fixed the car and much more.

The reviews were a little bit scary but I believe in coming in with a positive attitude and all will go well! Sure enough, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Carmen was professional, quick and pleasant. To renew a tag, bring your vehicle registration, ID and make sure you pay your MDX tolls prior! They only accept cash but there’s an ATM inside the office. Plenty of chairs, cold AC. Make sure you grab a number when you come in, and If you hear a beep-your number might be up!

This place is a total disaster, I wasWaiting since 10 am got number 67 on the list and afterWaiting for 2 hours they past my number and I went to the front desk and they told me I had to do the line again , this place is so not professional, the workers are rude and don’t help act all . Location is dirty and messy , no order at all

I have been coming here for years, its always crowded, because they are busy. But it is worth the wait. I got there yesterday at 530pm and this time was the fastest i have been in and out of this place. The employees are very nice and helpful, i have always been treated very well. It also has a big parking lot in the back. I highly recommend this tag agency particular. I will keep coming here when I need this type of business.

I needed to transfer my out of state title to Florida and although I was missing some paperwork Barbara was so helpful she gave me the instructions I needed and told me what I needed to do so I could be taken care of. This tag agency has always been subpar. After a long time of not going there I went out of convenience and they showed me again why I haven’t gone back before. Avoid this place and go to Gables Auto Tag, much better service and they will work with you if there’s an issue.

WORTH THE DRIVE AND THE WAIT! I live in Miami Beach. The auto tag place in MIB, Beach Auto Tags, like everywhere else in MIB, didnt want my business. Trail was the EXACT OPPOSITE!When I arrived, I took a number and waited patiently as the 6 clerks moved from one guest to the next without missing a beat. I had my title, license and proof of insurance. Within 30 minutes of being helped, my car title was verified, my application for registration was processed, my payment was accepted and I had a NEW TITLE and REGISTRATION and PLATE and am GOOD TO GO!May Yeshua bless these folks, because they have earned it! TRULY!

Great place to go to if you need to get a new registration, transfer of title, generate a replacement title, get insurance, vin verification, and other standard tag activities.When you first walk in grab a number and they have about 6 agents attending customers so you would potentially be in and out of you are going for something simple.They only accept cash. 🤔Most transactions related to titles or tags will cost around $350, so these cash transactions may be convenient for them, but not for you the customer. Even Miamis worst towing yards accept card, so I find that very odd.Dont worry they have an ATM on site...🤔Now if you need to go for anything special like, temp tags, odometer verification, and register a car that has never been titled in Florida, dealing with antiques, or getting a title for a liened vehicle you might be better off going to downtown, its only two miles away. They arent too familiar with these type of use cases and would tell you things are impossible even if you have a clear understanding of the state laws.

I hurried right after work to renew my tag only to find their doors were closed at 5:45pm and not the 6pm posted as closing. Customers were inside but I was not allowed in. Will not be seeing any business from me in the future. Miami Dade County auto tag agency offers renewal at a lower price, so thats where I will go.

I came to this tag agency for the simple reason that I needed to have my husband’s title mailed to our home. I presented them with a power of attorney which my husband assigned to me. They refused to help me despite the POA clearly explains I am able to “manage” tangible or non tangible property. I left and went to the MIAMI Downtown agency and received a Fast Title ON THE SPOT ! Lol .... Trail Auto Tag , you guys need some training darlings.

Went to Trail Auto Tag Agency after a dreadful week of searching for a tag agency in Miami. It was on a saturday and was extremely busy. However, the ladies here moved quickly. I need to specially thank Sandra. Sandra helped me solve all my issues and answered all my questions. She was professional, helpful and FAST!Ultimately she helped me get the duplicate title I needed. She is a true asset to Trail Auto Tag.

Not sure about the other reviews, but I had a great experience. I waited about 7 minutes. I was helped by Ileana. She was amazing. She went above and beyond in order to help me out and explain everything to me. Parking was plentiful and free.

They know what they are doing when it comes to tag, title and vehicle transfers.

It is a shame that Mrs Lien had no education to work with customer service and spend her time trying to humiliate a customer who doesnt understand stupids questions from her, in front of coworkers and other customers. It is a shame that a person like her qualified for a job in a tax collection agency and still has the current job, but let me tell you that if you are not happy with what youre doing or you dont know how to provide a good customer service experience its simple: Get another job. My claim will not end here and will go to higher authorities so she will have learned her lesson. It is also shame that i havent received a humiliate treatment before from other persons in this country.

Think it’s the only one open Saturdays so that’s a big plus. Afternoon does get packed but staff is very friendly. Specially Iliana (hope I got the name right) She’s so knowledgeable and super friendly in a professional way.

I renewed my registration and got the sticker on the spot (many places take 24 hrs to give you the sticker). There is always a lot of people and it takes more than an hour to be served. Go with time in your hands. Other than the waiting being too long - they deliver a great service

I went on a Tuesday , there was no line. A lot of nice ladies behind the counter who even helped fill out my paperwork. Ive been coming here for years now and even though they can get busy, they are really productive.

Bureaucracy as in Cuba,The people waiting and the employees doing stories and drinking Cuban coffee.Then go prepared to wait a couple hours.After all they are good people and they try to help.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give zero stars I would have. I went to this tag agency in order to switch over my license plates, registration and title from the state of Maryland to Florida. I got all the papers necessary and carried on. I recently switched car insurance companies and had to get my car inspected which is when I realized the agency had transcribed my VIN# from my car incorrectly. Had I not caught this issue and gotten pulled over by a cop, they could suspect I am driving around a car that doesnt belong to me. I call the agency to inform them and they tell me to come in with my car and drivers license. I go to get everything fixed and they said since I didnt have the original title with me (which they never mentioned I needed to bring) they couldnt do anything. They also told me they have signs stating to verify all documents before leaving (these signs are simply small pieces of paper taped to their counters), implying that it is ultimately MY fault it was transcribed incorrectly. They have an option to pay extra for VIN verification, which I purchased during the initial transaction, so why would I need to check it for a third time to ensure my VIN# was written correctly. This is a serious issue because who knows how many other people are driving around with incorrect registrations. In addition, this agency is EXTREMELY unorganized, papers everywhere, and I am surprised this is acceptable standards for an agency to conduct such an important business.

If I could give them a minus 1 I would. The personal is very disrespectful and unprofessional. They treat the customers as if they were stupid. Mercy, was very condescending in the way she treated my husband, my daughter and I. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and when I asked them to act in a professional manner, the Supervisor told me she wasnt professional because she didnt go to college. She would talk over me and completely disregard my complaint about Mercy.I will complain to the city of Miami, the DMV and the Business Bureau.They definitely need more training in how to talk to customers.

Zaira is the rudest lady along with the supervisor .. .. I depend on one car and my tag has expired .. I cleared up everything with the courts and because the court clerk forgot to put the state seal on the receipt she wouldnt clear me and re register my plate. The lady looked at me because I had my son with me and with her face gestures implied that my sons is bothering her hes 2 hes a hyper kid..Worst place to visit. Will not recommend this place... Just thought I share my experience with this horrible place but I won leave it thereIll have a talk with other people

Worst experience ever. I never received the Titles of the cars, they never got mailed then I had to pay 40 dollars for two titles on the spot. Cashier had an attitude. They also never answered the phone. Customer service was very poor. I told the lady I called 26 times and she said whats the point of me calling if Im not going to resolve anything over the phone. I do not recommend anyone to do business here. There is no help offered and the employees are heard laughing and having a good time in the back while the line gets bigger.

This agency is supposed to open its doors at 8:30am. I am in line at 8:40 and no sign of life inside. The gates are not even up. This is very disrespectful and horrible customer service. When the lady finally shows 15 minutes late she tells the people in line, who knows if i am even able to help because our computers are down and we may need to close. Great thanks for nothing

They have a ticket system but the problem is that their numeric display does not make any sound or bio to let you know that the next number is ready I honestly not going to be stering at the wall for an hour. My turn was very close. And I checked my phone one more time minute later I see that is one number ahead of mine. I tried to go to the clerk but in a very rude way she said that now I have to way because I did not put attention to the display. The other client was not even there yet. But their service is horrible. I waste my morning but at least I can vent. And going to another tag service agency.

How is it possible that customers only need to pay cash? Customers should be able to pay with credit or debit cards. The shitiest auto tag agency ever.

April 20 2020 went to renew my auto tag they are only open for dealers they should specify that in their page wasted my time.

This place is an absolute mess, agents are rude and super slow. Avoid this place. They rather talk about their personal life than helping the customer.

This place is terrible, this is my second day in a row coming here because the first day the service was horrible so I had to leave. Now again today was just like yesterday, the office is full of workers in the back chit chatting, laughing and joking , with one person at the counter servicing an office full of customers. Avoid this place at all cost.

The ladies there were just gossiping when I went and they were eating cake and drinking coladas instead of helping the customers out, they take a long time to help you out. Horrible place never going again, avoid at all cost.

Cash ONLY - They dont take credit cards.Not to prevent fraud, Its to nail you with another few dollars in fees for the ATM they conveniently installed in the lobby.

They over charged me and they dont take credit cards. In the furture I will always go to a County agency. Miami Dade charged me $66.85, Trail Auto Tag Agency charged me $113.60.
