Hey Ive switched to State Farm a couple years ago and let me tell you Bryan is more like family than an agent....absolutely love him!!!

After 45 years with this company they sent me a letter. Dropping my Home owners ins. The local office has no control of this issues and has gone to bat for me. To try and keep me as a customer. Staying in contact with me and fighting for a good deal for me as all my deductions will go up. Really Appreciate these guys !!!

Ive had a State Farm policy for awhile for auto and term life and rarely have I had to contact Nates office until this year. I was in my first wreck so I called and spoke with Bryan Provence to make sure I did all that I was supposed to do. He explained everything would be taken care of and I didnt need to do anything. Then I requested renters insurance when I relocated and he got me all set up. Stand up dude with good energy. Never met the guy in person but Bryan is the G.O.A.T in my book! Highly recommend. Horrible staff and customer service very rude the lady in the office was rude to my 20 year fiance telling her we dont help 27 year olds year old and told her shes not helping her, then hung up.
