I came into this quick quack yesterday and had an amazing experience, The kids had a blast playing the haunted game. we dealt with a person name Debbie and she was so fun and had great energy. She got us set up and away we went. Thank you quick quack for the great experience.

The car wash itself is great and the workers are friendly. However, the tire shine product they use makes a mess of your wheels and requires them to be cleaned by hand after going through this wash. I dont recommend getting the car wash with the tire shine. That being said, I will return to this location but not get the premium wash.

I’ve been a member for more over 2 years now and I am always satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the wash. If ever I have a problem with the wash they will let me go through again. Dion is always super friendly and I am glad to see him when he’s working, as he has a positive attitude, even on these hot summer days! Overall will remain with quickquack and also glad they allow me to use my membership in other regions of AZ.

I have gone to this location for years. Ok. Nothing great. It is convenient so we keep going. It all started when one of people at front recognized I had 2 different accounts. Supposed to pay a discounted rate for 2nd and 3rd cars. Dealing with this has been the absolute worst experience. I have tried for 4 different weeks to get these cars all up and running. I have had zero success. Earlier this week my wife took one of cars, which had a membership on its own with the same card until they canceled to try and get them all on one,, and we tried to add it to the membership. Couldnt do it because she had her own debit card and not mine. Today I tried to take the other car trying to sign up and couldnt do it because I didnt have license plate. Different rules. Different excuses. I dont have an answer for how to replace the services. But I am done. Too much work dealing with this messed up system. To be fair, several of the people have really tried but their system wouldnt allow it. Today, she didnt care one bit.

For a quick cleaning only. Dont think my car got through very clean. Had to go through twice and still didnt get what looked like simple dirt. I touched the dirt and it came off on my finger. Paid $15 package and expected a better job. Staff was nice.

I’m so sick and tired of this place ALWAYS being closed when I come in the middle of the freaking day! This is literally the 5th time it’s happened to me. You should be giving out free vouchers and turn your huge OPEN sign off!!!!

In search of a new car wash close to home I stumbled upon Quick Quack Car Wash. The lot attendant, who turns out to be the manager, is a man named Jason. He was cordial, but he didnt waste my time, and he worked with a sense of urgency.He lined me up with the Lucky Duck car wash special and I couldnt be happier.(Even the tire shine wasnt overdone)If you need a regular car wash, one that you can rely on, this is where you should be.

I used to love this place a lot more than I do now. They upped their prices and the workers are WAY too pushy to start you on a plan. I just wanted a one-time car wash and instead I got a lecture about how Im taking care of my car wrong. Didnt appreciate the push, but the place is still nice and clean and easy.

Have used the East McKellips location since moving to town a year ago. $10.99 for a mid-level wash seemed right. Ooops!! They just raised the price to $14.99! The $5 wash is now $7 and the $14.99 wash is now $19.99! Almost a 40% increase for each. Did my Mesa water prices go up 40%? Nope. In fact they have not risen. And the best part is QQ cut about 20-30 seconds from the wash time. I thought how could this wash be done when my previous trips through the tunnel were much longer. Which also meant the car wasnt as clean as previous visits. Abbreviated blow dry too leaving more water than previously.I will either get the exercise doing it myself or find another car wash. Management is about to learn the marketing lesson about the elasticity of pricing increases.

This is the single greatest car wash I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is always so kind and helpful. One attractive young man, Asher, always provides the best customer service, I always feel like a priority when I visit. I highly recommend.

The employees are good, car wash is quick, ok for the price. But they are deceitful with their unlimited deal. They didn’t even tell you you can’t cancel on your own thru the website, you have to send an email request that they don’t answer to within the day! So your subscription will still continue to charge. I already went to the cancel with a person at the quick quack close to me and yet they charge me! Wow. scam!

Decided to take the Jeep to get washed today.Even though some of the dust and dirt have washed off from the rain over the past few days, it still didn’t look quite clean. I like that even though the car wash is automatic, there’s still some human interaction.There is some that greets you and cashes you out on what type of car wash you want. Before going into the wash, there’s someone that guides you on to the track and hoses down your car.Once your inside, it’s like being in a dance club with the bright changing colored lights.The only thing missing is the disco ball. After going through the wash,the jeep is looking sparkling clean.

I went here and they did a phenomenal job on my 2004 Honda civic. There was a super chill worker there named Asher who helped polish my car. Would definitely go again

The staff is friendly but the tunnel does not do its job its best feature is a light show. I took 2 trips through the wash. The second trip left some blue soap (Im assuming) in all the door jams which I had to clean by hand and turned my rag blue. Both times the car was not dried to the slightest and the sign at the end of the tunnel thats says wait never tells you to go. So you have no idea when your wash is over. The air guns are weak and the vacuums dont do anything. Its a good wash to rinse off your vehicle

Car is cleaner but not clean. Also Ive tried this place a few different times and someone always gets stuck. Go to the place on the south side of the street instead. Reached out to email provided with photos of the soap spots all over my vehicle. No response for 3 days so I went elsewhere and wont return or recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this car wash. I still go there every week. But some days the vacuums are not functioning very well. The employees are always very kind and attentive when the equipment is not working properly. I wish they were able to bring back their towels that they used to provide.

Went to this location on Veteran’s Day and they were doing complimentary car washes for everyone (so nice). The young woman working was very sweet and helpful. I had never been to a Quick Quack before and wondered how it was different than other car washes in town. The lights inside are amazing! This was such a fun surprise. I am used to one or two lights, but it really is a light show inside the car wash (see my pics). The products also smell much better than other car washes— I happened to have my air vents open as I was going through and the smell was lovely. I will absolutely return!

Late time EVER. Ive used QQ in the past for a super quick car wash. I have (or had) a specialty German front license plate and the car wash always rips it off my car during a car wash. And most times, I think to ask the attendant to retrieve it for me. This time, however, my son took my car in and I didnt tell him about the front plate. So, here we are today, I noticed that my plate is gone. I visited the QQ in question and the attendant on duty if he found the plate. And lucky me - he found the plate and actually knew the plate #s (which I thought was odd). But, he said that the plate must have been thrown in the garbage. Hm, a really cool license plate tossed in the garbage. I doubt it. Someone had to have known that the owner would be back for it. I hate dishonest people more than a bad car wash. Last time Im every using QQ carwash.

After driving nearly across the country back in May from NY to AZ, you can probably imagine how my Jeep must have look. Up until recently I haven’t done much driving and didn’t take my car for a wash. Finally getting tired of my Jeep looking like a dirty dusty mess,I got the car wash. Despite having automatic car washes back in Central NY, this car wash was definitely different than those back home. I’m used to fully automated washes that have a machine take the payment.It was a pleasant surprise to have someone greet me upon driving up. Going through the wash,it felt more like a dance club with the flashing changing colored lights. After going through the wash, my car was left looking sparkling clean.There were still a few spots and bugs on the front,but considering how it looked before, the wash was a success. I would definitely go back to this place in the future

Vacuum suction is lacking, but carwash does a good job. Id stick with the cheap $4.99 wash however.... the tire shine on more expensive washes is a bit erratic (only sprayed half the tires on passenger side) nice employees....never try to upsell

Doesnt have cleaning cloths, the air gun is very weak, and the cheapest car wash is $5 where in other places is $3 with a better experience.

New everything! Car wash leaves tons of spots! Doesn’t get everything off! They didn’t nothing to fix it. They just put led inside! Upper management doesn’t care! They just try and give you a free month to shut you up! Prices are crazy!

The staff is friendly that checks is in. The car wash is ok; Ive had the cheapest and the most expensive wash... No difference. First the attendant that guides you into the automatic car wash does a prewash spray but only does the left quarter panel and dinner of the grill. Its inconsistent. My biggest complaint is how they line up the cars too close. If a car is in front of me and not paying attention in front of me and they reach the end of the wash them I feel like Im going to rear end them and also the cars are close behind me; I feel rushed to go through the drying process so I dont get rear-ended. So I end up with a so so car wash and a 1/2 dried car with water spots. I have low expectations since it is automatic car wash.

The outside of your car is washed by the drive thru, then you pull in to park and vacuum the inside of your car yourself, if you choose. They will also give you a wet towel right when you pay, so you can wipe down your dashboard. Friendly, efficient staff.

My car was beyond filthy but now it’s bright and shiny clean and staff was great!

What can I say, its a car wash but its the people who work there who make all the difference. Kudos to Kaelei for making the customer feel appreciated and valued!! A+++ service!! Will be back

Got my car super clean. I love the lights during the wash and it smelled so good. I did the “best” wash and they gave me a bag with a microfiber cloth, a wipe, and a air freshener. The worker was really nice. Great experience!

I found “Great Service” during a recent wash. I was driving a large Chevy Puck-up truck and had problems lining up the vehicle. The truck tripped an error and the wash shut down before It finished the first stage.The Attendants fixed the problem and we were up and running within a few minutes. I exited the car wash and noticed that the tailgate was still dirty and I couldn’t wipe it down.I spoke with Donovan, an Attendant and he explained the cause of the problem while offering me the opportunity to run the truck through the wash again. I completed the second wash and was very satisfied with the results.Kudos to Donovan and his partner for handling my concern in a polite and efficient manner. They provided excellent service which deserves a 5 star review.

Best thing about this car wash is the light show when you go through and how quick the tunnel is. The colors are fun for parents and kids alike but the wash itself is comparable to other washes. I got the Best wash and I see a lot of people mentioning they got a cloth to wipe down interior and such, I did not, although it would have been super helpful. Im super critical so ignore this if it isnt important to you but my front bumper was still bug filled. I also did not realize towels are not provided at the vacuum stations which is a total bummer. I wash my truck at home for the most part but Id use quick quack again when I dont have the time.

Normally, I get a detail but I just needed a quick clean and this was just that! Quick, clean AND FUN! The best car wash in Mesa.They do NOT cheat you on the soap,waxes or spot free rinse and it automatically dresses your tires.

Only put 1 star because I can’t do zero. Got my truck washed here and the guy takes me into the more expensive car wash to get my wheels washed. When I got done my black rims had white soap residue streaking down them and I could not get it off. So when I returned to the car wash I was given attitude, they denied it was them and continue to say it’s nothing they can do so they keep trying to pawn me off to the next person. Will never go back and I’ll make sure to warn others

Some vacuum hoses missing and a few employees were rattled when asking for a basic paper receipt but overall the staff was great and did a great job.

I decided to check out Quick Quack today, after driving past for many months now. My poor car was in desperate need of a bath. I’m happy to report that this was the most pleasant car wash experience I’ve ever had! The staff were so helpful and kind. The colorful lights inside were super fun. The wash was thorough and effective. There were towels available to dry off my car at the end. Seriously, my vehicle hasn’t been this clean since I bought it!

Trash. Started out great been a member for 6 months consistently going once a week. This last month I’ve complained multiple times their right brushes and the top brushes don’t do squat to remotely clean my car. They’ve argued with me every time and told me the part is on back order. Canceling my membership ASAP GO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY CLEANS!

No wait for this drive through car wash on the Saturday we went! So quick and the neon lights inside the wash were a fun piece of entertainment for my toddler. It didn’t dry the car off very well (I’ve never had much luck with drive through washes drying well) but the AZ sun took care of that quick! Very satisfied! Also I love the dashboard wipe they give you since that’s probably the only time I wipe down the inside of my car.

I didnt get the gentlemans name that showed up today, but he has very long brown hair and he made sure me and everyone behind me got best washes for waiting so long in line for someone to show up to work. Glad he was there! He deserves a good word or a raise!!!

Getting in with a big truck is difficult. The entrance is narrow and has tight turns.

Quick Quack is a great car wash! The way this car wash is set up to have a worker check you in as you drive in makes the process quick and easy. The soap and foam looks almost florescent and glowing, pretty fun & enjoyable drive through car wash. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars is because the Best car wash I had done is 16$ which is more than Id typically be willing to pay anywhere. This wash should have probably included an interior cleaning as well for that pricetag. All aside, its one of the best looking results I have had so far from a car wash.

The staff is always friendly and the prices are a pretty good deal only thing that could make it better is if they provided free rags to wipe the outside of your car down with after it gets washed but other than that all together great place

Found this location very easily off the street. The lanes are clearly marked and its easy to navigate into the right lane to start your wash. I appreciate that its a soft touch car wash so I dont have to worry about my paint being chipped off by water jets. Love the light show, it makes the soap look neat!
