What a dirty, rundown gas station. Really you need to demolish this waste of space and clean it up, maybe make it where customers can actually get what they need.

Used to love driving out here from Awatukee for chicken until last Saturday when not only was the cashier rude to me, but I could not believe the way she was talking and treating the customer ahead of me. No reason nor excuse for this ladys behavior. Been coming here for over 10 years and will not return. Not sure why the owner allows employees to treat people this way. Not good for business.

On June 17th 2020 at approximately 10 a.m. I paid for gas with my child support card at the pump along with a car wash. The pump stopped functioning at 75 cents so I moved to another pump. When I attempted to pay with my card at the next pump it would not register. Come to find out that it held $100 and left nothing on my card so I was unable to get gas. the pump also stated that I needed to go in and see the clerk for my receipt with the code for my car wash. Rather annoyed. Dont know if I will return there again. its also tied up my funds so I was not able to go anywhere else to get gas until they released my funds. Ive also had problems with its stating it was credit only at the pump, however only gave me the option for debit. Again asked to go see the clerk. If I wanted to go in, I would have done that in the first place.Well its been well over 24 hours and theyre still holding $103.74... *correction* my purchase was $3.74, therefore theyre still holding $100. I return to the station and talked to the clerk inside the store. He was very nice, but was unable to offer anything other than the general phone number for Shell. No one was wearing a mask in the store and the clerk picked his nose the whole time he was talking to me. Dont think Ill be trying the chicken soon.This is now day 3 and the funds have still not been released.Well it is now day 11 and the funds ($100) to my DES child support card have still not been released. The owner, Mr. Nav did not respond and the area rep, Mr. Miller was somewhat short and blamed it on the bank. I had already contacted the bank that sponsors the card and since the card is not an actual account with them, they would not ever place a hold any money. I guess my next move will be making a formal complaint to the corporate office and the attorney generals office.This is the only location that I have had this problem at. The Shell on Sossaman and Southern holds funds for a couple of hours and then puts it back on the card.

The cashier lady that works there has no customer service skills at all. I was paying for my lotto scratchers with my google pay app. I informed her that i was paying with debit knowing that the app defaults to credit. But it ran as credit. She informed me that it was ran as credit. I told her she can refund my tansaction and start over. She got irritated and called her boss. Then she started saying thats why i asked if you are using debit or credit. She never asked me. I had to tell her i was using debit. She got angry yelling at me and threatens to refund my tickets and not give my money back. As i was leaving she took pictures of my license plates. I called the store when i got home and asked her why she took pictures. She said i cant hear you and hangs up on me. I like this store. But how she handle this situation was not good. I will be talking to the owner soon.

This place is not good. I payed I paid twice. They charged three times. I complained they took out one and continued to pay twice. Im waiting for my account summary to go back there and complain.

The owners are foreign and steal gas from hard working Americans. I been here twice each time my 20 gallon tank only received 18 gallons. I confronted the brothers who own the station and they said sometimes the pumps misreads outgoing gas???? Hello your stealing from us. Dont go here people

Dont use the car wash there. I have a brand new car. The car wash ripped off my grill. The employee Steve said the owner was a stand up guy. They will look at the video and get back to me. I got a estimate which is 867.00. They said they will get back to me with a body shop of their choosing which I was fine with that. I have not heard anything. I went there today they put a sign up saying go through at your own risk. It cost me 9 dollars for them to ruin my brand new car.

The guy that works there at night is very rude and disrespectful, hates his job and threats you to call the cops when he cant handle a conversation. Will speak to the supervisor about this punk wants to throw a cup at me lol.

They have a nice lady who works at night 7pm saturdays that told us about the good chicken they sell, she was not lieing.Its called Krispy Krunchy. Chicken with a cajun recipe. It was filling and for $5 cant beat the price.

Has Broken Credit Card at one Pump. Let Clerk know got upset with me. Made them conduct transaction inside, they didn’t like to do it.

Horrible !! Awful unpredictable bipolar woman that has been aloud to run a gas station being clearly mentally ill for EIGHT years now along with her son .she messed up my transaction by going on and on and on about some conspiracy crap about the gas station trying to kill her and by the time she got done with my transaction it was all wrong and then she refused to give me my $20 cash back or make it right so now Im left with my cash balance being $13 when I never spent the other Seven!!??

The cashier who speaks perfect Spanish was there yesterday, I went to change my lottery tickets and she was upset because I am a lady of the third age and she was taking my distance when doing business and when she paid me she put the money close to me and when I wanted to grab it I She was withdrawing it little by little, turning from me and leaving it very far from me and near her and she told me if she wants it, she would be here with mockery humiliating me and the line was so great because she was speaking very badly of an employee there with a client in you high has no education or respect for clients or his coworkers has hair on his shoulder hair color very light as yellow hopefully the owners look at the comments this step April 12 as at 1.40 can look at the camera of 2020
