Not a bad carwash. The air dry at the end could be better but other than that, no complaints.

This is my go-to place whenever I need a car wash. It’s a quick and simple place to get the job done. The employees at the entrance are cool too. I’ll definitely be tipping both scrubbers the next time I come in. I’m only rating it 4 stars because it sometimes leaves a cloudy film over my windshield that you can only see when the sun is shining later on in the day like at around sunset. I’m sure others have noticed it too. It could just be that the inside of my windshield is dirty as well but we’ll see. I’m not very knowledgeable on window cleaning solutions so I’ll give em the benefit of the doubt.

I’ve gone two times and my car receives damage every time. Definitely won’t be going back anymore

The rollers in this car wash are doing damage to vehicles. My husbands truck was damaged tonight. The visor was torn off on a previous visit. We just figured it had come loose somehow. But tonight the damage was obviously from the car wash. The young man on duty said there was no manager available, allegedly made a phone call, and came back to tell us there was nothing they could or would do. No incident report, no concern something was wrong with the equipment, just a too bad so sad attitude. While I understand there are disclaimers the bottom line is their equipment damaged the truck. Until someone else posts a repair I would avoid this facility.

The wash and dry itself was good. Dryers could have worked a little better. Vacuums worked great. The price was a little higher than expected but definately not worth the money due to the following.The big fail is no towels to finish the job afterward. It wasnt advertised that they had them, but I thought this was industry standard nowadays. Apparently not. I just moved into the area and ten miles away where I moved from all of the car washes had towels. Now all the water spots the car wash left behind are set into the surface and it needed another car wash. I had to go home and rewash by hand.Even though the location is very convenient for me, I wont be going back.

Okay wash.. but disappointed as I paid for the monthly pass but I have been by twice this week when they should be open and there cones up so you couldn’t enter as if they’re closed. What the heck? For the price and not the best wash, that’s frustrating. Considering driving further for a cheaper car wash that’s actually open when they say they are. :(

I like this car wash. It really does a great job and you have the option of using the vacuums for free and for however long you need them.

Did the $18 Premium Wash. Very happy with results. Very convenient and abundant vacuum system on site. Secure location. Have a small SUV. Any negative responses would likely be from very large vehicles. Will be back!!!

I unfortunately was parked underneath a fleshly cut mesquite tree and it dripped sap all over my car! I went through the wash and when I came out one of the workers came up to me and sent me in again telling me they would try and get it off. Corina, James and Chance really scrubbed and got the sap off. I was very impressed and grateful they took the time to make sure my car was clean.

This used to be a great $3 car wash. Go there today, the line is a mile long and not moving, and the cheapest car wash is now $10!

Entering the machine, two guys spreaded water and soaped back even though I purchased the cheapest wash($6). Although there is no free towel, the vacuum is really powerful.

I had a car wash there last week, and when I was vacuuming the car, it was so strong that it locked my doors. Not noticing, I kept cleaning, and accidentally closed the door. Laurence comes swooping in to locksmith my door completely free as a service of the car wash. He spent 20 minutes getting my door open, and I was so impressed! He saved me the hassle of finding a local locksmith, and made me feel completely at ease about the whole situation. We will be back.

From the beginning this car wash left my car dirty still. Then I had a large scratch on my hood after one wash, but of course theres signs everywhere that state that the car wash is not responsible for damages done to your car. Its in a very convenient location, but I cant bring myself to go here anymore. What other damage might be done for a sub par car wash. Just not worth it.

This place was very busy. The line was 7 deep with 3 rows of cars. Nothing special here. Overpriced and not enough to help wash your car like cloths or others.

For $15, youd think it would actually get the truck clean. Bring your own microfiber towels to dry your car after because those are not provided like at other washes either.

More stages in their wash than any other wash Ive been to, they could have more blowers but the compressed air at the vacuums dries too, I prefer the air over free towels, no streaks. The managers special is worth it. Family business, they are a nice couple.

It scratched my car

Pay $19.99 a month for 17 car washes a month. Have never used all of them. It cost about $15.00 for one deluxe wash. For $5 more you get 17.Kinda a no brainer. All my neighbors always ask me how I keep my truck so clean. Simply $5.00 car wash. Also have great vacuums.

With hundreds of different car washes in the valley this has to be one of my favorite! The products that are used to clean the cars really makes them shine , the vacuum area is spacious and has everything you need to clean interior. The staff is amazing, they’re always walking around making sure everyone is happy and units are functioning. Highly recommend! Thank you for keeping my car clean. :)

Second most expensive wash and car still dirty on the back window not happy this time try again cheaper wash next time. Brushes are worn out inside car wash. Half the Jets were not spraying water.

Whoever that was working today Saturday, June 27th 530 pm was amazing. If I could, wed hire him for our business. He was so quick and efficient spraying off our car. He knows how to work. We circled back around and gave him a tip just as he was leaving for the day!

I had my truck washed there and ended up with scratches. I informed the manager who instantly said it didnt come from their car wash but when he reviewed the video of the vehicle going in they were not there. He still would not accept responsibility and instead sent me to another car wash to get it detailed which did nothing to remove the scratches. I would not recommend using this car wash for your vehicle.

Got a good car wash for cheap, just five dollars for a quick wash and self service vacuum to finish the job. The wash is quick, but because the wash and price is good there is usually a line and thats the longest part. I think it was only a bit more than 5 minutes, so not too bad.

Missing is the 5th Star. Why? What is it about AZ ownership or franchises? Build it, roll it out, and then milk it for all its worth.Dont be so obvious.Its next to Costco. Volume and $$$ are there. As this location is a cash cow why isnt there additional upkeep in your initial investment?Washes are not what they were when this property 1st opened. The additional clue is looking at who are the employees of the week. Turnover is a huge clue about ownership respect for employees and their investment. Nuf said.

I love this car wash near my house. its fast and easy. they take good care of my car. its right next door to Costco and the gas station so that really helps. they have a self serve free vacuum area you can clean your car out and they have a vending machine which is really neat with all accessories in there to help you detail your car. I would recommend it and it even takes credit cards.

First time to wash my car here and i wasnt disappointed. I used to wash my car by hand, but since i moved to my new apartment i havent had the chance to, plus they dont allow washing our cars in the parking area. So i went to this place. I tried it and my new car looks clean and shiny.

Best automated car wash Ive ever used. Very clean and well maintained...only saw one brush out of order one time. Employees are kind and the male and female managers have gone out of their way to accommodate my memberships and the punch pass. They always pressure wash, bug spray, and brush the worst areas before you enter. They dispense air fresheners and a wet wipe for the interior (except for now due to COVID-19). I even saw a guy hand clean someones wheels after going through the wash one day! Vacuums and nozzle blowers are free. Price is very appropriate.

I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff, from the guys who washed my girlfriends car to the manager, Lawrence who solved a minor problem for me. Top notch. Thanks guys

Cleans my SUV well, better than any other Ive used. Great vacuums, and air guns to help remove dirt and excess water respectively. I did read others had problem cancelling, so I have the monthly fee on a credit card I rarely use, so I can just cancel the card if need be.I changed my rating because the hours they claim for Sundays is wrong, and has not changed, and is still being advertised as same as the rest of the week. My car still gets clean, but Ive noticed a slight decline in that, too. Overall, still better than others.

I paid for a higher priced car was and went through the wash. I parked and just as I went to grab the vacuum the kid said he just turned off the vacuum!!!! He knew I just went through he was the one who guided me. I get that your closing but for god sake let me finish my car washing . I would have came a different day if he would have said something . Very unprofessional. Not to mention I would have happily vacuumed quicky so they could go home faster if they would have let me know.

Drive through only. Great location right next to Costco. Easy in and out. The car looks fantastic and stays clean for what seems like a long time. They have fun foams too.

The auto wash does a decent job. They have areas to wipe off residual water and vaccum the car.Alk inall, quick and easy.

I wash my car weekly here. Located next to Costco so its convenient for me. The wash is very modern. I especially love the sky light all the way through....I can continue to listen to my XM radio all the way through.

Going through the car wash my valve stem broke off and they claimed no liability at all!!!!! I will never go there again

I like the car wash except it doesnt get the back of my SUV very clean or dry. I have visited the car wash a few times and always the same results. I pay the 15 dollars for the best wash and I would think it would do a better job

Love this place! Went through with some residual hay in the bed of my truck and instead of being jerks about it, they cleaned it out. Great equipment that always works properly. Great vacuums too!

Some of these automatic car washes dont do a great job on a vehicle. This one however has plenty of air power to get off water, and the workers do a good job of prepping the vehicle before it enters the wash. Its clean, and overall a great experience. I frequent this one a lot.

This place is quick easy and does the job. Drive-thru car wash only with a couple different car wash options. The tire shine doesnt always work but it you let them know they will come hand I apply tire shine. Free vacuums and air hoses. Lawrence is the manager and hes awesome, hell take care of whatever you need.

For the price, we got the $15 wash, big rip off, had 2 bug guts on our windshield and as much as they pre scrubbed with actual brush, they still were not gone. Also we were handed a towelette to wipe the dash but no damp towel available to wipe extra drops and door frames off with where shoes had scuffed with dirt. Will not go back to this wash, very overpriced for the wash we got, they will survive with the convenience of Costco peeps but dont have to give you a good wash for the money because of it.

Free vacuums after you go through the not free wash. 25% of the time it flips my mirror backwards. Their brushes at the start are just push brooms that leave unsightly Bristles in my wipers and I have to remove the blades to get the bristles unstuck. They take the vacuums down early so if you show up within an hour and a half of them closing, don’t be too excited to vacuum.They’re also down for maintenance/repairs more than any other car wash. Over half the time when I go they’re closed for repairs.
