I always get my car washed here. The guys are so nice and deliver fast and friendly service. The prices are super reasonable and I appreciate the hard work they put into getting my car squeaky clean. The location is very convenient which is a plus!

If i could give 10 stars I would. Jesus, the service advisor and Michael the manager of the carwash were epically amazing. I absolutely love these guys. They took amazing care of me and my Lily (the Nissan rogue). I will drive all the way from prescott for this detail. Exceptional service.

This place used to be great. Unfortunately, theyve gone down hill quickly. Canceled my monthly wash plan today after their wash ripped an antenna off my truck. I was done.The past few times Ive gone, there are always people who just pull in to the vacuums without getting a car wash. So, you have to wait. Hopefully, once you get to a vacuum, its one that actually works. More than once, the end has been ripped off. Or, the vacuum just doesnt work. Today, there was no compressed air hose like normal. I also noticed that there were cars parked in a couple of the stalls (employees maybe). I say possibly employees parking in the vacuum areas, as theres a specific truck Ive noticed a few times, as its almost the same as mine. I would avoid this place if you can.

Josh, Daniel (Lobo) and Connor at the Valvoline do awesome jobs with the oil changes! Quick, prompt, professional, yet casual and respectful to assist all kinds of guests. Got both of my cars done there with no issues and will definitely be back!! Ask for them if theyre in!

I always get my oil change done here and they are fast, considerate and don’t recommend things to be done that don’t need to be done !!! What I am saying is they have been very honest. I will continue to get my service done here. I usually work with Joshua and he is awesome.

I had a wonderful experience here. On time and left my car spotless. The way they listen to me in not putting nor smothering the lotion that goes on the dash and door they put just the right amount. Francisco the manager was amazing too came to check on us customers and asked if everything was looking good to our standards. Will be coming back here again. I live down the street and have about 4 different options at each corner to go to for my last minute needs (drinks, snacks, etc) but I ALWAYS choose this one because the courteous counter staff!! Mainly Mia! She’s so sweet and so customer service friendly that’s why I know her name :) then there is another guy too who is a fellow chargers fan and always make us happy by striking up a convo! I wish just like tipping waitresses it would be common to tip them too!

This location is awesome! The fast pass representatives are always helpful in getting me through the line quickly and making sure to help me if I need it. Alec signed me up for my first fast pass and he was so nice and helpful through the whole process! The wash always leaves my car clean and dry, and the free vacuums are my favorite part. The detail workers always do an amazing job as well. This is definitely my favorite superstar location.

Express and service was great ! I love how my car was detailed inside and out. I love how they took the time and consideration to make sure before I left that it was okay with me. Oh. My. Goodness. Christian really outdid himself cleaning my mini van! Being a family of five that practically lives in our car, you can only imagine the disastrous state my vehicle was in. Now it is spotless. Such a nice feeling to drive a clean vehicle!! Now if only we can keep it looking good for more than a few days…Thank you! We will certainly be back!

Paid $230 for detail that was supposed to take 4 hrs 1.5 hrs later I get call saying its done.........really? So needless to say I was skeptical. When I got there to pick it up I noticed none of the plastic outside was conditioned there were bugs still on the backs of the mirrors and up along the hood. I specifically told them I do not want it going through the tunnel I want it hand washed it most definitely went through the tunnel even though I saw them hand washing it when I left. And lastly but definitely not least many more things were not cleaned but check out the picture of my passenger window rolled up. Definitely not recommended for details the place I normally get hand washed for $40 does this good!

My experience has been consistently good for over two years and has lead me to write this Google review. Super Star Car Wash on Higley Rd. is my one-stop for car washes, detailing, oil changes, and gas. The staff always treats me with courtesy and respect. The store has plenty of all the usual energy drinks, hot coffee, snacks and soda. Its clean and well maintained. The interior waiting area overlooks the drying bays and has TVs and leather seats to relax in and get caught up on emails. I have a monthly membership and wash my truck about two times a week, so my washes run about 5 bucks each. Great value for me as it saves me hours of work. One particular staff member, Patrick, always takes the time to make me feel like Im dropping by at a friends house. If you need a one-stop, this is the place.

Do not ever use your credit card at these car washes. They run a scam of using your card information to sign you up for “an unlimited plan” and charge you monthly (always getting more expensive every month of course). The give you a bogus number to call and have no customer service for cancelling said “plan”. If you go here only use cash. I accidentally called a “Super Car Wash” in MI because their number came up on google and the girl who answered said they get calls like this all the time from people wanting to cancel unwanted “unlimited plans” from Super Star Car Wash.

Due to driving Lyft I visit Super Star Car Wash on Higley every day. It is located within one mile of my home so that’s an added benefit. I literally feel like a VIP customer when I visit this location. This is the only location throughout the Valley that has “white glove service”. Several of the agents know my name, have my ticket printed before I even enter the store, knows what kind of scent I want, and even talk to my dog. It’s hard in this day and age to get customer service however this location gets it right every time. Words can’t express my gratitude. I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you want fast, professional, awesome service. David the manager has all of his staff performing above and beyond service. From detailing, to the cashiers inside, to the gentlemen that makes sure my car washs are excellent!!! Thank you Super Star Car Wash for making my days brighter!!

I love the Super Star Car Washes the wash is great but as far as the memberships I wouldnt recommend unless you plan on keeping the membership for a while.I signed up or a promotional membership about four months ago and was told the membership was a three month membership with NO auto renewal, I even asked the employee to specify that there will not be an auto renewal after the three months ends and today I checked and was charged again. On top of that I was charged $15 more than the original membership price.All in all if you are looking for a good quick carwash super star is great definitely give 5 stars but as far as the memberships I wouldnt recommend... Just pay each visit.

Came for a regular wash and was satisfied with how quick and clean my car came out, the guy was super friendly when I got my car back.

Carwash is great and worth the money. The towels are always available when needed to dry off my car and I’ve never had an issue with the vacuums. Also the cashiers -Madi, Ashley, Kevin, and Anthony- are very friendly and professional. Their customer service is awesome! Great place!

This place has it all! It all started with a stop for gas and drinks. I went into the store to find drinks and I found a very cozy lounge area where me and my daughter could enjoy our drinks. I did a little research on the locations and found that they offer oil changes, detailing, and many other services. I decided to give the oil change a shot. Their price was lower than most other places and they even Carried my specific oil type and filter which is rare. The oil change included an inside detailing and outside car wash. The cleaning was so good I decided to buy an unlimited carwash pass for only $25 a month. Ive used it at least 10 times this month and it paid for itself after 3 times. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place.
