Ive been with State Farm for years and continue to stay because of their great customer care and overall prices on insurance. It seems like one of the better priced companies with no shortage of coverage. Ive interacted with several agents and they are all wonderful and getting in touch with them is very easy. Waited over 4 hours for roadside assistance. Never showed. Kept getting told 10 minutes away. Well its coming from Phoenix. Maybe less money spent on Chris Paul commercials, more in customer service.

I switched to State Farm a few years and I am extremely grateful that I did. Not only did I save a ton of money but the service at Tol Graves has been AMAZING. I usually deal with Daniel G at this office and I cant say enough good things. Hes always been super responsive and provides me with all the answers and options. Most recently, I was have a tough time getting timely responses from the the claims department and he took it upon himself to get in touch with the right people and got back to me the next day with all the info I needed.

You see, this place is like the good ol’ days of customer service, where one person learns who you are and then remembers you and your family. If you think youll save a bunch of money by switching to State Farm, think again... maybe I can save you some time.Let me be clear, this review is ONLY about the cost when compared to my policy at Allstate (which Im not a fan of).So I recently got a letter from State Farm. Really looked like a personal letter from Tol Graves, but he said its from corporate. The letter said, people who switch their home & auto policy to State Farm save an average of $894 -- which made me think I should give them a call. Unfortunately, their auto quote was 7.5% higher, and their home quote was 48% higher.When I emailed Tol about this, he basically said that theres nothing more he could do.Instead, I wish he would have reviewed / examed my current policy more thoroughly, asked me more questions, etc.

Recently had an accident, and believe it or not, have NOT heard from my agent, or agents office! I have been with State Farm for 20 plus years, and always had the best customer service, always been pleased with them! But.....this agent has left a bad taste in my mouth! There are a tons of agents in the Valley, I think it’s time for a change!

Very frustrating experience with this office. I had a policy with them and switched to Geico a year ago after a 100 dollar a month price increase. I recently purchased a classic car needing classic car insurance which Geico does not do so I decided to go back to this office for insurance.After learning that my entire policy had to be changed over on all my cars to acquire classic car insurance I asked for a quote to change all my cars over. After going back and forth for 2 weeks of this person isnt here someone will call you I finally receive a call from Carrol, Im guess their location manager. She then insisted on telling me again I would have to switch my policy over. I said yes that is was I was trying to do! She then tried to refer me to another state farm office. I asked if it was just the fact the she did not want my business. With no response other than I can get you with another agent.This is far from the service i expected from this office! After waiting 2 weeks to find out switching 4 cars over and asking about my home policy aswell was not worth their time. Extremely dissapointed!
