At first, I thought Simon Gustafson was good person and I was abled to do business with him. Id emailed him and called him to add additional coverage to my original quotes. However, he never responded to my inquiries. So, I called the General Agent direct this morning on April 11, 2019 for additional coverage. I never asked Litchfield Special Risk, Inc about more information to my original quotes. Simon Gustafson contacted me same day. He said, I no longer wanting to do business with you and told me go somewhere else. DID I HURT YOUR FEELINGS!!😭
