I was recommended by a friend to try out TAG insurance. I was told they could offer many quotes from various insurance dealers company’s and that they could help find the best deal for you. So I reached out to Crystal Northrup via email on a Sunday Evening. I wrote her a nice email telling her that I was referred to her company, and I gave her all of my info, and the year make and model of the car I was going to get. A week goes by and I hear nothing, so I reached out again by email telling her I was just following up on my auto quote as I had heard nothing back from her. 5 days after the second email (1 week and five days later from the 1st email) she tells me that she will be passing my information along to Eddie and that we will be doing my quote. I replied with thank you and waited for an email from Eddie. Once again a week goes by and it’s now been 2 weeks and 5 days, still no email from crystal or Eddie. So I send a third email to crystal again asking what’s going on, and no Response. I wait 3 days to see if she would respond and she didn’t, so I send a last email and a man by the name of Ryan responded. Apologizing for the delay with Crystal. He did give me two quotes but they were extremely high. Farmers quote was 400 cheaper. And that was not apart of a bundle plan either. If your looking for the best insurance quote and fast I would NOT go to tag. I did not feel the least bit important or valued during this month and one week process. It’s so wrong that it took a full month and week to get a quote.

When Im ready to renew my policy they always have done the work for me to shop for the best Insurance rates , really saves me time and the hassles of other Ins companies. Ive been with the Company 2 + yrs. and always been satisfied with the customer service and them trying to give me the best rate out there.
