The best entrance into an office or restaurant is to feel welcome! Well did I ever get that when I walked into Bills office. The 3 ladies said hello with smiles, offered water and I was only there to pay my bill. Then Bill Cunningham came out of his office to say Hi as well. This is a great office for my insurance needs. Had homeowners insurance through State Farm for over 25 years. Auto insurance for 30. Had 2 claims on the homeowners insurance one in 2012, the other in 2016. Just got a letter over the weekend saying they were dropping homeowners insurance. Tried to call Bills office and talked to Holly. She put me on hold and never came back. Nobody called me back.

I was insured with Bills office for about 2 years, always a great service and never had any issues.
