There really should be a option for no stars here, basically State Farm set me up with a rental here after my vehicle was totalled in a accident not my fault. When I picked up the car the manager said I needed to give him my card number for the refundable $50 fill it with gas fee, and send him a declaration of liability.I said no problem, sent him the declaration within a hour, and he said he received it and would get to work on it for me. On the 21st I dropped the rental off with a full tank of gas. On the 22nd they charged my card for over $130, and on the 24th they set up a pending charge on my account that wouldve made my account overdrawn. Luckily I pay extra for notifications on payments over $25 that I dont sign for myself.I contacted State Farm to find out what was going on and they said I never gave Enterprise the document, so I owed the money and that Enterprise had closed the account since they got their car back and so Enterprise will not refund me. Luckily I had proof they had received it, which once I provided to State Farm and State Farm refunded my money.I have a very large family (11 siblings) and I warned them about this. I also told everyone I work with and everyone dealing with this car accident. If you choose to get a car from them be sure to keep every email, every reciept but none of us will ever use them again. If Im ever in another accident I would rather crawl on bloody stubs then take one of their cars.
Absolutely unwilling to even take a step out of their way to help, and refused to negotiate or work with me on anything. Their word is law. When I tried to get more information and possibly work something out Andrew made it abundantly clear that wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible while providing as little assistance as possible. I had to call back because he didnt give me the information I needed. I got on the phone with another employee only to be transferred back to Andrew who as expected wanted to end the phonecall as soon as he could. I got the info and with barely a chance to respond he asked me if there was anything else and hung up. The stress and poor communication that they caused over the last 2 weeks has driven me to a firm decision. I will not be giving any further business to this company and reccomend that you stay clear as well. They took the last of my money in gas and the entire security deposit over a miscommunication and what I couldnt put into the tank.
After an accident, we used Enterprise for our rental while our car was being repaired. Our insurance only covers a rental for 30 days. Luckily, the body shop we use covers all the remaining cost of the rental IF they are waiting on parts, etc.The customer service here is terrible!! They left my wife a nasty message basically saying they would turn us in to the police if we didn’t update the payment! Even though they knew our body shop would be covering it! To make it worse, Enterprise charged our account, not once but 5 TIMES! Causing overdraft after overdraft fees. The accident alone was a bad experience and Enterprise made it even worse. Very disappointing.

I am loyal to Enterprise, and my most recent experience at the Meridian location was nothing but exceptional.Tabitha was very helpful, the SUV extremely spotless, and a super nice member of their team even drove me home after my return.I am very thankful, and as always, very impressed by their consistent professionalism and exceptional vehicles.

Great customer service! We needed a rental while we looked for a new car. Enterprise picked us up, helped get the right size vehicle to accommodate our family and worked with the insurance on our extension so we didnt need to worry about anything at all. I was super impressed with their Covid safety/cleanliness and especially thankful for everything Tabitha did on our behalf.
I spoke with someone at the Meridian branch last night because I need to get to my son ASAP. I thoroughly explain the obstacles and he assured me I would be fine. Cut to them basically letting me know he was full of it and low-key implying I was lying. They were rude, dismissive, and legit were giggling as I walked out, still trying to find a way to my son who needs me. Glad this is how they treat people who have been with them for YEARS. This isnt a business. Its an abortion. P. S. The airport location employees were amazing and though we didnt accomplish what we wanted, I wish the night manager could be cloned for all locations.

My first time renting through Enterprise, and now they will be my first choice. The customer service at the Meridian location was impeccable ... friendly and professional. They made sure to let me know all the info I needed prior to my pickup time, and explained their policies clearly so I knew what to expect. The pickup and drop off process was so simple, and made it a very stress free process. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be a return customer from now on.

Bad service my girlfriend waited 45 minutes on the phone. She ask for a ride less than a mile. They hung up on her. Not real happy with them. Told her she could pick up her car at the airport. We live in Meridian so its really inconvenient. She deserves better very respectfull and nice person. She needs to be credited back for being treated poorly. Not sure who the guy was but Ill repost when I find out. Thanks Google for posting.

The car was great other than I could tell someone had been smoking in it before. It also started with less than half a tank of gas. Its hard to figure out exactly how much gas to put in when its not full.I also wasnt happy that I couldnt get a vehicle for just Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. You said there wasnt a vehicle available but if I kept it another day then there was one available. I know youre not open on Sundays but Ive done that before with you and just left the keys in the drop box. That wouldve been much more convenient for me and saved me quite a bit of money.
Rented a small SUV to travel for two days and the process was flawless and wonderful! We even got there early to try to be first in line and instead they opened the door and helped us 20 minutes before they even opened so we were on the road earlier than expected everything was easy and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t have been an easier process!

My car broke down by the airport, lucky for me that I was near a rental car place when my car was towed away. Unfortunately, Enterprise was out of cars and the only rental who had a car was Avis. They charged me $800 plus $200 deposit on an economy car for the week - Yikes. When I returned home that evening I knew I could find something cheaper then that scam. Of course I did with another location from Enterprise. They saved me $600, I returned my Avis rental the next day and picked up an Enterprise car. I will always choose Enterprise first. Thanks for being awesome!

Don the manager is super helpful! Weve also been helped by Keith and Marissa for our rental for the week. They were awesome, Marissa even send a follow up text our second day just to check that everything was good. We highly recommend using the Enterprise location in Meridian!!

I needed a rental ASAP for my business, so I called and was told that I would be able to pick up a vehicle in 30 minutes. After driving 30 minutes to get said vehicle I was met at the door and told that they didn’t have any vehicles to rent for 3 days.
We had a great experience. They were kind and helpful. To top it off we realized one of our members was far to tall to fit in the car we got. They kindly gave us a different car that allowed for us to all be comfortable. Fantastic service!!

My wife was out of town for a week and I was home alone with 3 kiddos when I was rear-ended, wrecking our only car that fits 3 car seats. I was stressed out, dealing with insurance, and trying to figure out how to get our car repaired, pick up a rental, and get around to a bunch of appointments, by myself with 3 little kids in tow.Enterprise was awesome! They offered an early pickup to help me get to an appointment, even though I told them theyd also have to pick up my three kids in their car seats.When Ashley showed up she had a nice minivan was folding seats in automatic doors which they had arranged at a lower price match what the insurance allows!Ashley helped me put in 3 car seats, three kids, and all our gear, and had the whole car talking and laughing on the way to Enterprise! She had all our paperwork ready and done in like 5 minutes, and was already communicating with both insurance and the car repair shop. It was so fast I even had time to grab coffee on the way to our first appointment.I went from stressed out with no idea how we were going to get everything done, to arriving early coffee in hand, the comfy van full of happy kids! Thank you Enterprise and especially Ashley!
The customer service at the Enterprise Meridian, Idaho branch is excellent. The employees treat are respectful, accommodating, and courteous. I use Enterprise two to four times a month to travel across the state. My only recommendation is to always ensure the car going out has a full gas tank. It is more convenient for the customer. A great place to rent and highly recommended.

This is not the place you want to go to if you are new to car rentals or have been in a accident! Tyler on Fairview in Meridian doesn’t care! He will put you in whatever HE WANTS!!! I might as well walked outside and yelled at wind what I needed because that may have been heard. Tyler at Enterprise was NOT listen to anything I said. I also feel he doesn’t respect customers privacy. He had another customer who was having problems, on speaker phone walking around with it up in the air so everyone in the office could hear the conversation. Bad experience!!

The wipers on the VW Jetta we rented went out during the worst rain storm of our entire trip and Enterprise went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Throughout the entire ordeal they ensured that we were taken care of and swapped out the Jetta for a Ford Fusion. The staff in Meridian lead by Tyler and assisted by Keith made sure that the remainder of our vacation went without a hitch. I will definitely use this location again.

Rental department here in home town was good. Twenty days ago they were supposed to issue me a refund. Accounting dept. Said they mailed it and it would take 20 more days to issue another check. Wont be renting here again do to corporate side. Renters beware.
Super happy with the Team at this store, I had. A rental for a few days and while driving I acquired a nail in the right rear tire, I noticed this when the tire sensor alerted me of a low psi. Not convenient but you know that is how it goes.I called the store and explained what was going on and to my complete surprise Enterprise jumped into action and delivered me another car in 20 min or less!!! When Samson arrived to swap the car out, he handed me the 🔑, took the keys of car with the flat and took care of the rest! I was beside myself! A company that took care of a customer without jumping through hoops. Thank you! 🙏

I reserved a car at this office online and ended up having to switch to the Boise Airport location. After making reservations online, I called to schedule a pick up. The young man I talked with was awesome! I am sorry I forgot his name. He said it was his first week. When I called today to cancel the pick up, I talked to Keith. He was awesome as well and didnt make me feel guilty for switching to the airport location! 😊

Fairly disappointed. This is the second time we have had to rent from Enterprise and the second time they have not had the inventory available. We have had a mid size vehicle reserved months in advance only to arrive the morning of our 10 hour trip to be told their only available vehicle is a truck. (With unfavorable gas mileage) In effort to try and smooth over the lack of inventory we were given a free tank of gas, which is fine, however still not making up for the difference we will be spending in extra gas on our trip. To top it off I tried contacting MULTIPLE Enterprises along our route to try and exchange vehicles only to be informed they too did not have any mid size vehicles. The closest I found was 30 minutes from our end destination then was informed we will be charged a $200 “drop off fee.” Honor your reservations, or at least inform us prior to pick up time that you don’t have the available reserved vehicle.
Let me just say the Caldwell location went above and beyond to help us out! I cannot ever put into words the amount of gratitude we have for them. Meridian really left a bad taste in our mouths, but the Caldwell location completely turned that around!! THANK YOU!! Truly!

How can we call whats going on, in anyway, customer service? Let alone ask for a rating. For starters, you walk up to a door covered in signs stating dont come in(like your infected), someone will be right out, one of the ten signs says. Then you stand there,,Its gotten worse and worse over the years Enterprise. Shouldnt forget, the energy of the people is what you need to stay alive...
I thought it was very convenient being able to rent in Meridian Idaho. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My biggest suggestions is you really need more employees. I did not think it was fair or right that the agent helping me had to go out and clean the car herself while I was waiting. I feel like there should be someone dedicated to cleaning and filling the cars with gas while the agent inside is helping the client. I felt very bad for her. I know it was not a one time thing because when I brought it back another agent was doing the same.
They were helpful, and gave me a free upgrade. They were fast at getting me in and out at pick up and drop off. Car was clean and ready to go.

Just an Enterprise fan. One of the counter agents was patient with me. I wanted to find out the difference between a full size category vehicle and standard vehicle. I was planning.on renting in the next couple of weeks, and I find the difference between these categories a little confusing when renting on line.

Enterprise Priority Pass was reserved for me on March 1. Someone called to inform me of my reservation. I called Enterprise back and informed that my car is going in for repair on 3/20. The lady didnt take my name, she asked me to call back couple days before. When I called Enterprise on 3/17, I was told that I cant get a car rental till 3/21. I asked how I was to get back and forth to work, the lady asked if I was able to drive my car. I told her yes, but its going in for repair. The lady told me that she will call the Boise office to see what they can do and she will call me back. When I got the call back from Enterprise; again, I was told no car until Tuesday at earliest Monday after 3pm. I asked if I could get picked up from my place of employment. The answer was no, if I needed picked up it wont be till Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say, I did some calling around myself to other Enterprise locations and found a car from Enterprise in Caldwell Thank you!
As another reviewer stated, the manager is very rude to customers.I rented a car and a quick walkthru was performed. I drove the car straight home. Upon leaving the next day, I saw one end of the rear valance slightly hanging down. I called the Enterprise shop but no answer. When I returned the car, we immediately explained about the valance. The manager insisted we caused it because it would have been noticed during inspection. He refused to understand NOBODY could see it because it was temporarily connected and concealed sometime prior. In fact, they have our inspection on video and at no time did anyone look under the valance. Enterprise insisted it must have been a hit and run after I took possession.Enterprise, you lost a very loyal customer. Ive spent countless hours over two decades at your counters across the United States. Only to be treated like a criminal by a rude, inexperienced, punk of a manager! Well, I will not spend one more minute at an Enterprise counter, but I will use every minute possible while I pass those counters telling others in line to rent from someone else.
If I could leave a zero stars I would.I rented a car this past July as well as August of this year with no problems. This past weekend I was scheduled to rent a car again. During the checkout process I was notified that I was unable to rent a car because I had a pre paid debit card. The same card I had used the 2 previous times. I asked them what had changed and I was notified that their policies had changed 18 months ago and there was nothing they could do. I explained that I had rented 2 times within the past 3 months with the same exact card. They still said that their policies had changed 18 months ago and there was nothing they could do.Due to the fact that I was never notified of any policy changes I missed out on our families Thanksgiving family get together since we celebrate the week before the actual holiday and have for the past 15 years.I was treated like a criminal even though I had all the deposits and funds that I needed the previous 2 times.This is another conglomerate that treats customers like crap and are more into following internal policies than actually working with customers.I will never rent here again and will never recommend any to rent here either.

My insurance made me go with Enterprise, but I will NEVER do business again with them if I can help it. Hertz has WAY better selection at similar prices.

As a lifelong Hertz customer, I was VERY impressed with this location. They are hungry for business, and anxious to serve. They were not only helpful, they went way out of their way to meet our needs. We will go back.
I will never rent a car from this company ever again. I was never told that my own insurance already covered the insurance to cover the car. So when I found out that they charged me for something that I was already covered on, I asked for a refund. The manager was completely rude to me and refused to refund my money!! I told him I would turn him into BBB and he pretty much told me to go ahead and call them.So thats what I guess I will do. Guess he doesnt care about the companys reputation to much.
Had to get a rental after my car was rear- ended. I cant speak regarding billing due to that portion being handled by insurance company, but the employees were very friendly and helpful. The car was very nice and overall a good experience.
Upgraded with no question when the type I reserved was not available. Although, would have preferred having a car that didnt tell me to change the oil everytime I turned it on. And would love to return my car next time without having to call back and request a gas refund. Employee checking in vehicle didnt refer to the original gas level in the paperwork.
After dealing with an accident that wasnt my fault, the fun of insurance, Enterprise (in Meridian) was a complete joy to work with. The whole process, after speaking with them on the phone, took less than 10 minutes at their office. Couldnt be happier.
Didnt have car I requested so downgraded me instead of upgrading. May not have had an upgrade available but should have stated. Gave me one free day as car seat on passenger side in the one they gave me didnt adjust.

Worst experience I have ever had with any rental company, hands down the worst! I was promised a couple things, then hassled when I tried to return my car. I also had an insurance company paying for my rental, so at the end of the rental, they charged me instead of the insurance company and never returned my deposit!! NEVER USE THEM, they wont follow through or honor what they promised, they wont return your calls or resolve anything in an appropriate manner. They offered me a free rental for my hassle but then charged me for days that the insurance company never heard back from them about.... dont use this office, its a joke and they dont care about their customers AT ALL!!!!!
Really bad customer service. We didnt know there was an additional $250 that needed to be taken out. They wouldnt even try to help us with the car, when we really needed it.
We forgot to fill the car up before we returned it and instead of charging us for overpriced gas they charged us what they charge at the pump. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car
It was a very stressful situation & I ended up flipping out on the people there. It wasnt their fault & I feel terrible for giving them grief from my day. Got a nice vehicle because its the only one they had. The insurance company didnt completely authorize it so they werent prepared for me. Also wasnt told of the $50 deposit and my husband had already left.
Really bad experience with the manager there (Will). Would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a legitimate difference of opinion and he refused to do anything but stick to his rehearsed script. Will never go there again.
Manager extremely unprofessional, rude and borderline discriminatory. Will never rent with enterprise again, at least not in the valley were Scott Schlesinger oversees. I’ve never had a problem with enterprise like I just did.

I reserved a car on the phone and online aroun 11am, In and uber, on my way there, lady calls and says they are sorry they dont have a car. So instead I had the driver go to the Boise airport , enterprise there say said they would grant the confirmation at 6pm when they had a car. What a joke for a company!!!!!!!!!
