Once, this was a great place to get your customized shoes and braces. But they have lost many of the good employees who actually did their job accurately. Now someone is in charge that could care less about you. I told him 3 times the shoe did not fit or feel right and he just says it will stretch out in time well they never did, and are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. Will never go back while hes there.

Craftsmanship is not the best. I didnt get what I requested. Just disappointed!

Facility is great but the only warm and caring feeling I received was from the receptionist Tonya. She was awesome. She took very good care of me. Technician that I saw took my prosthesis to fix came in spoke and took my prosthesis with him. He brought it back and left without making sure it I was ok. He made me feel unwelcome and I dont plan on going back.

My experience with this company was very disappointing. I was told my custom brace was on “back order” after several phone calls asking when the brace would be in.When I was finally called to come pick up the brace I was told the company that makes the brace didn’t get the scan of my ankle and that’s why it took so long. I was lied to.The “custom” brace they had me put on didn’t fit. Then I was told the company that makes the brace did not take my ankle, the reason I need a brace, into account when they were making the brace.Had I been told the truth about my scans not being delivered to the place making my brace I would not be angry, and would still consider doing business here. Being lied to for several weeks is a deal breaker. If you can find a different place to get your brace I would recommend going.

Waste of time and $$$. Custom orthotic shoe inserts were unusable. They couldn’t get it right and I felt like I was walking around with one shoe off and one shoe on. That’s how bad they were.
