The staff at Fourroux Prosthetics Memphis is fantastic! Special thanks to Brandon, who introduced me to the company and explained what to expect; to Justin, who painstakingly makes sure my prosthesis fits and works correctly AND that I am comfortable and not self-conscious in the process; to Emily, who keeps me organized with my appointments and deals with doctors and insurance for me; and to Andrew, who measures and makes sure I look stylish with a custom-covered socket which fits perfectly. Thanks also to the team of Keith and Eli who recently made my second super-cool socket. It is incredible that a new socket can literally be made on site in one day! All of these amazing people have quickly become my lifelines since my below-knee amputation. I highly recommend Fourroux Prosthetics!

They are so helpful, and truly care

Nice office, wonderful employees. They have a driver name Aurelio. He very caring, kind and compassionate. Very good first impression to represent the company. Office administration (secretary) I believe her name is Emily. Nice smile, and will make sure if you have any questions they get answered. I was picked up early in the morning. I had been informed I would be there most of the day. They have nice lounging area with leather recliner couches and a big t.v. for your enjoyment. Make sure if you want water, softdrink, crackers, cookies. That they provide them. They want to make sure you are comfortable. They also provided lunch since I was going to be there a minute to get this new leg started. I was surprised they do 3d imaging to make your socket. I was impressed. Talk with me explained everything they were doing. He said j could go wait in the lobby cause it was going to be a little while to do the rest socket. A little while later he has my leg! Good material! Not cheap made at all!! (Im on Medicaid) we get the alignment set perfect. It was like the mechanic. Understood every adjustment that I thought needed doing! We were in sync!!🤯 Then he brings a carry all bag with liners, socks, prosthesis Christmas (lol) I said wait!! Am I already taking it home?🤯! One day service that is the BEST I have ever had. I have been a below the knee amputee for 40 yrs! Fouroxxe Prosthetic, you cant do better. You will be so happy with their work!!👩‍🦽

Made me a leg. This same day leg stuff doesnt work. They dont follow up. They could not make my leg comfortable and told me they couldnt do any more for me. Found out they stopped caring for people after the 90 day medicare period is over. Person I saw has quit already. Had other people tell me the same thing. Went somewhere else. They treat me like a person and care.

I am so glad that I found the people at Fourroux. I apparently have a hard to fit alinement on my left leg. I am LBN amputate. Lost my leg in 2012 and half my right foot in 2018. I went to two different prosthetist in Memphis through the years. Never found the correct fit. Legs were always hard to walk in and hurt. The biggest thing was there attitude. It was like you were bothering them. About a year and half ago I found Fourroux in Memphis. They are always friendly and help with whatever questions you have. They have been truly wonderful. I received my second leg from them last week. I am able to walk on uneven ground and up and down ramps. I have had trouble in the past balancing myself standing. All I can say is Thank You to the people at Fourroux. I have found a home. It is great to walk across a field without hurting my leg and falling down.Robert M. Anderson
