I went to the Good Feet store in Memphis after seeing the commercial for years. I’m so glad I did. Jennifer Lawrence was so helpful and patient in walking me thru the entire process. As soon as I tried on the first set on arch supports I could not sit down. It’s like the pain in my legs, back and lap eased immediately. I was able to stand up straight and move around better than I have for years. The supports feel so good that I slept with my shoes on the first few days. I’m glad I went to the Good Feet store. My life has definitely been changed and I’m excited about getting up and out again.

I have a few chronic conditions-lower back pain, heel spurs, arthritic knees. My arch supports have a made a tremendous difference. I have jumped rope, danced and walked more than I have in a long time. It’s been over a week and I have noticed a difference in my alignment for the better.Please ask for Leonard-he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you schedule an appointment. I took my son in for a refresh on his arches. Zameria was so fast and re-educated him on proper wearing of the arches. She and all the other staff there were extremely nice and professional. Im so glad we went for his feet years ago and feel that he has great support there and can go in whenever he needs help. He has extremely high arches and to see the look on his face with these soles working is priceless!

I started a job that requires me to be on my feet the entire work day. I easily meet a 10,000 step count in a matter of at least 4 hours. I wouldn’t take a break for fear of not being able to get back up. That’s how bad my feet hurt and by the end of the day I was tipping to my car because it felt like nails being hammered into the arch of my feet and if I made the wrong move my ankles would surely give. I decided to go to the Good Feet store because my parents saw the pain on my face and thought they could help. Zameria saw me and knew exactly how to help. After educating me on the importance of foot health and how it can affect your body she put my feet at ease! I don’t even want to take my shoes off! Thank you Zameria the help you gave me is priceless and I would pay whatever not to have that pain!

The Good Feet Store is Awesome!!! I went in with lower back pain and knee pain and always looking for a place to sit down to alleviate that pain once I’ve been standing or walking for a few minutes !! I left the store, with the orthotics fitted for me, and after just the first 5 hours of wearing them I can tell a difference !!! They say to give it 15 days and I’ll be running and dancing again !! Based on how I feel right now, I totally believe it !!! Can’t wait !!! Patrick was FANTASTIC!! I’ve made a new friend for life ! I had bad knee pain on entering the store. After Ms Dancer tried few pair of inserts i could feel the difference. After a few weeks im walking with ease. And I was told I could back for FREE upgrades. These things really work. Im the type of person who question everything. They are the God sent answer to my knee problem. Try them for yourself!!!

The fact that i couldnt find any pricing should have been a red flag. we walked out with the basics 3 step inserts and shoe cushions and spent over $1400. Had I known it was going to cost this much I would have continued going through my sons doctor.

Customer service at Memphis store is great. I am not Happy about the soles. Soles are very uncomfortable. I took it back the next day and was informed all sales are finale. Policy need to change. This should be illegal or informed your customers about the final sales policy. I was not aware at all about it until I read the receipt that was provided after the sale

I have nothing but good things to say about this store!!My inserts were more expense than what I intended to pay, but when your feet were hurting as bad as mines were, youd gladly pay the price as long as they did what they claimed, and they certainly did for me. I can walk on my feet all day, no limping ,no pain.The first couple of weeks will be uncomfortable and take some getting used to, but after 2 or 3 weeks its pretty much smooth sailing!!!

The staff was great when I first got there. Ive called several times and still no response. I Had several questions only Told over the phone. Absolutely no refunds. And the person had no intention on helping me with my concerns. I would not recommend Good Feet. These are not doctors or nurses yet them give you diagnosis.

Born with flat feet with little to no arch is no ones choice to deal with or have, but this is me and I’ve been suffering greatly for years. I’ve gotten use to wearing flat shoes with no arch supports because my feet was very comfortable, until my arch or what little I had fell.. the worse feeling ever! I couldn’t walk for almost two days. Finally, a good friend told me about The Good Feet Store and I’m very thankful she did. After meeting with Ms. Zameria, who by far is beautiful inside and out with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, welcomed me in and got right to it.. The customer service was excellent because Leonard was very professional, informative and he listened. What I didnt like is the company policy for replacements and nonrefundable products. I will not be doing business with Good Feet anymore due to this. Regardless if the product was purchased at a franchise or a company store, it is Good Feet product and should be warranted and replaced, free of charge!!

My friend & i went for relief of back and feet pain ! Dont WASTE YOUR TIME ! The foot or feet impressions are a joke as to what is truly wrong with your back(spinal alignment) or your arch of your foot! After we spent over $1K EACH. I have to say that We Followed the hourly & daily directions sheet they provided faithfully! We both realized we were taken! We tried to call several times to return these 1200$ inserts and FREE ($50maybe) shoes & there was NO ANSWER ! Imagine that! Just an answering machine with NO return Phone CALL ever ! I hobbled in the store today with serious hip and back pain. Ill honestly tell you I just went in to get the free testing, but when I started my exam with Leonard, I left out feeling much better! He is very knowledgeable, injects humor is a great sales person and seems to enjoy what he does. He put me at ease, and took his time answering any questions I had. I left the store with a purchase to alleviate my pain, and Im so greatful.

I was looking to improve the stability with my feet although I received the bare minimal with the arch supports? For the price I was really expecting to be more satisfied that what I am. It was until my first workout only 3 days of having the inserts that I was able to put them to the test and they failed miserably. I would only recommend them for prevention maintenance of feet support and not for people who may have been dealing with a lack of support for awhile. So please don’t make the mistake or the investment in these if you have had a long term issue. Great for teenagers or young active adults.

So the store has great staff. The product is very expensive with that in mind I expected to get results. My feet’s pain has only gotten worse. It hurts to use the insoles and it hurts to walk without them. It’s like the insoles made me dependent upon using them so that I cannot even go barefoot. Wearing them actually is causing more and more pain everyday, I have actually had these for quite some time too.I do not recommend this product.

I paid $1500 for all three pairs of Maintainers Strengtheners and the Relaxers. I did not have two of the 3 with me since they were lost. But I paid for the lifetime replacement and it is on file too. For $1500 they should replace the other two regardless of them being lost.

Went in to get fitted for some inserts because they have been helping my dad with his back pain. I love these strengtheners they instantly improved my posture since I am extremely flat footed, and Amber R. was sooooo nice and helpful. I went to The Good Feet store to purchase shoes because of back pain. I was fitted and the salesperson asked me if I also wanted the supports for scandals and I told her that I wasnt interested because of the type scandals I wear. She seemed upset that I didnt want them then said ok, if you dont want them. I said I didnt want them but I was taking the shoes.When my bill was written up and brought to me the scandal supports were included anyway. As I looked at her, because I felt she was forcing them upon me, and I told her that fall would be here soon and I wasnt going to wear scandals during the fall or winter. I didnt want them then or now but she billed me for them. I was frustrated and disappointed because I noticed that the other woman in the store had refused the supports for scandals and that salesperson gave that client exactly what she wanted and I wasnt treated that fairly. Im both disappointed and upset that nobody wants to refund me for something I dont want. The consultant at The Good Feet Store told me that I had the flattest feet that shed ever seen in her years of service at that location. Seeing my apprehension as to whether or not they could assist me, the consultant smiled at me and assured me that she could help me. As soon as I took my first steps with my new arch supports from The Good Feet Store, my entire stride, attitude, and life changed. I no longer had swelling in my feet and legs and my lower back pain was also alleviated. This company is a total rip-off ... they all use the same line on every customer to make you think that you need RGE 3 STEP SYSTEM in which you really don’t ... that’s the way they sell the most expensive bundle ... they will tell you that they are customized when clearly all they do is walk to the back & pull a number from a foot chart but it gets better WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU once you purchase this $1200 bundle if for some reason your dissatisfied you CANNOT RETURN EITHER PAIR but you can exchange them for the rest of your life 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Website AND google advertise appointments,and walk-ins available. Called to confirm hours while we are in town and was told by the young lady we have to have an appointment,and they dont have any availability for today. If its at capacity we arent allowed in. Wasnt given much more of an option. As a customer service manager myself, I feel like that was turning away business 100% she could have maybe checked the schedule and stated a time frame that may work etc considering they advertise that they DO in fact accept walk-ins. I dont feel like I was served well over the phone just inquiring about store hours so at this point im doubting how the service would be in person. Pretty let down by that.

Anita was so attentive and helpful. She made sure I received the correct shoes and soles to help me walk better and recover from my knee replacement surgery. However, it would have been nice to have been told the price before placing Velcro on all the soles I tried on. $1,020.00 isnt cheap so it is important to discuss that before assuming a customer is comfortable paying that.

I have always had a limp and couldnt walk very long this due to military and working long hard hours on concrete. Being an Engineer is a tough job, but the arch support that I received from the Good Feet store has greatly Improved my life. I dont have my limp any more. Went to The Good Feet Store in Memphis, Tn .after seeing all of the commercials. Shocked to find out that the inserts cost $900.00. When asked If they could be returned if they did not work, I was told that they could not because they are considered medical equipment. Asked if they could be filed insurance and was told no (not really medical equipment). There were shoes sitting around. I asked they price of a pair of shoes and the sales personnel said that he thought that they were $59. 00. Told him that I would pass on the inserts but wanted the shoes. All of the sudden, he remembered the price of $90.00. I decided to get them anyway because I have paid more for what I call nurses shoes and being from the Good Feet Store, I figured that they must be good. After I paid for the shoes, I was told to sign the back of the receipt that the store keeps where he stamped all sales final on the receipt stating that I knew that all sales are final. I informed the salesperson that that this was not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt. I told him that I didnt do business with companies with this policy because they appeared to have something to hide. He said that it was a company policy. Needless to say, I will never go to another Good Feet Store.

Very nice staff and they quickly got to me with hardly any wait at all. The orthotics were fully explained after Dixon took my foot impressions. It’s almost been a week and my knee and hip pain has subsided greatly. I’ve been able to work out on my elliptical for the past four days and feel better than i have in years. I was a customer when the store was located on Quince Rd. The inserts gave some comfort because it made me feel like I was walking on on a trampoline. It was not a good feeling. Others noticed my gate and would tell me you look like you are walking by on a trampoline. This therapy is very expensive and they expect the customers to come in and replenish periodically.One thing that the advertising blitz doesnt say is you have to have arch supports for all of your shoes that area worn for different purposes.

My husband and I visited the store about two weeks ago. We were warmly greeted, but had to wait about 20 minutes for our fitting. We both got fitted and tried on the inserts. My husband got immediate relief. I wasnt so fortunate. The sales associate seemed to be less interested in assisting me when I told her my pain level was the same as when I arrived. She went on to explain the process including the cost...$900!!! For both of us the cost would be over $1800!!! Thats ridiculous. Were retired and live on fixed incomes. When I told the associate I didnt have that kind of money in my budget she asked well, how much HAD you planned to spend when you came in here this morning? I refused to answer her because I found it to be very unprofessional and uncalled for. Ill never know if the inserts will work for my pain or not because I will NEVER pay that kind of money for inserts. I will never recommend the Good Foot Store to any of my friends.

People are friendly and I could tell a difference with the inserts, but $900 is ridiculous for 3 pairs of inserts, only one of which is actually the custom fitted pai! They are custom in that they have you stand on a mat that makes a print of the pressure points on your feet, then I assume is scanned, and tells them what insert to pull out of a box. They looked durable enough, but I honestly wasnt expecting to pay more than $80-100 tops. $50 for the inserts, $20-30 for the time of the employees.My assumption is they charge what Medicare will pay for a set of inserts. So everyone ends up paying that to justify the charge to Medicare even though theyre really only worth about $50. Everyone is getting fleeced by these people.Ill just be looking up a reputable podiatrist Monday and making an appointment. Even if I have to pay my deductible on my insurance Im still hundreds of dollars ahead.Im suspicious that the positive reviews of this place are probably either employees or other shills to counteract the deserved one star reviews.

I had a wonderful visit, very friendly, very informative and I would do it again. But, I haven’t adjusted as well as I thought I would, it’s been months now with my new insoles, I haven’t had the leg pain that I was having prior to the insoles, but I can’t wear them longer than 6 hours a day, when I take the 1st pair off and go to the 2nd pair, there is such relief from my feet and body that I just....can’t adjust to them full time.

Im not sure yet. Ive worn them exactly as they told me, everyday. My right foot is sore under the bottom with a knot in the archway. This is my 11th day. Ill do the whole 15 so I know I did my part. Good Feet Store=Good at deceiving people! They don’t have a “Money back guarantee policy.” Why is this? Here is the truth: Good Feet can’t stand behind their products! They offer overpriced products. You could find the same quality inserts elsewhere for less money. These people are trained to deceive you. When you go in ask a lot of hard questions and I bet you will be able to see right through their lies. They like customers who ask less questions because they really don’t have real answers for you. They are trained to tell you certain things if you listen to them you will find that they are all repeating the same information just in different ways. They are trained to make the information sound believable! $300 for each pair of inserts! You have your strengtheners, maintainers, & relaxers and all three of these are what they want you to buy for a total of $900 and don’t forget the tax! Add the tennis shoes you will be out of a good $1,000+. They don’t even focus on the shoes because they aren’t the money makers. They offer a very few selection of shoes. Save your money people! If you can’t afford to spend $300-$1,000 and your credit is poor you might as well just stay away because they don’t care for customers who fall in this category. It’s all about the MIGHTY dollar! Easing pain is not the name of the game! “Bring us your hard earned dollar,” is their focus!To the owner’s response: Your response is so generic. I bet you’re a customer service rep or the assistant posing as the “Owner.” The products you offer at a cheaper price are not even worth buying. It’s not going to even do much or even last! The customer will be back before you know it. After a year your customers have to pay a fee to swap out their old worn down inserts. I witnessed this with my own eyes at your store. You all perform a balance test which a kid can do; just to fool your customers. Your reps aren’t specialist or even certified reps. The owners aren’t certified! You all are just blindly pushing a product, well at least your Sales Reps are because they only know what they are trained in less than a week! Right? That is why your response is so scripted! Can’t get caught in your lies! Stop fooling people! That’s the problem with society today always trying to get over!To Bart Youngblood: They don’t scan your footprint. When you step on the mat there is paper underneath which captures the print. They go look at a chart in the back which tells them which inserts may fit due to your arch length, then they pull the inserts and sit them on your footprints to see which is a match for your arch. No scanning or fancy machines used just roll on ink, paper, & a size chart. Things aren’t that technical or advanced with this company. Except for their iPads they use as cash registers.

Went to the Memphis store today. Was told the price was $900.00 for the 3 step or $100.00 for a temporary that is good for 4 months. Way to expensive for a retired person. Thanks but no thanks.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of your stores and I have to say the service was A 1 . Staff was great and their knowledge of foot care and what I needed was superb. I only have one request please bring a store to the Chicagoland area as the closes stores to me is in Milwaukee,, Ws and Rockford, Il. Please bring a store to Vernon Hills, Il or Gurnee, Il. Thanks for every thing and my feet thank you too.😄😄😄😄😇😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏
