Tristan did the initial inspection of our home. He was very professional and thorough in his explanations of what we had going on in our attic. Today was one of the scariest days of my life. My son walked outside with the dog this morning and came across a copperhead at our front door. These guys are great and really seem to care about the customer. Matt was kind, knowledgeable and reassuring on the phone. He called me back quickly, answered all my questions and took time to make sure I felt good about their services. Noah and Tristen were also friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, they were super quick to get here, even though we were slightly past their normal service area, and they were very hardworking. I felt assured that the bat problem was being handled expertly. They bat proofed our attic in one day (on the weekend,) and the company will soon be back for cleanup and to install new insulation. Although this was a large unexpected expense, I felt good about paying these guys for their knowledge, expertise, and excellent customer service.

Hello! Tristin showed up at my home and did a theral inspection for snakes. He was very friendly and sympathetic of my needs. I instantly asked for his business card so that I would recommend this professional company.

I had been dealing with raccoon for about week and a half. Finally called 2 companies. One company came out and looked in my attic and the roof from the ground. Said they were not in my attic. Xceptional came out went into my attic and got on the roof. Took a picture of the a nice sized hole in my chimney where the raccoon was coming in. Noah set 2 traps. Not even 12 hours after he set a trap we caught it. He came back out later that day to check the traps and relocate the raccoon. He replaced a trap and left them just in case another was visiting my attic. The next day another guy came to check the traps again. I told him I was still hearing scratching. As he was going up my back stairs he heard to too. He went in the attic and said there were babies but couldn’t reach them. He went outside and retrieved the babies in the soffit. Noah came back out to retrieve the trap and board up the hole 2 days later. He wanted to make sure no other animals were trying to get in or out. All of this happened within a week. Both men were very professional and efficient. They were never in a hurry and actually listened to what I had to say. The price was very reasonable. If I need that type of service again I will definitely be calling them again.

There is nothing that makes a customer extremely happy than to have someone that goes over and beyond to provide customer service. I hired Xceptional Wildlife to remove a large hornet!s nest near my rooftop.. They assigned TRISTIN to do the job and the scheduled time for his arrival was between 8:00 and 11:00. First, good impression was he called before and arrived at 8:00 - this was unlike my past experiences when techs arrive close to the ending time. Second, I was scared that I would be stung so I didn’t go outside upon hearing him arrive. He took less than 15 minutes to remove the nest. It was unbelievable as I watched him through my blinds. In addition to bagging the debris from the nest, TRISTIN went over and beyond to scrape and remove the stain left by the hornet’s nest on the white trim of my house. Looking up at where the hornet’s nest was, there is no evidence whatsoever that it was there. Unbelievable! I didn’t know that at hornet’s nest left stains. Finally, when TRISTIN rang my doorbell to inform me through the crack of the door that it was safe to come out, I did. He took his mask off to answer my many questions and his personality was amazing l. His laughter was contagious as he reassured me and educate “scary me” who was trembling in the event a stray hornet escaped. Very, very impressive service from this young man and I learned from him that he can also trap snakes, etc. I could write lots more, but I think readers will get the gist if they read the review to this point. My experience with Xceptional Wildlife Removal was truly exceptional. Of all the places I called, this was the only one that was professional, and was able to get to my house the next morning. Matt was honest and I was able to trust he was doing everything he could to take care of the wasps that had found their way into my home. It was snowing the day he came, and I was impressed that he got on my roof anyway, had the right kind of boots, ladders and all the equipment he needed for flushing out the wasps, filling in the gaps along my roofline, to keep them from getting in again. Matt Olson did an awesome job taking care of the “critters” in our attic. (he was knowledgeable enough to know they were flying squirrels 😖). He knew exactly how to take care of the problem, and spent several hours at our house going above and beyond the call of duty. He set several traps in our attic areas, crawled all over our roof and sealed off the openings that our framers did not seal off to small animals, and he put mesh screens over vents that were open to small animals as well. He also put traps around the outside of our house on the ground. Within a few days we had gotten rid of our rodent problem. (Heating the traps go off was a freaky, but welcome, sound! 😊Thank you, Matt!! We will definitely be calling you again if we have anymore “pesky animal problems.”

We had mice getting into our attic and basement, so tried setting traps from the store and had no luck catching anything. Researched a few service providers and landed on Xceptional Wildlife Removal as our choice. Wildlife Biologist Tristin came by to conduct a full inspection of our home and property. He talked to us about the signs of our problem, vulnerable points in our home and multiple options we could take to solve our problems now and for the future. He set multiple traps throughout our attic, basement, in our main spaces, and a few places outside the house. At almost a month and a half into our service we’ve trapped 4 rodents so far. We had a critter in our garage and Matt came out for a free inspection. He was very honest and helpful. He checked the basement and attic and didnt see any problem. He said it may have been a squirrel or a chipmunk based on the droppings in the garage and that it accidentally got trapped in the garage. It chewed off some weather stripping, but it wasnt there anymore. I wasnt sure if it was gone for good so Matt gave us some advice on how to trap it on our own and left us some free traps. My husband and I didnt have the heart to set the traps and it looks like it the critter is gone. I will be sure to call him back so he can trap it if it does return. Thanks Matt!

I had a great experience with Dakota. We have been fighting a rat problem for a while. We are now on the way to eliminating them. Dakota was very kind, sympathetic and helpful. Called Xceptional wildlife for removal of a dead animal in my crawlspace. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was so kind and checked every option to schedule a tech to come out as quickly as possible. Noah came out to my home and exceeded my expectations by removing the animal, cleaning the site, eliminating the odor, and even assisted in identifying the access point where the animal gained access. With some chicken wire that he had on his truck, he blocked the access point to prevent future intrusion. This company employs professionals that are focused on customer satisfaction. Xceptional has been fantastic to work with. I initially called them in a panic because a baby copperhead was found in my yard. They were out less than a week later, and Dakota did a great job setting everything up. He went beyond what I was expecting for the set-up to make sure nothing was left to chance since I have 2 littles, and talked me through what to look for and where the snakes could be, and where we were totally safe using the yard.Fast forward a month, and we have squirrels that dug their way into our attic. They managed to squeeze us in since the squirrels were keeping us awake at night. Noah came out and did the initial assessment, and Dakota did the service for the install and follow up inspection/disinfection. It was quick and efficient and took care of the issue within 24 hours of the product install.Everyone at this company is so knowledgeable and they are so respectful of their customers. They are always masked up, they wear shoe protectors, if they have to come and go from the house they are always knocking to make sure its ok to come back in. These guys were great! I had a momma raccoon and 6 babies in my chimney. they explained every scenario and how they would respond to each. The end result was going to be no more raccoons in the chimney. Sure enough, they did it. Got all 7 out without harm, cleaned/sanitized/disinfected the chimney and capped it so nor more critters could come live there. I couldnt have asked for better service!

Then he said, I will check the traps tomorrow because we will catch the problem critter for you................and we will catch more. They all will be caught. He was absolutely right! We have used Xceptional for 4+ years. Every tech is highly knowledgeable and very professional. We love them! Started using the years ago when we had a mice problem when we lived in the country! They we honest and reasonably priced and we have been using them ever since for pest control! They come monthly instead of quarterly and their products work great! I have squirrels in my attic and Sean Bleckley was sent out. He was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. My process is still ongoing, one squirrel already trapped and removed. Sean says hes only been with the company one month, but it appears that he has been representing Xceptional Wildlife for years. He is definitely an asset to the company. I have every confidence that all of the squirrels will be removed, the attic sanitized and the job will be well done. Sean is a fine young man.

What a great company! Technically exceptional and customer service was fantastic. I had a previously poorly installed exclusion system that Xceptional was able to come in and remedy the situation. I had old insulation removed and new insulation installed in the attic. I appreciated the extra care and extreme responsiveness. Geoff is the best!

I was very pleased with Xceptional Wildlife Removal. They trapped a squirrel living in the lower roof above my kitchen and sealed the lower roof. Tyler was very professional and explained how the process would work. They were prompt when I called. I would recommend them.

They did a great job catching the squirrel that had invaded our attic. They were prompt and efficient, in both finding where the beast was coming in, catching it, and fixing the entrance area. Hope we never have to use them again, but if we did - I wouldnt hesitate.

This is the only company I would use for any type of wildlife removal. Teddy has been to my house twice now and has checked for animal activity, thankfully he found no evidence of the animals being there. He was extremely honest and helpful. We heard some noises in our attic, and come to find it was a couple families of raccoons. Xceptional sent out 2 biologists very quick and diagnosed the problem. These guys sure knew their stuff! They found several places where they were gaining access to the home and a lot of feces in the attic. Our doctor said the feces may have been what was making my wife so sick. Shane and Geoff eradicated the home of raccoons quickly, sealed up so they cannot return, and they even removed the contaminated insulation and replaced with new insulation. They sanitized our attic and made us feel safe again. When we had termites, they recommended another company, Cooks, who they said was honest and reliable. I was very impressed with how dedicated they were with solving our problem and making us satisfied. Great work!

The technician was fantastic! The administrative side of the experience, however, was a challenge. The office did not have record of receiving a check for the first half of the job and, consequently, did not contact me to schedule the initial work. I had to call them to get that scheduled and again to confirm the technicians arrival time. Once the first half of the work was done, I had to call the office again to have the second half of the job completed. In all, I contacted the administrative office four or five times. No squirrels in the attic though...so kudos to the technician!

First of all, let me say that my initial contact with this company was awesome. Very professional and very upbeat. Shane McGraw came to my house as scheduled and he removed the bird in my attic. Fearless, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and creative. He and this family owned company really relieved my fears. I thought I had a squirrel or other rodent activity in my attic but it turned out to be a bird. Shane took care of it quickly and made me feel 100% safe again. I recently called these guys because I had been hearing noises in my attic. I thought I could solve the problem myself but after putting my foot through the ceiling and making my wife livid... I thought I would call someone. I found Xceptional Wildlife Removal and was impressed to find these guys hired wildlife biologists with degrees. They sure did live up to the name, these guys are nothing short of XCEPTIONAL! Geoff and Stephen came right out and found that I had a couple families of squirrels nesting in my attic. They found damaged electrical wiring and multiple places where they were getting in. The removed and relocated the squirrels and sealed up my home so they will not return. The follow-up and diligence of these guys was outstanding. They authentically cared about the animals and my home. I felt safe when these guys were finished. Id recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars cant say enough. Thank you guys again.

I had originally given this business a 1 Star review. There had been horrible communication and I was very unsatisfied and had felt neglected. The owner called me and explained that they had some internal issues that he was working on resolving. He apologized profusely and followed up on a regular basis to coordinate a time with me to come out, assess and ensure it had been done right. Although i was not happy with the service, I am happy with the response. A complaint is an opportunity, and he made it right.

Xceptional Wildlie Removal is just that...EXCEPTIONAL! We had two giant snakes in our back yard and Teddy came out and removed them in 3 minutes! 3 minutes!! He took them and safely removed them! It was great! Thank you for making our yard safe and putting our minds at ease! They definitely earned a placed on my speed dial and are now my go to for everything I need removing!

Bat removal and contamination cleanup job at our Church was completed in a timely & professional manner. Personnel were extremely easy to work with, very friendly and courteous.

The company is run out of their Virginia location. Attractive website and nice people, but a poorly run outfit. They must be too busy b/c they were would not respond to repeated emails and phone calls after their initial but incomplete service. I had critters in my attic and they did well to identify the entry point and put out traps. But at the same time they hard sold their monthly $70 pest control service by suggesting they wont help if the animals come back. As a homeowner with a problem right then, the hard sales tactic was very unpleasant. I would recommend a different company.

I hired Xceptional Wildlife Removal to trap and remove a family of foxes in my backyard. Mom was caught in the first 24 hours and dad evacuated 7 kits to a new den in a neighbors yard. Geoff set traps there in addition to mine and in 12 days (!) he trapped and removed all 9 of them. He came quickly when needed and kept me informed of the activity at both locations. I couldnt be happier with the process and the results! I highly recommend their services.

We had birds take up residency in one of our bathroom vents. We called Xceptional Wildlife Removal and they sent out newly hired, Johnathan Evans. He did a great job removing the nest, cleaning out the vent, spraying it down with some cleaner, and working very hard to recap and cover the opening. We will definitely use Xceptional again for any future problems and refer them to our family and friends!

Teddy was very professional. He removed the snake in our house so fast. He is an expert. We called all other companies but they were expensive. Xceptional Wildlife is the cheapest and best company in town!
