They were so professional and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was just another appointment on their list that they just wanted to knock out of the way so they could go home. They explained in depth of how the pest live and breed and explained in detail any questions I had. They also put up my cats food and water that I forgot to move and that was a real sign of their character as people and as a business. They were on time and had the personal touch of actually talking with me and not making it feel uncomfortable or like that they were robots just there to do a job. I strongly recommend them to anyone with pest problems! Forget the big corporate chains like Orkin or Terminex who really don’t care about anything but money. The young man who arrived early and explained what he needed to do. I showed him where it needed to be sprayed outside and I mentioned that the current renter didnt want to spray inside because of chemicals and her pets but she had eventually used ant traps. He explained that they used a non-toxic gel inside the home. So we spoke to the renter. he applied the gel. This whole process took at the most a half hour. I was so impressed. This is why i continue to use Ohio Valley Pest Control for my extermination needs.

I have used Ohio valley pest control at two different locations for two different pest problems. Termites and bedbugs. The owner of the business takes care to do a great job. I was extremely pleased both times. He is also very friendly and I would consider him very trustworthy. He will go to great lengths to make sure your problem is taken care of.
