I rarely wish I could give more than 5 stars these days... but I do today! We have been finding snake skins around my house and while we LOVE snakes... My kids fight over the ring, king, or dekays we find... These were from a much larger snake; and I was concerned about possible venemous species since we DO have creeks on our property... I emailed them pictures of the skins and a few days later I received an APOLOGY for them taking so long to offer me this free service... Talk about customer centered service!!!! He explained what snake it was and how he identified it. I am grateful that it is a new friendly that I dont have to worry about... :)

Found a 3 1/2 foot snakeskin in our yard. It was a huge relief to have David confirm this was a rat snake and not a copperhead without having to wait for a personal visit. This is a great service, and I will definitely contact David for any future removals! Thank you!

I kept hearing noises and scratching in my laundry room by the vent, very creepy! Called and had someone at my house in an hour. They gave a free inspection and determined it was squirrels that were using the vent to get into my attic. The quote was itemized and reasonable. They got rid of the squirrels and fixed the vent in a day. Plus cleaned up the mess. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and they even fixed some other gaps I had along my roof line. If I ever have any other wildlife removed, Ill definitely be a repeat customer!!

My household was initially quite happy when wildlife moved into the backyard, but my daughter came home complaining about rabies one day, after reading it on Facebook or something similar, and demanded that we immediately “raccoon-proof” our back yard to prevent “human-raccoon” conflicts. As a fledgling vegan, she was all about “saving the animals” and apparently that means making sure they dont become a nuisance on your back door step or else theyll get killed.To reassure her that the job was done properly (and for our own peace of mind before winter), we called in the professionals. They raccoon-proofed our home, encouraged us to make some light modifications, and even fixed some damage done to the roof and attic. Everyone’s happy — including my vegan, animal-lovin’ daughter!
