Photos dont do it justice, honestly.I made an appointment yesterday for 11am and Im so glad I did. Saturdays are busy and I didnt have to wait! My tech suggested this color with the sparkles and Im in love! The prices are very affordable and the quality of service is *chefs kiss*. I love how the have most of their nail polish colors in regular AND gel formulas. Ill definitely be coming back!

Id give a full 5, but:Yes, the skill is there & I loved my nails. However, they unfortunately are having scheduling issues.You can make an appointment, but they accept just about all walk-ins without minding those appointments.So then when you get there, you have to wait a long time because theyre running behind or you just get asked to come back the next day where the walk-in conundrum cycle continues.

I went there as last minute. Was able to get in right away. She was nice but worried that maybe not to experience. One nail wasnt done right. But it was good for last minute.

My adult daughter and teen niece went to get their nails done here. Wow the lack of professionalism is something else. Not only did the two women providing the nail service laugh at other customers, including both my daughter and niece as they did their feet. They also laughed at a woman who came in. My daughter is a young woman of color and the nail tech asked if she could afford getting the services she asked. She then asked her if she knew of the young boy who was recently shot and killed in Madison. Hard earned money spent with poor customer service, down right rude service, is disheartening. This was to be a nice bonding experience with my daughter & niece who is here from out of town. Not again!

It wasnt busy, said could see me now. Yet I got rushed through faster than people well seated, soaked & scrubbed before I entered spa room.The most spoken to me was telling to sanitize, pick a color, & the payment total at end ($35). Left toes, cut & painted at odd angles, right foot at different lengths, 2nd toe in sticks out with a pointy corner! Only 1 coat applied too. Worst pedi ever gotten.

Very disorganized appointment system. I made my appointment days in advance and when I get here the technician just told me to leave. Didn’t even inform me that I wouldn’t be able to get my service in. Should’ve at least called or texted to let me know so I won’t waste the time to drive here.

This is now my favorite nail salon. I drive an hour to come here. Relaxing pedicures in massage chair, beautiful gel nails, large color selection, very clean and organized, and lovely, professional staff. Ready for my trip to Paisley Park this weekend with pretty purple!

I have been going here for a couple years now. I stumbled upon this shop while I was having a problem with another nail shop. I have great experiences every time I go there. The owner is always friendly. My nail tech is always on point. There is always great conversations and friendly people. I will continue to go there. They are always clean and tidy. Prices jumped but you get good services so its not the end of the world. I get the same services every time gel mani pedi!

I think Nini is nice and normally had a ok experience there but one time I went in and they were busier than I have ever seen....long story short, there was one toenail that was wrinkle, just horrible shellac done. I was going on a train next day and was gone for a week. When I returned I went to get it fixed because there was just no more time to sit and have them figure out why this one nail was so bad looking. I was told no, I took too long to come back. I decided I would no longer use their services. As expected, the mail place I went to after to get my nails done over, found that they never let the shellac dry before putting next coat on. It was still wet underneath even after 2 weeks. So basically I’m think it’s a ok place but do not go when it’s busy. I just wished they would of fixed the problem.

Got a gel pedi March 18th before going on vacation to FL. Within 3 days 5 toes had no gel from just wearing shoes and socks. I couldnt go back before our trip and did my own. When I called said they would still do at a later date. I called to make a new appt at no charge and they said they would not redo it for free. Wont return!

I had called them on a Saturday around 6:20pm to schedule an appointment for 3 people myself, my mother and my 4 year old daughter. We got there at about 6:50pm the lady started on my mothers nails and another lady started on my daughters nails we all got basically the same colors Easter pastel colors my mother ended up having to get a whole new set off gel nails because she was told that the Ombre colors she had the colors she picked out would not color over them. Mind you the lady did not soak them which is what they are supposed to do because if not your literally ripping off our real nails but she was told that it takes too long to soak them first off why would you agree to take us and then say oh we close at 7 pm which your hours online say 8 pm and then we were basically rushed out of there so I had to hear the lady who did my nails say I still have to go grocery shopping after you and get my grandson an Easter basket etc. Okay well I still had to do all that to but she made it seem like me my mother and my daughter were pests like literally rushing just to get out of there. So mind you after we get done they end up charging my mothers card $183.00 like are you kidding me??? after we already gave them a tip and everything. so when we get home we look up their charges and first off there pricing is outrageous they have all these upgrade charges like for what? none of it makes sense so then Easter Sunday comes and my daughters nails all her colors come off (mind you she got Gel nail polish which is extra $) besides her pinky so that was literally a waste of money and 2 days later my nail breaks off. I will never ever go to this places again I usually go to new York nails which used to be Myles nails on east Washington I have been going there over 10 years but I couldnt get in that day and really needed to get my nails done but next time I will literally wait because this experience was the worst I have ever had in the nail industry and a complete waste of money I have never ever paid that much for 3 people in my entire life. So if you have a particular spot you normally go to its better off just to wait until you can get in with them because if not you end u being disappointed in the long run!!!

I’ve never had such a terrible experience in this nail salon before. First my nails were put in the wrong solution for dip polish remover, after that was fixed, I was told to buff my nails (isn’t that the job of the technician?) Next I was asked to pay before the manicure which I found very strange. I was a little upset when the price was higher than I was told when I called in 2 hours earlier but again all little issues. My big issue came from the terrible manicure. My nails were never cut or shaped and I was never asked how I wanted it, I was just assuming we were still getting to that apart untill my polish started to be applied. I immediately told her to stop thinking in my head I was just go home and fix it. I mentioned I wanted my nails shorter and I was told i should’ve said that earlier. Than when looking down and my uneven, rough nails I said I just wanted them to all look even. My technician then commented on how my previous salon did a terrible job shaping them BUT SHE DID NOT FIX IT. Finally another technician realized my problem and took over to help me. The whole time the first technician was telling me it was my fault and talking to her friend in a different language. It almost seemed like they got in a fight and there I sat overwhelmed all I wanted was a simple removal and polish.

I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. They are prejudice and they dont honor their appointment. So do yourself a favor and dont patronize here. Find yourself another shop .🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I have Natural nails. She was filing away with a buffer block like crazy, broke my natural nail. Then just started cutting my nails with out asking me. She wouldnt listen to anything I said I just had to get-up-and-get away from her. I realized she didnt understand me. Went to management to complain someone else finished my nails but damage was done. I have really poorly shaped, uneven nails and poor gel application. Very uneven.

Don’t go here because the mail quality is very and i mean very poor, and the pricing is not worth it. and they’re creativity is very limited and you show them a picture and they can’t do it, they don’t even try.

Customers are required to use hand sanitizer, get their temp checked and wear masks. Plexiglass separates you from your nail tech. The staff is always friendly and does a great job. Great hours of operation

Went in yesterday for a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was great but my nails looked like a 5yr old did them 😡😡 . BTW this is the owner NINI work. I would give no star if I had the option.

Always go in without an appointment. They have almost always been able to see me within 30 minutes. The owner always welcomes me by name, even though I may not have been in months.

I keep coming back. The always get me in fast for fingers & toes. Plus the facial waxing is more affordable than most hair salons. Nini does my eyebrows better than anyone else!

Made an appointment for 2 people. When I got there they rushed me to pick a color because they were short staffed. There was another person that had an appointment later then mine but was there early. They helped the other person so the other person I brought with had to sit and wait. Didnt even ask me what kind of pedi I wanted and when I mentioned that I wanted dipped nails they told me no they didnt have time for that, even thou I had made an appointment. I ended up with gel nails that have bubbles in them and are chipping off already after 3 days. I will never come back to this place after being rushed and the sub par service we received.

I have been getting my nails done here for more years than I can remember. We are now in quarantine for Covid-19 and I miss the ladies at NiniNails and getting my nails done. I cannot wait for them to re-open and see them all again!

Nini and most of her staff are very friendly and helpful. The nail salon is clean and has alot of things to choose from when getting either your nails done or a relaxing pedicure. They also do eyebrows and facial hair.I love going back there every chance I can.

The place I normally go was closed, so I drove around looking for another. What a pleasant surprise! This place was bustling by 10am. They were pleasant with all customers who arrived, offering tea or water, an immediate seat, and time estimates for completing whatever was asked. It was also calm and peaceful versus so many salons where the chatter amongst the manicurists is loud and not very relaxing.I also found it to be a great value for the price and effort that went into my french manicure and pedicure! This will be my new go-to nail place.

The appointment is easy to do and the job is beautiful. I always get compliments about how good my nails look. I am in love with the powder colors. Definitely recommended!

Love Nini and her team! They use brand new packaged and clean tools for every new Mani/pedi. They also use plastic liners in the foot spa, so you know its clean for each customer! They have walk-in services and the prices are super reasonable for the Madison area!!

I had a mixed experience here. On my first visit, I enjoyed the lady who applied my dip powder. She was kind and the right amount of talkative. I was disappointed, however, when 3 nails just popped off whole within 3 days after getting the dip powder. When I made an appointment to get them fixed, the new lady was rude and used the drill sander thing on my cuticles so much that I bled. At least she did the repairs for free. However, that was two days ago, and 2 more nails have popped off since then. I appreciated the price, but not the quality of service.

Made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and mentioned that I had to be somewhere at a set time. Arrived early to soak off polish, but was not set up. They took three walk-ins before me. I asked again to be set up to soak and wasnt. Was then told that they couldnt do both before I had to leave. Which they could have completed if I had been taken care of when I got there. Whats the point of making an appointment then?

I really enjoy going to Nini Nails & Spa. The salon is very clean, the prices are reasonable! My polish always lasts 2-3 weeks without chipping! I recommend Nini Nails & Spa to everyone!

I love this place for its gel manicures. They are the cheapest in town with the with the biggest variety of gel colors. Make an appointment if you can, I have never been here when it was not packed any day of the week.

Ive been going to Ninis for close to three years now and I do not trust anyone else to do my acrylics other than Nini and Tracy at Nini Nails. They are so sweet, accomodating, talented and know exactly what I want each time I go in--even when I am being a picky customer, they never fail to impress. Super relaxing pedis too, Ive gone countless times, although sometimes the technicians are a little rough. I am so glad to have Ninis nearby! Beautiful gel colors, always clean, sometimes there is a wait but its always worth it. I do not recommend any other nail salon in Madison more than I recommend Nini Nails!

I LOVE these ladies. They do such an amazing job both on my feet and on my fingers. They also do great facials. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are kind, generous and soothing.I love going there, and I take my friends and sisters as a treat.

A friend of mine and I went here to get new nails a couple weeks ago. We decided to get matching gel nails done. If I go back, I would definitely make an appointment. We both got I with just a half hour wait. I was pretty happy with my nails but I dont think the woman who did my friends nails did that great of a job. So, I guess it depends who you get! Be careful. lol

She did a fill in with blue nail polish still visible under the acrylic when I specifically asked her to clear my nails of the polish 1st. They will never see a dime of my money again. I dont care if Im desperate and I now see why there is never any clients there.

The lady that was doing my nails took her time and didnt rush, which I appreciate SO MUCH. She did an amazing job on my nails and I am definitely going to be back soon. Overall, the staff are friendly and will make conversation with you to make you feel more welcome.

EDITED: I came back in to remove my nails, and they literally ripped them off. I got a dip manicure and they decided that, instead of soaking my nails in acetone, they were going to take a fake nail and wedge them off. The result was my natural nails were destroyed and one of them ripped in half, resulting in bleeding. I did some research and found that this is NOT how it should be done.Theres a general misconception that if chipping or lifting occurs, its [dip powder polish] is ready to come off, but even if this happens you still have to soak, explains Terrell. When you peel or pull it off, the top layer (or sometimes layers) of your nail plate comes off with it.They expected me to pay for the removal after causing my nails severe damage that was unnecessary. I did not pay. I do not recommend going here for removal.

My sister gets her nails done here regularly and this salon is awesome! Katie does her nails very professionally. NiNi is also very nice and professional.

The place is clean HOWEVER....service is not top tier. I went in to have my nails done and ended up buffing polish off of my own nails because the nail tech couldnt get it off. she gave me attitude when I asked her to work on shaping my nails. She polished my nails very neatly and TRANSLUCENT. When I returned to have it fixed and another coat added to may nails, they asked me to come back later on 3 separate days. So while it is a nice looking salon the service is SUBPAR. Youll be better off spending your money where they appreciate their customers.

Took my daughter there for a mani & pedi. I was told it’s a 15 minute wait. 15 mins later they said 5 more min. I was told 5 more min several times. My daughter was brushed off to 3 different nail technicians and one of them was beyond rude. Having it be my daughters first time getting her nails done, the experience was already going downhill. Without a word, we just left the place. Our overall wait time ended up being 55 minutes. It’s ridiculous. I do not recommend this place unless you’re in for a cheap manicure.

I was told that they werent accepting appointments because of the holiday weekend and when I arrived i was told a hour wait. As i waited i was told to come back hours later because there was too many appointments booked (huh?). Was given a 5:30pm appointment time, that i never cancelled, but when i called before coming in I was then told that my appointment was given to someone else. ALL I WANTED WAS A POLISH CHANGE ON MY FRESH ACRYLIC NAILS!!! The phone was hung up on me multiple times. One time I brought in my foster daughter, who is only 12 but big for her age, and ask the woman how much it would be to paint her nails. The woman kept constantly stating that my 12 year old foster daughter, who is already self-conscious, had very large nails & hands so she would be charged as an adult. The women at this shop are the most unprofessional and rude women I know.

The gel polish I picked ended up being dried out so the Tech put polish remover in the polish bottle to help thin it. However, by doing that she caused my nail polish to become flat when finally dry. Very unimpressed with her rush to get a walk-in done!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY...AWFUL! My friend and I made appointments for the $42 spa pedicure and manicure under the coupon section, ensuring theyd honor the pricing as the coupon though listed expired in Apr 2019. On their website a Reg. Natural Pedicure is a basic pedicure with 3 steps; the Reg. Natural Spa Pedicure is an upgraded pedicure with an extra sole solution treatment.When we arrived for our 4:15 pm appointments, it seemed as though we never had appointments. They said they were running behind and wed have a 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes, we were told it would be another 15 minutes. I asked if they were certain it would only be another 15 minutes and were promised it would be. Because we didnt want to just sit, we asked if they would call us when they were ready as we would go get a drink at a restaurant in the strip mall and they said they would and took my number.30 minutes later we still hadnt gotten a call and were about to go back to see what was happening when the woman came into the restaurant and said she had written my number wrong but they were finally ready.So 45 minutes after our appointment time, we were finally getting pedicures. They were ok but no sole solution treatment and at this point I just wanted to get done and home so we didnt say anything.When pedicures were done we moved over to manicures. When my manicurist was done and got me over to the drying area, I took a good look and was disappointed that the paint was sloppily applied around the cuticles and at the tip of my nails, which also were not shaped consistently.I admittedly and accidentally bumped a nail on the drying table after about 10 minutes and it pushed the polish into a glob so I apologized and asked for it to be fixed. The manicurist just slapped another later of polish and top coat and called it good, despite my nail now having both a bubble and a noticeable bump. But since I had done this I let it go.Then came time for me to pay. They asked for $42 and I stated that I didnt think $42 was fair considering the 45 minute wait and the fact we had not gotten the spa pedicure.My manicurist got the other woman who had done my friends nails and had taken my number and gotten us at the restaurant. I explained to her we had had such a long wait, not gotten the spa pedicure and that my manicure was so sloppy that I could have done it better myself and asked what might be done. She insisted that the price for the spa pedicure and manicure was only for the Reg. Natural Pedicure even though the coupon clearly said spa.I showed her the unevenness of my polish and the bubble, again noting that the service was very bad and I was very disappointed that I was being asked to pay full price for subpar service. No attempt was made to remedy the situation at all -- no discount, coupon for next service, offer to fix the issues with my nails, etc. Just Sorry, $42.So I paid, let her know Id never be back and that Id be posting about the experience. Others in the shop asked what had happened as they overheard, though I was respectful and never cussed or raised my voice to express my dissatisfaction.Lo and behold, before I even made it home, my polish on all 10 nails became bumpy and bubbled, like the polish was old. To be honest, it looks so bad that I likely will remove it and repaint them myself tomorrow.I am so frustrated with my experience and literally have never had such a horrible manicure in my life. See my photos of my bumpy polish and of my friends sloppy paint job and hangnails and cuticles that were lazily addressed if addressed at all.They seemed to have a steady flow of regulars but I cannot understand how someone could return there. Clean environment. horrible service. I was continually pressured into getting a gel manicure although I was only there for a pedicure. it was relentless. they also tried to talk me into a different color polish. they offer several different tiers for pedicures and after I picked one, they kept trying to have me upgrade for more money. I was not impressed at all and would not recommend this nail salon.

I had gone here to get a acrylic full set and a couple days later one of my nails completely popped off on its own. A couple days after that another nail popped off and then today another nail came off on its own. I have been working every day and by the time I get off work theyre closed so today I finally had time to call them and was told I would have to pay for them to fix my nails that they messed up. When I called to set up an appointment I was told it would be $35 to get my nails done but after they did them I was charged $45 plus I tipped $5 which brought the total to $50 because I thought they did a good job but it turns out they didnt! Ive never had any nails pop off on their own until I got my nails done here. The place I usually go to only charges $30 and they do a better job on my nails than this place did! I feel like I was completely ripped off and Im super upset about it! I will never go back to this place and from now on I will stick to the normal place I go to that is cheaper and does a way better job.

Lied about a mani and pedi special when it was the first thing that popped up on their website ended up paying $45 for natural dip nails ( plus tip, not sure why I tipped just felt obligated too but I regret doing that )No extensions. Also made me bleed super bad not gental at all, it still hurts. Don’t go to this place unless you want to get ripped off and feel uncomfortable.

I was here a couple years ago and my experience was terrible. They made me pay and tip before I had my manicure so I felt pressured and unsure of how well to tip. If I didnt give what they deemed a good enough tip I was afraid theyd do a bad job and if I gave too good of a tip I wasnt sure if the manicure would be good enough to warrant what I gave. When they did the hot lotion hand and arm massage, the woman who did mine burned me with the hot oil that sits on top of the lotion. The entire time my friend and I were there the staff was speaking in another language and laughing at us. Although I dont speak the language to know what exactly they were saying, it was obvious they were judging and mocking us. And if they werent, it wasnt a nice experience for us because thats how we were left feeling. My manicure didnt look that great and it was ruined before I even got to my car afterwards. As I said, its been a few years since I was here, so hopefully the service is better, but I wont be stopping back to see if it has improved.

Both ladies did not do a very good job on either my nails or my friends nails. There was polish outside of my nail beds, and she missed the sides of my nails when she was painting them and tried to file them down to fix it but it didnt work. My friends nails chipped less than 5 days after we got the shellac done. Also, my toenails had polish around the edges. The $30 spa pedicure treatment I got left my feet still feeling somewhat rough, and she didnt massage my feet really at all. I would not go back to this salon.

I used a new credit card here and two days later fraud was detected on my credit card as someone purchased $692 worth of shoes online. Coincidence??? I am not sure but do not think I will come back here. I tried to talk to the person up front and she told me to never come back, she would call police. If you go here, dont use your credit card, CASH ONLY!

Horrible! I usually get my nails done at a different place, this time I didnt have time to drive there so I went here.... Worst idea ever! I had gel on my nails to begin with, so she started the soak. I went a grabbed the color I wanted (taking maybe 2 minutes) she then proceed to peel the gel off my nails (ruining them in the process, because they soaked for 2 MINUTES!) at the end of it all there was polish on my cuticle and as soon as I took a shower 3 of my nails split. It looks like crap! Not a happy customer I will never again go here!

I have been going here for mani pedis for 3 years. I cannot understand the poor reviews. I have always gotten fantastic service and mani pedis. The women are gentle and kind. One of the reviews I read was racist and offensive and made me sick. The person who wrote that should be ashamed. She should stick to white salons.

Dont spend your money here. My husband couldve gotten the nailpolish better on my toes than this place. At the end when I asked the woman to please clean up the polish all over the skin on my toes (red, I might add) - she got all huffy and said it come off in the shower and walked away. HORRENDOUS service. When I got home I noticed that the nailpolish from my prior pedicure hadnt even been totally removed. You get what you pay for people. If you want a hack job for a cut price - by all means spend your money here.

I made an appt for two people. I was taken, and my husband was made to wait 40 mins. Meanwhile, a walk in got a pedicure right away. They said my husband would be after me. He shouldve have been with me at the same time. I was told an appt for two was ok and we called ahead.
