This is a family owned business and everyone is so sweet. My go to girl is Tina she never disappoints! I have been going to her for 4 months and will never go to anyone else! She always does good work and is very friendly. She really cares about making her customers happy!! She can do simple or any design. Totally recommend Queen Nails!!

I was there for 3 hours. I was supposed to get a fill but I ended up having to soak my nails and let them do a whole new set. This set is not what I asked for. I asked for cheeta print and I go this. I have glue all over my hands and on top of that I was charged $60.5/19/2021 I came in to talk and you yelled at me. You tried to embarrass me in front of your clients. You lied you charged me for a full set. I get it you need to money. If you wanted me to pay for a full set then just say that. I ended up paying to get them fixed that next morning and I’m about to get a polish change right now. It’s cool keep running these $60 scams and you won’t be in business much longer!

Tina was awesome! She always exceeds my expectations! Im definitely a repeat customer. I had a fantastic pedicure today!Bryan is also fantastic! He did my daughters nails and she is very happy with them!The entire staff is excellent! Everyone is always friendly and try their best to make sure you dont have to wait long!

First time, great fantastic and loved it. However, it started coming off in the back by the cuticles area. I thought maybe it was just me. Went back again to give them another chance and it happened again, this happened within 3 days. I went back and she put nail glue in the cuticle area, the glue held for a day or two? Again, thought it was my nail so I went back for a third time because I wanted to give them a chance and they tried to blame me and my nails. I went to Venus Nails on County Line and it does not happen at all. But with them, within 3 days it would lift and they tried to blame my nails and wanted to charge for a fill in within 3 days. Must be crazy if I’m going to pay $60 for full set and $25 for fill in within 3 days. Definitely wasn’t my nails like they wanted to blame me because it does not happen anymore to me now that I go to a different salon.

I got the latest trend nails, holographic was one of my nails, I couldn’t be more happier. I thought I was I love with my last set and these top the chart, by far! Absolutely love Brian up there. Forever giving me Bougie nails 😍

AMAZING‼️ My very first visit was such a firstImpressionable appointment. I got the jelly pedicure and the woman that did it was so so nice. Showing me all the products that we were using and having me smell how amazing they were, then the pedicure itself, UNFORGETTABLE. If you go, please try it !Now my nails...yall..Tina is THE QUEEN OFNAILS! So sweet and she welcomes you and works with your vision on how you want them done. My nails were simple ombré but she did my friends nails and she had much more details and the nails came out phenomenal 💜 Everybody there is so nice and so welcoming and the salon is nice and bright and big, doesn’t feel confined like some places I’ve been to. I will be going there from now on and Tina and the woman that does my toes will be my Go To’s 💋

First experience was amazing which caused me to come back. 2nd visit my pedicure took 2 hours. 3rd visit I was lied to. I will never visit this place again.

I’ve been going here for 10 years. I loved David and Michelle. I went two weeks go and they were still there but I went yesterday and things have changed hands. I got a powder manicure that I’ve gotten many times before, but this time it’s so thick it’s like I have 10 layers of polish on my fingers. I’m gonna give them another chance since there might be a learning curve, but it’s disappointing so far.

Went today and got a mani and a pedi and went to get pedi dry the dryer part was not working. He bold face lied in my face and said it was working....smh

Tina did my nails exactly how I wanted them. The jelly pedicure was everything. I really enjoyed the services and I will definitely be back.

I wanted to take the time to give Queen Nails a Great Review on their business and the service they provide. Two wks ago I came in to make an appointment w/Tina but she was fully booked. So Brian asked if Id be interested in him doing my nails. I was like sure, why not he might not be as bad as the last two places Ive been. HE DID A GREAT JOB. I was not DISAPPOINTED at Alll !!! He did all the steps in doing your nails right. Not like some that jus take your money. As long as Im welcome I will continue to do business with Tina, Brian and the Queen nails staff.I also want to add they have done my pedicure my eyebrows and my daughters nails. Out of alll that I do not have ONE COMPLAINT.Thank you all.

I’ve been looking for a new spot for a while & I found it!!I came in for a 9 am appt, she was right on time and with letting me in. I told her I was starting a new job & showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was so diligent about making sure I got what I wanted. The service was great & she was so sweet

Before I told about this place. I must have tried all the nail salons in the area. No joke! I had just moved from Atlanta and it took me forever to find someone whom did my nails like my technician in Atlanta. Until I found David and the girls and now this is the only place I will come. They do a great job every time. I’m am very particular about my nails and can be very picky. They have no problem making sure I walk out of there satisfied. Stuff are friendly and do a fantastic job

Worst place ever! They will rush. I paid for deluxe and I was done in about 20 minutes or less. He scrubbed my feet so hard they turned red. When he painted my toes, he left paint all over them and only tried to scrape it off with his nail. Waste of money, hard rough massage and I could of painted my toes better. Clearly they are just tying to get people in and out.

Developed bad fungus and staph infection after getting pedicure at Queens. Both of my big toes are very sick and I will probably lose both nails. Currently under the care of my doctor and possibly a specialist. Won’t ever go back. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the people were very nice👎🏼

Nails did not last. Got a full set that started to lift and gel polish peeling off by day three. The man that did my nails kept trying to convince me to get gel nails in very poor English. When he was doing my nails he kept missing things. The acrylic wasnt spread to the side of my nail and when I showed him he tried to say that it was part of my cuticle *on the side of my nail???*. Then he just started filing away without asking what shape I wanted. Then after 5 minutes he asks you like round square or square square.? Thank goodness I wanted square. Before I was even finished I knew I wasnt coming back here again.

Staff is wonderful, salon is clean, and they score 100s consistently with the health department. This is the only salon I trust. Michelle is my technician, and she is THE BEST!

Ive been having artifical nails for 20 years and have been to many salons. This is the first salon that has given me Pseudomonas. Salon seemed clean but the technician used dirty tools. I do not recommend this salon
