It is meticulously clean here! Love the decor! Everyone is friendly and very detailed in the polishing, even the men (not to place gender stereotypes). The Bliss pedicure seemed pricey, but was totally worth it for the time and attention to my feet!

Friendly staff. 3 different people rotated doing my mani and pedi while I was sitting down getting a pedi. The feet were rushed and the hands were done by someone in training, the pictures show the final result.I didn’t leave a tip because my nails have never looked this rushed, chipped and bad. I think $65 for this service was enough, but I got some mean looks when I didn’t add a tip.I’m from another country where I see people work so hard doing nails and are perfectionists, so to know that mine today were sloppy, I don’t consider that worthy of a tip when the price was so high for amateur work.The staff was super friendly, nice and funny! So there aren’t any hard feelings. But I felt I needed to write a review as to why I didn’t tip because of the mean looks as I walked out.

New owners as of maybe 2 weeks ago sadly. I went in to get acrylics and they were super rough on my nails even though I kept telling them to be less agressive with them which they did not listen to. They hurt my nail bed by using the equipment at the roughest speed and then were so rough with the nail filer that they made my pinky bleed a considerable amount. In addition to the horrible nail service, I had gone in with a friend who I was hoping to talk to a bit but could not because the man doing my nails and his other male coworker were talking so loudly I could not hear my friend that was right next to me. Seriously though, these men were basically yelling - I could not hear myself think. It was the most chaotic and unpleasant nail experience I have had to this day. Would not recommend.

I paid 40 dollars for a fill-in and my nails started to break after one week. I never experienced that ever before. And its because the person who helped me did not put enough acrylic on my nails. I am very disappointed because it took me two months to grow my real nails. He knew what he was doing he ask me if I wanted them cut or course not! Then he rushed to finish my nails to help a customer who was a regular. I felt I was discriminated against God don t like Ugly!.

Coming to Madison was a culture shock when we talk about getting your nails done! In Cali an acrylic fill is $15 and there is a plethora of great shops. It took me three different nail shops here in Madison before I found Tammis shop! The prices are competitive for Madison and she does a fantastic job each time. Ive been a loyal customer for over 4yrs and highly recommend Tammi.

The quality of my gel full set manicure was not great. The polish chipped after 3 days and the design I asked them did not turn out and she was unwilling to fix it as she had booked back to back appointments and the next customer was there.

I had a full set of pink and white put on back in November, keep going back every 3/4 weeks to get a fill and new design. Everyone is nice, its comfortable and takes about 30-45 minutes for my fills + design (with gel top). No chipping on them. Great work, not expensive.Had a pedi as well, very relaxing, the scrub and massage was the best part. She really did an excellent massage. Not just a quick rub and done, this was good time. Almost fell asleep. Thats when you know its good. Totally recommend this place.

How this place has 4.5 stars is beyond confusing to me. This was the most stressed out I have ever been during and leaving getting a mani/pedi. It was dirty, service was not the best quality and the woman didnt understand what I was saying so did not fix a nail, remove a hair that was stuck in my nail or be able to understand how much I wanted to tip. Oh and there was a workers kid running around, which I normally wouldnt mind, except he was getting into all of the tools (unsanitary) and I was constantly nervous he was going hurt himself with one of them or run into the lady doing my nails. I would not recommend.

I went in yesterday to treat myself as I needed to blow sm time b4 a later engagement. I got a full set and my eyebrows done. I was completely happy with my eyebrows, customer service, and interaction I had with other customers whom all came to see 1 woman. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with my nails that I used to get done on a regular basis but has now become a luxury. When I pay $60 to get my nails and eyebrows done especially during this season when things are tight I expect to be happy with the job done. Even after waiting a 1/2 hour to get my eyebrows done I am very happy with the job done but honestly wish I hadnt wasted the $ on my nails that I am debating taking off b4 Christmas pictures!!

Definitely the best nail salon in Madison for the price! My sister and I went in to get a mani pedi combo and they actually took the time keep us together. The place was clean, the water was a perfect temperature and we didnt feel like they were rushing us out of there. A great experience overall. We will definitely be going there again! ~Twins

The people here are very friendly! I visited here today 06-09-18 with my cousin and received to pedicures. Upon walking in we were guaranteed the service isnt rushed, but this promise fell short for my pedi. My cousin pedi looked great hers got started before mines about 10mins prior, and she got massaged heavenly. My pedi by the older woman with glasses wasnt rushed, but it fell short of a good massage as my cousin received. My message was like 1min, 30sec each leg were my cousin massage was about 10-15min each leg. I would recommend RUM the Male who serviced my cousin if you visit for pedi.

I called ahead about walk-ins and doing childrens nails and after they confirmed I told them we would be there soon. When we got there they said they wouldnt be able to do the childs nails until 1.5 hours later. Horrible service.

A friend of mine recommend this place and although it was quite expensive I loved my nails so to me it was worth it 😊 I had a guy do them but I didnt quite catch his name.

It was a nice clean place but I made an appointment for 4 pedicures. Hallf way through one persons pedicure the guy left and did someones nails who didnt have an appointment.
