Dan and Lana run a “polished” ship!!! From the quality of service to how their people talk with you directly… they pay attention to the details! :) Customer service is #1 to me and not only do the owners treat you with respect and care but I see it in their people they have doing the hands on work. I’m super grateful for several ladies I’ve had do my manicure and pedicure (I don’t recall their names) but I hope they know they’re appreciated! :) They always help me decide on colors too hahaha I’ve been going here for years, tried many many many places in Madison and around. All the clients dip their nails into the same jars. This spreads nail infections. I was too anxious to say anything, and let the process continue, but I wouldnt return knowing this. After three coats my nails are crazy thick and I will probably soak them off within a week.I gave two stars because the woman who did the work was very nice.

Nice place. Friendly staff. At lease 15 nails booths which is good. Clean and neat. And kid friendly spent about 50 on feet and nails I got the gentalmen special.

Came in to really pamper myself and Ill definitely be coming back! I went in for the Deluxe Hot Stone Pedicure, Eyebrow wax, and ombre gel nail extensions. My toes look lovely but I see no reason to show them off but the service itself YOU HAVE TO TRY IT AT LEAST ONCE PLEASE AND THANK YOU! That hot stone stuck around for most of the pedicure and I was in heaven!! My eyebrows are finally on point and my lady made sure that I got exactly what I wanted by asking plenty of questions! My nails. OH MY GOODNESS MY NAILS. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! She was so meticulous as you have to be with ombre and it was totally worth the extra cost for the almond shape and the ombre itself! Yall - give this place a visit. Oh also, wine. Enjoy the wine ;)

First time at this particular saloon and I got a no chip manicure. Unfortunately the no chip polish peeled off after 5days. After calling and explaining what happened they did allow me back and get it fixed at no additional charge.

Got dipped extensions for the first time! Dipped extensions and Pedicure totaled $92, which isnt too bad at all. Salon was a little busy but there was a decent amount of space around the shop. Id go there again for sure.

Diamond nails is a great place to get your nails done. They are always so professional and you can easily book through a quick email. The salon itself is always very clean and their tools are always sanitized. I never feel worried about cleanliness. Tasha is a wonderful nail tech, she’s very meticulous and always makes sure you are satisfied. Plus she gives the best massages!

Lots of staff and stations so they can take many appointments at a time and on short notice. The staff is friendly and seating for pedicures is nice!The pedicure bath bowls are not lined but staff appear to clean them after use. Each staff has their own nail kit with reusable tools. It wasnt clear how often they are sanitized.

The staff here is amazing and do such a great job! Everytime I visit Im amazed! Last time I picked a color that they said would be clear and helped with a under dip so that my nails would look amazing.

I come here consistently because of Lana and Dan. They are truly a dynamic duo and remember everyone’s name!! Their customer service impresses me so much. That aside, my experience here isn’t always the best. It can be frustrating because doing your nails is supposed to be a “pampering” thing yet, sometimes I’d find myself quite stressed and anxious because the nail tech working on my nails is rushing or working too fast. I’ve had a nail file cut into my cuticle before unfortunately. After a few visits, a nail technician named Sandra was assigned to me. I appreciate her immensely as she took great care of my nails. I actually felt like I could look away and not worry that she would nick my cuticle or burn my nail from the drill. I noticed that she made sure to pay attention to the curvature of the nail and also to characteristics of my (own) nail. I also ask for the almond shape many times but for the first time, my nails actually looked almond???!!! I’m honestly shook. I was really impressed by her attention to detail and how gentle she was with me. She gained my trust right away and for that, I felt like every dollar I spent was worth it. I plan on continuing future appointments with her!

Diamond Nails is my go-to for manis & pedis. Staff is warm & friendly, and always do a great job. Its a solid value for having your nails done. My young daughter has come in with me before and they always do a great job with her too. She loves coming here as much as I do.

I wanted to give them more stars, but when comparing prices in their brochure at the dryer area, I believe we were overcharged. Regardless of what was probably a mistake, the lady and gentleman that helped us were simply the sweetest (so I still included a tip). We also were helped right away even though it appeared they prefer appointments to be made.My 5 year old daughter and I were having a fun day and she recieved her first pedicure. The whole visit she was treated like a princess and was beaming with a smile. Pedicures are a treat for us, so its not every day we get pampered.The chairs and other things probably need to be updated, but it was clean, which is more important. Id visit again, but pay more attention to charges and maybe make an appointment.

DAHLIN! Customer service ON POINT and so is their work! The salon is gorgeous inside and I love how attentive the ladies are while doing our nails. Asking me often if everything looks good. They made my quarantine comeback so sweet! Everyone wore masks, they installed shields on every stall and provided hand sanitizer. Well be returning for sure

I think my nail tech person’s name was Michelle and she was so nice and did excellent job! They have so many colors to choose from and I couldn’t decide what I wanted. So I let Michelle pick out the color for me and I absolutely love it!! The owner, Lana was also very friendly! My experience at Diamond was great and I will definitely go back there to get my nails done again!

I’ve tried a variety of nail salons in the Madison area over the last 8 years. I started going to Diamond Nails 2-3 years ago and am almost always very pleased with my nails and my experience there.

Used to by my favorite spot to go treat myself. If you chip or break a mail they do not get you in to repair it.

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service skills, unclean work environment, and above all they are literally ripping people off. In NJ, it literally cost $30 for a mani and pedi. Not $50. I feel so bad for the people that go to this nail salon. They dont even realize they are getting ripped off. It was atrocious. My nails look like absolute trash. I will be contacting the better business bureau, and among other things. They should not be in business period. If I cld give zero stars I would have. Ga

Went for a pedicure. Friend went for a mani/pedi.Older but still good massage chairs. They offered little individual water bottles (although I think I saw someone else drinking wine? So maybe you can ask for that…)Great service. Called at about 3:30 on a Monday and they had an opening for 2 at 4:45 (and got us in early when we showed up at 4:30).The pedi was all the things I expected, and the massage was good. I think it was Tasha who gave me my pedi, which cost $35. Excellent value.

Ive been a few times now. The pricing is superb. All the stylists are wonderfully skilled and know what theyre doing, plus theyre fun to talk to and have a laugh with. Theyre colors are gorgeous. And they always manage to fit me in, no matter how last minute. I always adore my nails after I get them done here! LOVE THEM!

I have tried so many different nail salons and this place has by far been my favorite! They are super friendly, every nail tech I’ve been with has done a great job, not too thick, not too thin, great shaped nails. Always happy when I leave. They have an excellent variety of nail colors both in the bottle and shellac plus they don’t skimp on quality, my nails stay in tact longer than any other salon. They are always able to squeeze me in for an appointment, even when it’s last minute. I can not recommend them more!

I love this nail salon! I have received dip nails for years now and honestly, no one does it as well as Chloe. I still drive 2 hours round trip to get my nails done here every three weeks. Absolutely worth it. Once covid hit, they have really done everything they can to keep clients and staff safe and happy.

Great place for a pedicure or manicure. Gels are ok. I do not recommend for dip or acrylic. My dip acrylic was so badly done. So thick and bumpy. The technician did not file the tops smooth. I went to a different place to have them fixed (smoothes down a s reshaped). Will not go there again for my fingernails.

Shirley is fantastic and always does a wonderful job - I’ve never been disappointed after one of our appointments!

Until I started going here I had never had a pedicure... and I came here several times in 2019 and early 2020 as a treat. I thought everything was fine (and the polish looked nice) until I took my polish off at home in March (the beginning of Safer at Home) and found my nails with white streaks and spots. I thought maybe it would pass but it only got darker to the point it was yellow and a light brown color... GROSS!!! I went to the doctor to find that I had an infection on both feet! After 3 months of prescription medications and many months of nail growth they are FINALLY stating to look normal again.If you would have asked in March 2020 I would have recommended... now? NO WAY!

The service is always wonderful! I have been coming here for the past 6 years and I am always welcomed by a great smile! They have gone past my expectations with countless support! They have even supported my school events! Great business!

I get a gel pedicure every 4 weeks and a dip manicure every 2 weeks. I clean houses during the summer so my hands are constantly in chemicals. I started getting my nails done because the chemicals were ruining my natural nails and the skin on my fingers.The dip always lasts for the full 2 weeks (you could easily make it 3 but I’m picky). I love Chloe and Mia. My two favorite nail techs!! They always do a great job and take their time! They’re also very personable! I love those girls!Getting a pedicure is also pleasant.I’ve never really had a problem with being over crowded in there like other reviews say.They also do a great job with COVID and staying sanitary!Dan and Lana are also great and will make sure you get what you need! One day, I messed up my thumb nail by washing my hands too soon. Lana had my tech redo my thumb before I left , free of charge.

I’ve been going to Diamond Nails for a few years now. Casual pedi dates with girls all the way to my perfectly executed dream wedding nails a few months ago. I’ve trusted them with it all and never once been disappointed. The nail technicians are extremely detail oriented and impeccable with meeting your desired look. The service is excellent, so much that Dan even knows my voice on the phone and welcomes me in warmly each time whether it’s been 3 weeks or 3 months between visits. Can’t recommend highly enough.Covid notes: everyone is masked and even shields for some nail techs, plastic shields at every station, and they’re doing a great job with appointments and managing volume/capacity in the salon. You’re never seated directly next to someone unless they’re in your “party” and I always feel very safe.

Me and my boyfriend just came here, he a mani, me a pedi. First thing Id like to say is they took us right away. No waiting 🥰 I got the best foot massage of my life. Literally. I could tell the tech was extremely knowledgeable and was looking for knots in my feet. The polish was super nice as well. And they have WINE. four stars only tho, because I would have liked to see a hot stone or towel massage that I have received at other salons. But it was a really great experience. Also good priced. 35 dollars for my pedi.

Took my friend to get a pedicure for her birthday. We were in and out in 24 minutes and that included picking out the color we wanted. Go to Star Nails in Fitchburg. Same price but a million times better.

I highly recommend Diamond Nails; everyone there is excellent. They are professional, efficient, friendly, and hardworking. Prices are reasonable, and they have a TON of colors to pick from (both dip and gel). It is highly preferred/appreciated that you pay with cash due to high credit card processing fees, and they only accept cash tips, so be sure to plan accordingly. They do have an ATM on-site to help accommodate the cash payment request (I believe there are zero ATM fees as well). I will continue to use Diamond Nails for my manicure and pedicure needs.

Had a problem with my nails with not being how I had asked my nail technician to do them (photo on the left was what I got, asked for the photo on the right)called back the next day and talked to Dan and he made things right and let me come in and get my nails fixed free of charge. They had Ella do my ombre nails and she did a excellent job and fixing them! They turned out just how I had wanted them in the first place 🙂 very pleased with Ellas work and Dan letting me come in and get my nails fixed free of charge. Photo of her work attached, they look just like the photo I had showed and asked for!

Updated from a 5 star:My first and second experience was wonderful. Now, not so much. The tech I had was not welcoming at all, when I said what I wanted she had an attitude. The file she used left my cuticles peeling, and the dip power left stains on my fingers. I saw other techs wiping it off other clients but she was in such a rush to go sit in a pedicure chair and sit on her phone with my appointment. Not to mention, I specifically asked for them not to look thick and be flat and she didn’t follow through with that. I talked to the manager/owner and they offered for her to come back and fix it and I told them I didn’t want her again and did nothing with the price for my unhappiness. I go to pay extra because I loved the nails and service but from now I won’t be returning.

This is the BEST place to enjoy a high quality manicure and pedicure in Madison! Dan and Lana, the delightful owners, are a special pair that create a one-of-a-kind experience with exaggerated hospitality every single visit. I have gone to this salon 2x a month, at least, for the last 5 years and I can’t imagine any other place making me feel the way I do when I enter and leave. If I could leave a thousand stars for this salon, I would. I highly recommend this lovely place to residents and visitors time and time again.

Everyone who works here is always super friendly. You can see them diligently cleaning and sanitizing things throughout your appointment. Plus they offer a complimentary cup of wine and/or water with your appointment (pre-COVID).

I love Diamond Nails! Definitely the best place to get a manicure. It is very quick and easy to make an appointment, and you get an amazing manicure. Best place ever to get my nails done! They always turn out beautiful.

At the surface, this seems like a well organized nail salon. But Ive been here multiple times and never been satisfied with my nails. I hadnt been to Diamond in a couple of years so I thought I would try a dip manicure. The person who did my nails seemed like they were in a huge rush. She was dipping my nails in the powder and putting on coats of polish without even looking at my nail or brushing off the powder in between dips. I left with what felt like thick bubbles of polish on my nails and gel was so stuck under my nails that I couldnt un-stick my skin from the polish. Every nail was so lumpy/ thick/uneven that I had to go back the next day and ask for them to be filed down to be thinner. Im not normally someone who ever sends anything back... But I felt like I couldnt pick things up or do my job as efficiently with this thick of nails. The second job was much better; my nails looked good from far away but still there were SO many imperfections and skin sticking to glue that became jagged edges once my nails grew out even the slightest bit. When I went back 2 weeks later to get them removed because they looked horrible grown out, the woman Literally gauged my nails out with the buffing machine. My nails now have huge dents in them and also lumps of dip on that she never got off (last picture that I attached). I would not recommend this place, and Im only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were able to fix my nails promptly the next day after the first time. Im not writing this review to complain or get any response/feedback-- Im just looking to show my experience for anyone out there looking for a nail salon... go elsewhere for dip.

I really wanted to try this place because of the food ratings, but I was severely disappointed. I just got a basic manicure with a small design on two nails... it felt severely rushed! The edges aren’t clean at all. The nail stylist smudged my nails several times and just continued to paint back over. Genuinely the only reason I tipped is because I know times are hard with COVID and I would have felt awful not tipping.

I have been a client for years and was excited to get back after the stay at home order was lifted. I felt safe while I was there, I wore a mask and every employee was wearing protective gear. I booked pedicures with a friend and we chose to sit together but we were distanced from other clients to adhere to social distancing guidelines. The quality at this nail salon remains excellent and I will continue to be a regular client!
