I went here for my prom nails so I made an appointment with Tom in advance from the reviews. I get there and they say he isn’t here so someone else did them. First he did my pedicure, wasn’t the greatest. He then says he can’t do the style of acrylics i requested and that i can come back the next day so Tom can do them. I told him I’m busy prepping for prom and he then says someone’s coming in for him shortly so he can’t do it. I told him we can do a simpler style. He rushed doing it, kept cutting me and the acrylics were sloppy. I had sparkly accent nails along with just regular white. He got clumps of the glitter on my white nails. Then he kept bumping into my feet so my toe nail polish smudged. at the end he seen them smudged and asked me did i like them. Never again.

This was my first trip to Top Nails. The place is clean, the decor is nice, and it’s quiet and peaceful inside. My nail tech, Amy, was very good with my pedicure I will be back!

The service was great 👍. They were professional and caring, as well as honest. For example, my wifes credit-card was accidentally left there and they contacted her and returned the card. Thanks ☺️...

Highly recommend. Staff was friendly, equipment up to date and fully functional. They used tub liners and the entire place was CLEAN!Was able to make appointment same day with Kim. She did an excellent job on mani/pedi. I splurged on a longer pedicure since it has been while and she took her time even though they were BUSY! I definitely got what I paid for and wasnt rushed. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. My hands were rough . . . Got a basic manicure with no polish and very short nails which is exactly what I wanted. Now they look cared for, clean and professional. I also got the pedicure that is one notch above the basic… Included included lots of massage and scrubs. Fantastic! Tom did an amazing job. This place is new with a grand opening discount right now but hes been doing nails for years and it shows. I was very happy the the care he took with my nails and his want to make sure I was satisfied. **The blood on the side of the nails in the pictures are from a dog fight I had to break up earlier and are in no way a depiction of his work.

My normal salon was closed and I made a last minute appointment with Top Nails and Spa. At first I was a little skeptical, but that soon all changed. I had three services done : a full set with dip powder, regular pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I was very satisfied, everything looked great. The prices are great as well, for those three services I paid $100. The salon is very clean and elegant. They have a great selection of colors, plenty of choices !! From Gel to Powder (Dip). I saw wonderful designs on their samples. Also, their customer service was really good, they made sure you were aware of the prices and that you were comfortable. Definitely a 5 star salon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was on the lookout to try a new nail place. Decided to try this place because of the 4.9 rating and great reviews. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. First off, I wish they would be up front about how long of a wait it actually is. Came in around 12:45 pm on a Thursday wanting a gel pedi and dip powder mani. Checked in and was told to wait. About 15-20 minutes went by when another lady walked in wanting to get a pedicure. She was told it would be an hour before they would be able to get to her. If I had known it was going to be that long of a wait, I would’ve either left and came back or went somewhere else. Since I had already been sitting there, I decided to just wait. Someone finally got to me around 1:30 pm. And when I say someone, I mean a little girl around 11-12 years of age. She did my acetone foil to begin removing my previous dip powder. However, she used way too much acetone which dripped all over my hands. I waited another 20-30 minutes before getting in Tom’s chair. I remembered seeing the good reviews regarding Tom, so I thought maybe they could turn things around. Nope! He rushed through my nails, the dip powder was way too thick and there was nail polish all around my nails and fingers. He was constantly on his phone throughout the service as well. I understand handling your business, but handle your business on the nails as well. I asked him to clean up around my nails for me, which he obliged to do. But when he realized how much nail polish was on my fingers, he started rushing that too. He started trying to file away the polish. I didn’t even want my pedicure at that point. I had been in the shop for over 2 hours by then. I went ahead and paid but I was not happy at all! Went straight to another shop and got my nails fixed and my pedi done.I get being short staffed and busy. But be up front with people regarding wait times or the number of appointments ahead of them. I could’ve made a much better informed decision on whether or not I wanted to wait. I thought about giving them a second chance, but I will not be returning here. First and last time.

Husband and I enjoyed our pedicures. Very clean, very thorough. We will definitely return.However, the tech that was performing my pedicure began to rush when her next client walked in. I felt that my toe nail painting and manicure was definitely rushed. Wasn’t as relaxing compared to the service I was getting at the beginning.

I absolutely love Tom!!! I had my appointment scheduled for 6:15 today but arrived early. He went straight to work. The hot towels smelled soooo fresh! I have no complaints. We laughed and had a good time BUT he never stopped working. Highly recommended. I was able to get the style and satisfaction I desired.

I was the first customer today and I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure. Top nails is a clean, fresh and bright nail shop. I highly recommend this nail shop. They use liners for each pedicure bowl (major bonus to me). The chair is very comfortable and they also have plush lumbar pillows in each of the massage chairs. Kim always does a wonderful job on my pedicures.Ill definitely be back for their grand opening in February.
