Absolutely fabulous experience. Kind and charismatic nail technicians, comfortable atmosphere, great customer service, and stunning nails!This was my first time at 4K Nails and I had a wonderful experience. Not only was my time with the nail tech, Kenny, enjoyable and fun, but my nails turned out amazing! I got a two color, dip service with tip extensions. They definitely look more natural than other manicures I have had since these are thinner and seamlessly transition from my real nail to the extension. Unfortunately I cracked my nail a few hours after leaving the salon (getting used to the nails) and the team was so kind to let me jump in quick between clients to fix it up free of charge.Definitely recommend!!

If you look closely, its not perfect. Theres some bubbles and streaking but nothing noticeable from a distance. Great value and speedy service. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a job well done and enjoy getting their nails done.

I used to go to the nail salon that was previously there in high school. Ive gone to a lot of different nail places since then and I have not been as happy as I am going back to 4K nails. Kim does nails so perfectly and she really takes the time to make sure that theyre shaped exactly how you want them. We got off to a little bit of a rocky start because the color that I picked the first time I was there did not turn out how I wanted it. I paid for a color change but she just seemed a little bit upset and maybe she had other appointments. But other than that I sincerely recommend this place and Im going to go back every two weeks now and see Kim.

I called at 4:36pm to see how long it would be for 3 adults and 1 child for a basic pedicure. The fellow on the phone told me 5pm is available.5:11pm we go inside there is no chairs unavailable, and every person in there is staring with their mouths open. The guy we talked to then told us to pick a color and sit in the chair. It’s going to be another 15-20 minutes.I understand that it’s 3 adults, but what’s the point in making an appointment if we don’t get our original appointment time?Ridiculous—

I like that they encourage customers to may cash by talking off a few bucks. They provided great service so I can tip more by paying cash. I received the spa pedicure for $7 more than the regular pedicure and I couldnt be more pleased. From the warm compress they gave me for my neck, to the massage chair, to the detail that was spent on my toes and my massage, Im so glad Im practically across the street! Id highly recommend this nail salon :) Especially my technician, Ken!

Writing another review because I think everyone needs to see this. Ive been coming here for a while now and I highly suggest calling ahead. I also highly suggest bringing cash. Finally, youll LOVE whoever does your nails! I scheduled with Keny today but a mix up happened and I ended up with his wife AND IM SO SAD I DIDNT CATCH HER NAME!She listened to my requests and when I showed a concern, she made sure she didnt continue until I was happy (it wasnt bad, Im just a little picky). I cant stay Ive had more beautiful nails since moving to Madison. LOVE this place, you wont regret it

I work at a restaurant and my acrylics stayed on for at least five weeks (probably longer, but I just got them refilled!) Some of the lowest prices I’ve seen in Madison, but great quality.

I came here to fix a broken nail and they were able to do it in a timely manner; I called ahead for a same day appointment. They also had the chrome nail powder that I wanted thats hard to find at other salons. The prices were very reasonable and there was no wait at all. The process did take a bit longer so they stayed late to help fix my nails. I definitely will be coming back to this salon! Thank you!

4k Nails is awesome! They were all so kind and flexible! They responded quickly to emails and they were easy to reserve with. They even did fun halloween designs which were beautiful. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a must! I’ve been to many different nail salons and this one is beyond great! I am not the person to leave reviews, but I felt I needed to leave a review! I received the Deluxe Pedicure for $50 and it was totally worth every dollar. The massage is my favorite part of a pedicure and the massage for the deluxe lasted at least 20 full minutes! I practically fell asleep in the chair! It was not rushed one bit, like most places. I loved it! If you can splurge, I’d say definitely do it!

Mai did such an amazing job on my nails! I made an appointment which seems like the best idea so you dont have to wait, but it wasnt crowded at all, it was nice and clean & I enjoyed every moment of the experience. While getting my nails done, two ladies walked in for pedicures and got taken care of right away, so it seems walk-ins are welcome also! Id also recommend the deluxe pedicure, especially since it has been such a long winter! Cant wait to go back in two weeks ;)

Terrible experience. Made an appointment for a mani pedi. 20 minutes after my appointment time, finally got in the foot-bath. Pedicure was painful, and then they didn’t have anyone to do my mani, so wasted another 15 minutes just figuring out what the were going to do. By that time, I only had a half hour to get to my next appointment. Paid and left, and although she applied the polish with my flipflops on, I already gave a huge gouge out of my nails. Never, ever again!

I would give this negative stars if possible. I went in for a manicure and pedicure I’ve never had problems at any salon so and my aunt told me this place was great. My pedicure and manicure which was literally getting my nails painted took 2.5 hours I had no wait time and I was the only pedicure in the beginning. Well all was fine I left and went on with my life. I took my polish off yesterday as it was starting to chip. Come to find I now have a fungal infection on my finger nails AND toe nails. Needless to say I’m angry. I had to get an antibiotic because of this and had to get stuff to put on my nails to hopefully be able to keep my nails. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed with a nail salon I hope they get better with sterilizing their equipment because honestly the service was great but between this and the time it took I will not be returningThe manicure and pedicure was done by the women and was done on June 1st or June 8th I believe. I had a metallic blue color put on honestly I didn’t even keep the receipt and I paid cash. I had a spa pedicure for around And a regular manicure

Came in from out of town at 3:15 to get a shellac fill had an hour to spare before our movie time, and decided to try this place out and get my birthday nails done before the movie. The shape and length of my nails look fine, but she rushed the curing process under the lamp and my nail polish started wrinkling off and pealing. She tried to fix it but it did not work so I asked her to jus take the polish off. She cut me with the drill in the process and still charged me $25 will never be coming back again.

Ive been to this place a few times and fortunately got the same guy both times. I got a gel fill. He does a great job, and they are very friendly there.

A friend and I both got pedicures here and we were disappointed. My nail technician cut me while doing my toes and shaped them poorly. The communication was very rough. Overall it was a poor experience.

Had great service, but I didn’t get the nail job that I paid for. I had gotten a shellac manicure and had gel on my cuticles and the polish job was see through because not enough layers were applied.

Good service, was able to get me in the same day, my dip manicure looks great. I do wish they had more colors for dip manicures.

First time here and will be coming back! Kenny and his wife ,Tracey, are so sweet and super quick. Usually getting out of a nail salon quick may mean it is sub par but not here...Def pros! Also I didnt even notice that typical salon smell you get at a place....nicely ventilated! They carry dip, gel and regular polish. I used to use Opi and know all the names so was excited to see that they carry Opi gel. Great prices...paid 35 for fill w gel but you can do fill with regular polish for 30.

I have only gotten pedicures here. but, massage chairs are very nice, they are very thorough with shaping your nails and removing callouses, and the extras (hot neck pillow, hot oil calf massage) are totally worth it for $40.

I go to my nails done on the 6th and it took over two hours!! THEN by the 10th the polish had already started to come off! I had to repainted them myself to make them look good enough to wear in public. On the 16th my first nail fell of and today a second one fell off as well. After only 10 days!!!! Never going back there. Spent $40 for nothing!!
