Parts department has experienced personnel who are very helpful in finding the part you need. If the part is not radially available, they will order it for you!I have bought multiple iteams from Andersons and have always received quality products. The Rebel bike was an excellent purchase. They even assisted my son with learning the handling of the bike. I am very impressed and grateful, for the above & beyond service!

The Sales Dept at Anderson’s worked the best I have seen to make sure both the consumer and the dealership both had a good experience with our purchase. I would recommend anyone near Madison Area to save their time and money and go to Anderson’s ! We spent a lot of wasted time and money driving doing price comparing. At the end of it all the team at Anderson’s won our business and any future business.The customer service was superb throughout the whole deal. There was no high pressure sales period. The finance dept was a pleasure to deal with.I will tell everybody I know about Anderson’s and the local area competitors. To be honest it seemed that the other dealerships within 100 mile radius could care less if they got your business. NOT the case at Anderson’s, they worked hard for us. I ordered parts by phone. Only problem is I thought I ordered another part that was not there when I picked up parts. I did not pay for the part either so not a big deal.

Customer service was rude and they didnt have the parts I needed, told me they could order them but it would be 2-3 weeks before they would receive them! Found the parts on Amazon got then 3 days later for cheaper

Well I went there again bought a leaf blower a battery-powered one. I have always bought my stuff there my mowers and my generator supplies in my Honda Stuff anything Honda anyting John Deere I buy there Grover is great all the girls in the back and the guys in the parts are very helpful I cant remember her name I think its Cassie she is a doll I remember her since she was a little girl working its Tractor Supply shes always taken very good care of me and very knowledgeable I recommend Andersons did anybody that needs something and dont want to mess around has lots of floor space is clean and very very nice place to go now they got it hardware store down the road cuz this town needed at hardware store I hate to say it but the big stores like Walmart are not always the best for what youre looking for.

I had a full service don’t on my mower at Andersons. When they brought the mower back it was running worse than when they took it (engine idling roughly, bad vibrations/vibrating noise coming from under the deck area, deck bouncing roughly if not at completely full idle with blades engaged (had never previously done this before) So after initially telling me his technicians said it is running fine.. he then calls and tells me it’s my fault for having bad gas in it (the gas in it was treated with fuel stabilizer).. So after spending nearly 400 dollars to have it serviced, he offered me the “kind” gesture of spending another 100 to have the carburetor cleaned. The mower only has 50 hours on it. Ridiculous. Guess I’ll have to get in touch with Cub Cadet since it’s not even 2 years old and still under warranty!Update: They dropped the mower off and it is still running like garbage. I wanted to add, why would they recommend cleaning the carburetor if the mower was running fine for them while it was at the shop? The guy (Grover) sat there on the phone and told me they ran seafoam through it trying to get it to run better but the engine was still randomly fluctuating RPM’s and backfiring.. And no, I didn’t have time to drive 45+ minutes away to compare how it sounded with other mowers..I am busy with a job and a family believe it or not.. and I know how the mower is supposed to run (and the engine is not supposed to constantly rev up and down which it is now doing after having a full service done on it) If you actually cared about your customers, you would fix the thing like it was running before I wasted my hard-earned money getting a tune-up done that was supposed to make it run better not worse!! Horrible customer service!

During the process of buying a replacement deck belt for my JD X540, the counterman suggested a Stens brand belt. This was a savings of over $20. I really appreciated that. Ive bought a tractor, motorcycle, several mowers and chain saws from Andersons, always like their customer service.
