Rented 2 towable light towers for outdoor event recently and I cant say enough about how positive my experience was with Robin Rents. From Mark that took my order over the phone to the 2 drivers (Chuck and Skyler) that delivered my lights. It was a very very hot and humid day in Aug. and the delivery guys were so helpful making sure they placed the lights in the exact spot where I wanted them and even going that extra mile to offer their recommendation on placement based on the scope of what the lights were being used for. Both Skyler and Chuck had great attitudes and were very polite and helpful. In a time where so many businesses are having such a hard time finding workers I wanted to make sure this team got the shout out they deserved. Great job Mark, Chuck and Skyler!! Your hard work and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work! Will definitely continue using Robin Rents for all my equipment rental needs.

Great place in my opinion. They made me a great deal and the guys were spot on to help Roth the machine. Justin, James, Thrasher, Will, Buddy and Mark were some of guys I had the pleasure to do business with. Sorry if I missed you but I know there were some other guys who were on it when I pulled up to drop the machine off. Definitely will be back to rent here soon.

I was renting a piece of equipment I have never used and Mr. Thrasher provided me detailed guidance on use of equipment, how to pull the equipment with my truck in regards to how the rented trailer operated with brakes. I couldn’t speak higher of the customer service at Robin Rents of Madison. I reserved a sod cutter and a post hole auger online. Customer service contacted me to discuss my intended project and made suggestions on how to better accomplish the task in a professional manner. I am beyond impressed with their attitudes and willingness to help and assist me. Each employee in the loading area that passed me asked if had been helped and if I needed any extra help. Robin Rents Madison is the best! The equipment I rented last weekend worked flawlessly and made my job a whole lot easier. The staff are top-shelf guys, too! Will was super helpful in setting up the reservation and coordinating the delivery. Richard was on-time for delivery and showed up a little early for the pickup...gotta love it when folks are early! I rented a power rake from the Madison location. The whole staff was so helpful during the whole process. Mark helped me figure out how to get the unit into my vehicle so I didnt need to rent a truck. Unfortunately the power rake I rented had a broken belt but the guys in the back immediately took care of the issue and I was in and out quickly. Charged me 35% more in the store than their published price on their website. Will not be using them again.

Generally good service and good selection. Prices ok. Service department disappointing. I bought a blower from them 5 years ago. It started running rough, so I took it back to them where they service what they sell. Paid $45 for a tune up that didnt help. Found a YouTube video that fixed the problem. It seems that they didnt adequately test my blower after performing the tune-up.

Buddy the rep I used was super nice & went out of his way to help me , even had a ladder delivered within hours when it was to big for me to haul .

The one on South Parkway is great at customer service but the one in Athens doesnt know what that is!!! Ive spent $1,000s there and brought a trailer back a little late and he charges me a half day for it. I go out of my way to go to South Parkway,, they even paid the late fee that the Athens store charged me!!! GREAT GUYS

Makes no sense to the working man for this place to close at 5:00.When renting for work, one should be able to return the rental at the end of the work day.But not this place...they feel its best to make folks have to come back the next morning, thus effectively taking time out of the next work day.A little common sense goes a long way in my opinion 👍

For the most part the staff is very friendly and the ppl place is clean. However, I was in there a few days ago and witnessed a Male employee looking down on a female employee. Me being a female that did not sit right with me. I will not be visiting this place anymore.

These guys were extremely helpful and very friendly. They know how to help you out with your needs on equipment. Their normal hours are on their website but those guys were busy early. I definitely appreciate the help and courtesy I received while I was there. I definitely recommend them.

Extremely nice staff. I had an issue with an older piece of equipment, but they worked to try and get me back up and running with a discount. The layout for pick up and drop off could be improved...a bit of an unnecessary traffic jam.

Good equipment. Reasonable service. If you want to rent any of the big equipment you need to have or rent at least a 3/4 ton truck, or pay a hefty charge for job site deliveryUpdate! Robin Rents no longer offers a Damage Waiver. Traditionally rental companies offered, for a 10% charge, to waive their claim for accidental damages to equipment under a set amount, usually something like $150. Robin Rents no longer offers the damage waiver. That means that a minor oops with an unfamiliar piece of equipment might bite you right in the wallet.

If I have to rent any heavy equipment this is the place to go! Super friendly and helpful!! One time the equipment I rented broke over the weekend, not because of anything I did or could be reasonably expected to do or not do. While it did set back my schedule, they were friendly and understanding, and worked with me to get a free weekend rental to make up for the breakage and lost schedule time.

Prices are outrageous. 4 of the last 10 time I was forced to rent from them I ended up with equipment that wasnt in working order. A couple times I had to return the equipment I was given in exchange for a working one wasting 4-10 man hours depending on the exact circumstances. Inspected what youre renting.

Ive used this place a lot run a landscaping buisness so I use a lot of their equipment. My experience with them today was the worst ever I rented a stump grinder and i was going to return today before they closed. I called about 4:50pm told them I was on my way to return the stump grinder that I would be there right at 5pm but all EVAN said was sorry we close at 5pm. I got there at 4:59pm and they had all computers off and workers were walking out the door. I mean how hard is it to wait 5 minutes more to wait on a customer to return a machine so they wont have to make a round trip next morning. To top it off they didnt even want me to leave the machine in the warehouse so all they had to do in the morning was to check it back in.

Has good service members that greet you when you walk in and help take care of the needs that you have for being there.

I needed to borrow maybe $.75 maybe a dollar worth of materal. They said the dont do that !!! And Ive spent thousands of dollars in corporate money there. I will put the word out all thru our company not to a business with a company that dont help JOHN Q PUBLIC.

The first visit, the equipment didnt work, so we got to try drive all the way back to Madison to get another one. The second time they didnt explain how to use the equipment and didnt want to offer a refund. I WILL NEVER BE BACK, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I hope the $55 was worth it!
