Rented a stump grinder. Website was very clear on options And pricing. Rented for 24 hours as I was pretty sure I was going to go over 4 hours. Actual rental was very smooth and Covid safe. Staff was awesome and explained everything. (There’s a excellent video on operation on the website as well). Even tho I rented the smaller of the grinders available it was quality and plenty powerful-and my stumps averaged 3’ at grade. Looked at the clock and realized I was going to get it back at 4 hours even tho I had gone thru 4 stumps (ok 2 of em were a bit aged). Return was also very easy and staff was great. I asked about getting the 4 hour rate with the drop off guy, anticipating I would have to go to the inside counter and haggle. He said nope, I’ll just note it in the return papers you don’t need to go in. Got home, checked emailed receipt and had received the 4 hour rate. My rental experience couldn’t have been more painless. A nice bunch of very professional people start to finish. Highly recommend.

The pick-up and drop off procedures fine. Would appreciate more flexibility for weekend drop offs, or just being open/available on weekends in general. Service was good, but availability oils be improved.

Staff was VERY knowledgeable about what equipment Id need to refinish wood floors. Not only that, they were able to recommend the proper sandpaper grits and supplied me with plenty for the job based on the square footage. Great experience and would highly recommend.

The rental counter area was set up well for social distancing and the representative was able to quickly get me set up. I drove around back and had the generator I was renting in a matter of a couple minutes. Drop-off was easy - just drive around back to the same place, hand it off to the gentleman working there, and receive my invoice via E-mail. Pretty slick. The generator worked perfectly, too.

I am glad I can rent if I dont have the tool .Only thing is if you get it for a one day rental for the whole weekend one day charge I dont believe I was made aware that you cant pick up until 2pm. I work 9 to 5 no way I come to pick up at that time. But its a good place

Honestly the worst service I have ever had Ive been waiting all day for email receipt to show my proof of purchase and actually how much I paid to rent the equipment that I ended up returning. I also was charged 95dollars for delivery both way less the 4 miles away so totaling $190.00 and compared to the rental of the equipment that was priced at $200 for the rental. A to Z dont forget who your customers are. To be honest if I was a person of color I would not do business with A to Z Rental you get nothing but disrespected. If I could have no star I would have issued no stars.

Ive only rented from them once, but I will definitely be renting from them in the future. They have a lot of tools, small and large, available and priced affordably. I rented a plate compactor and the price was actually a little less than the big box chain I got a quote from as well. It was a very simple process from renting over the phone, picking up the compactor, to dropping it back off. The front desk staff was friendly as was the guy who helped me load the compactor into my SUV. I highly recommend A to Z. Thank you!

It was great! I rented a pressure washer. When I got it home I couldn’t get I started, called, and they were there with in an hour to help me out!

We rented a piece of equipment from A to Z early on a Friday, returned it by Friday afternoon. The staff told us that they didnt have time to go over it and do the checkout at that time, they would check it in in the next 24 hours... I have photos that the equipment is in perfect condition upon return, and we are still waiting for the return on our deposit it is Wednesday. The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude upon return and in conversation about getting the deposit back on the Monday. Customer service should be at the top of every businesses priority and this one totally missed the mark that gentleman told us it was our fault for not hearing him clearly. With two of us there we heard clearly, as I asked the question directly on Friday if we bring it back by Friday afternoon will the deposit be cleared by Monday and he said yes. I have used a to z often for both my business and personal, but will be reconsidering in the future and informing others of there deposit policies. Having to wait more than 24 hrs for your deposit to be returned is unacceptable, i am still waiting today is Wednesday. I will be looking into this further.

Ive rented from AtoZ numerous times for honey-do list items. Their product selection was fantastic (I didnt even know they made half the stuff they rent) and I found their pricing very fair.I would recommend AtoZ to anybody!

Their prices for dish ware rentals are cheap because they gouge you on the damages. Not to mention they help induce those damages by transporting the dishes in terribly decrepit storage containers that cause chipping. Additionally, the employe we dealt with is incredibly condescending and rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences in my life, and I will NEVER rent from them again.

Did not have the size lift available that we needed so had to spend $50 more than expected for the larger lift. When we went to return it they tried to blame us for a dent in th equipment that was already present before we rented it. The deposit was not instantly refunded on our card
