Can not fix rotoray older phones...they dont clarify they only do Cell phone

We tried to get a repair done at this authorized dealer with a pre-paid claim through our warranty service (Square Trade). The associate was alone and didn’t know how to handle the transaction and said to come back another day.

Sooo...just to start off Im highly disappointed in this place. I called Thursday to see how much it would be to have my screen repaired as it is cracked. I was quoted 99.99 with 10 dollars off. I was stoked. I also was skeptical to which I called back after making an appointment to confirm that everything was correct. Come time for my appointment I spend 30 mins driving to..I was told when I got there the person called in sick in the morning keeping in mind my appointment was at 5 pm. They had allllll day to tell me but didnt...they NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME. I let it go and made another appointment which I drove all the way back to on Monday to not only find out that the guy quoted me wrong and quoted the back glass of my phone. I CONFIRMED MULTIPLE TIMES (6 times)THE PHONE STYLE , FRONT SCREEN REPAIR AND PRICE. Needless to say they didnt stay true to their price and wanted to charge me well over 2 hundred dollars to fix my phone after THEIR MISTAKE. Thank you for wasting my time.

I had an excellent customer service experience at this business. I went in to have my phone battery replaced. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. When I did they told me my phone was not done yet and that they had some bad news. When attempting to replace the battery they cracked the back of my phone. Erin explained they had replaced it, but it was now a different color because that was the only one they had in stock. That did not matter to me because my phone is always in a case so I cannot see the back anyways. Due to the delay Erin gave me a discount, explained everything that they did, etc. Not an ideal experience, but one that was handled very well by a helpful and knowledgeable employee. I will use this business again when I have a battery need.

I have never replaced a battery before. I guess I had high expectations that a new battery would perform similarly to my original Samsung battery. The first day it drained faster than my old batter and it was fully charged when I started the day. Took it back and they replaced it. Told me to charge it. Let it completely drain and then charge it again. Which I did. 8 a.m. According to settings and device maintenance my apps are closed and my phone maintenance is at 100%. Its 8 a.m. and my phone is already to 85% and Ive been getting ready to go to work/have been at work for an hour so it isnt like Ive used the phone. Very, very disappointing. I needed this new battery for a wilderness trip Im taking and wanted my phone for pictures. Good thing I have a solar charger. Im going to need it.

Life savers. After doing the typical mom thing and setting my phone on top of the car to buckle in the kids and forgetting it, my screen was shattered and the LCD was bleeding. Same day appt made online saved me $10 and gave me a price cheaper than any one else nearby. Love the price up front, online before I even get off my couch. Fixed within the 90 minutes quoted and functioning great. Thanks guys!

The employees were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. My phone screen was repaired in less than the time they said it would be. They are offering a great phone “insurance” plan that comes with a screen protector, phone case, and 2 years of coverage (using their case and protector). Would definitely recommend them to others!!!

They replaced the glass on my iPhone SE. It took 2+ hours. There is no place to wait in the store so I sat outside for an 1.5 hours waiting for them to tell me it was ready. I think they did nothing with my phone until I came back into the store at the it will be no later than time. Then it took another hour. The store representative tried to up-sell both a screen protector and new battery. I said yes to the screen protector until I was told it would be an additional $30. I declined. My battery worked fine prior to my visit @ Batteries Plus. Now it doesnt last as long. I wonder.... but certainly cant prove that I dont have my battery anymore.. I can no longer hold my phone and talk. The screen picks up any facial contact so I have to keep my headset handy at all times. On the up side, the screen isnt cracked anymore. Im not impressed.

I stopped by after work and was greeted by Robert. I had an iPhone 6 that had an unresponsive screen. I went ahead with the screen replacement in which before heading to the back room he mentioned if the screen replacement did not there would no charge. He went back to do the replacement within 10 minutes he comes back to say the phone is responsive and he didn’t have to change the screen. Lucky for me this meant no charge either! I was very happy with the service I received and will be going back if by some chance the phone screen acts up again.

Ive had debris in my charging port for months that I wasnt able to get completely out with paperclips, etc. I called iPhone Repair and they said they could remove it. I brought in my phone and the guy did it in about 5 minutes with an adapted dentist tool. He was very friendly and didnt even charge me! Great experience.

I was referred to you from my own carrier to fix my phone. I was expecting an enormous cost to my surprise it was within budget. Service was excellent and now my phone is new again

They did a great job in replacing my battery in my galaxy note5. All done within an hour. Things have been running much better after the replacement of the battery.

They fixed my ipgone screen after it was shattered. They were relatively quick, it was done the same day. And the price wasnt horrible.

Products and services are great. No need to make appointment or wait forever at an Apple store. Was also informed that they replace iPhone batteries, which I was not able to do at the Apple store the day I drove 45 minutes to get to.

The battery replacement was worth it. Gave iphone a new life. Touch screen didnt work after it was completed but he fixed it in few minutes by securing the cables properly. Good service.

I had my iPhone screen repaired after I shattered it. The wait time was quick and the worker was very helpful. However, I am very disappointed in the replacement screen. It is very dull and my screen now has a green tint. I was hoping the replacement screen would be higher quality if I am spending $125.

My work phone had a shattered screen from dropping it. I walked in, was able to talk about my replacement options with an associate, pick out a phone case and screen protector, and walk out to run other errands within minutes. An hour later I came back, my phone was fixed and I was on my way. Could not have asked for it to go any easier.

The repair ( new battery) was quick and corrected the problem at a resaonable price. Much cheaper that a new phone.

I came to your store because with the $10 coupon the cost was the same as going to another store. Once Im at the store, I am informed that the coupon isnt good for getting my iPhone battery swapped out. That is a lot of money to not honor. I would have gone to the other business if I had known. Felt like a bait and switch.

Someone else brought my phone in for a new battery and said the service was very good.

They did a great job at replacing the battery in my I Watch, but it took 3+ hours. I made an appt but that appt time didnt matter. They were taking customers, who needed a battery replacement in their phones, without an appt. I was asked to come back two hours after my appt time and I still had to wait over an hour, for my watch to be completed. Not sure why an appt was needed, my time wasnt important to them. If you plan to use them to replace the battery in your I watch, drop it off and return several hours later.

Excellent work replacing my phone battery is a very short time!!!

They replaced my screen like they said they would in two and a half hours. BUT in the process they cracked my back screen, which they said they will order a new one and replace it at no cost to me. BUT it is a great inconvenience for me because I will have to drive back to Madison in order to get my back screen replace.

Fast service at a very fair price. iPhone batteries are not easy to replace and they do it in 15 minutes.

I put a new screen on myself and it did not work.Dropped it off at batteries plus and they checked it out and put a new screen in. Had it back in one hour. Turned out the screen I bought online was no Good .
