I am not happy since you did not send me the text message to my son’s phone number (as we agreed) when the fixing of mine would be done. Instead, you sent the text message to my own cell phone which you were repairing. You need to think about it. If you have my cellphone, why did you text to it? How can I know that my cellphone was done? Since I did not receive your text message in the planned time frame, I decided to go to your store to ask about the status of my fixing because my work depends on my cellphone. At the end, I needed to make a big line in your store in order to ask if my cellphone was done. It is not right. You need to be more careful in this regard.

Took my laptop in for keyboard replacement due to liquid damage, they replaced the keyboard, but it came back with more issues despite the replacement (buttons and lights not working, bent bezel, damaged charging port). The Washington Ave. location was super fast and helpful with all issues and is my recommendation vs. this location.

I have come here multiple times for different reasons. They have always been able to fix the problems and have at times not even charged based on the complexity. I highly recommend for any device fixes needed.

Dropped my phone off and they swapped the screen after it had been shattered for months, very quick turn around which was nice! Another plus was a few stickers on the backside were saved, wouldnt have been end of the world if discarded but they saved so that was nice! Same price to have then fix as myself buying a screen and potentially messing it up(but also much cheaper than tech heroes)

I took my new phone in at Samsungs request because the phone wouldnt hold a charge. They are an authorized repair company for Samsung. My phone was only a couple of months old so it was under the manufacturers warranty. It took 2.5 hours for them to test my phone and I received a new battery. They didnt find anything wrong with the phone while testing and I was told if this didnt take care of my problem to bring it back in. There was no charge for the new battery and testing. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the service and explanation I was given about my phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs their phone fixed!

I needed my phone glass screen replaced, but I live an hour away. I called ahead and made sure the store had my phone screen in stock. I was going to make an appointment but was told that they dont make appointments. They told me it would take up to 2 hours to habe the repair done, so to make sure it got done by closing to come 2 hours before closing.I arrived 3 hours before closing, but they said they they had so many repairs to do, that they might have to finish it the next day. I said I tried to make an appointment but was told they dont do that. I said I am not leaving my phone overnight and coming back the next day as I drove an hour to the store. They said they would do their best to have it done today, but no guarantees. After calmly stressing a couple times that I am not leaving my phone overnight and come back the next day as it is an hour drive for me, and the staff member assuring me theyd make every effort to have it done today, I felt comfortable enough to leave it there. They got it done in 1.5 hours and I was very grateful to be on my way back home. They even put a glass screen protector on my phone for no extra charge, which I am not sure is normal or not, but I appreciated it because it was not said anywhere that that was a part of the screen repair service. They use special machine approved by the manufacturers to repair phones, not like an untrained shade tree mechanic that might damage your device.Very good service, I like this company. They are the official repair service for Samsung and others. They have a 90 warranty on their repairs.They need to be able to make appointments though.

Walked in with an iPad that wouldnt charge anymore and couldnt even get the charger to fit in the port. They took it to the back and within 2 minutes brought it out fixed!! Didnt charge me anything! I was very happy!!

This would have been a 4 or 5 star review, but the tech forgot to put the sim card and tray back in my phone which cost me another trip across town to pick it up. As long as that is all they forgot, the rest of the screen repair seems fine.

Rude, careless and no respect for your time. Had a claim and appointment, came in and they refused to work on my phone, blaming Verizon for setting up appt incorrectly. Asked to please call Verizon (or can I) because was correctly done- flat out told no and I had to leave. Lo and behold, turns out it was Ubreak employees fault, spent another hour and drive time sorting it out.. OK, mistakes happen. Had to take off work the next day to go back again after Verizon setting this place straight on their error. Same front desk person, who is rude once again. Said done within an hour. I politely explained I had to tell work when coming back in and can I please get a better estimate where I am line? He says I said within the hour. Uhhhh OK, considering you took time and money away from me for two days due to YOUR error, blamed on someone else, maybe provide some decent customer service this time around? Acted like he was doing me a favor. Very very poor customer service, go elsewhere. Will NEVER go back.

Great and quick service here. Authorized google repair site. Although Ive had to come here more times than Id like to share, Tyler the manager and his staff have always taken great care of my concerns. The staff do their best to navigate such a complex field with so many devices and providers. Im grateful I have Tyler and the staff here because some people in tech are the worst! I recommend going here because of the staff and how helpful and polite they are.

After they changed the battery on my cell phone, it still wouldnt recharge at home. Went back to their store, they determined it was a faulty adapter. Got a new adapter. All good now. Phone recharges 100% now. Very pleased with their work and customer service. They saved the day for me.

I dropped my phone and broke it last night. I went online this morning, filed a claim, made an appointment and had it back to like-new condition in the same day! Painless process!

About a year ago told them that the charging port was bad on my pixel 2XL and they said they tested it and it was the mother board. So I bought the part and the tools to do it myself and lo and behold it was the charging port. Dont know if they were lazy that day or incompetent. Wont go there again

Liam took great care of me, not only helped find me a better screen protector for my make of phone but also recommended a case that would help as well. Super fast service I had my destroyed screen back to life like it was straight out of the box the day I bought it! I cant thank Liam and Tyler the Manager enough. Took my phone somewhere else to have the screen replaced and they tried two different screens. Neither worked. Took it to UBreakIFix for the same price and they fixed it, no problem. The employees were also so much more professional and friendly!

I was referred to Ubreakifix by the Verizon store. I stopped in to get my phone fixed and the service representative misinformed me about my insurance claim and what would be fixed without checking it first. He assured me that the claim would cover my screen plus battery. I took my device into the store that day and left it there for four hours. When I came to pick it up the representative told me that I needed to file a separate claim for my screen protection. I was needless to say upset and felt lied to because he told me that it would be covered under my one claim. So I filed my claim for a second one and got the screen fixed. After the second repair, I stayed back to check out to make sure I could get into the phone ok. I stayed for a little bit to get it set up and then the agent decided to kick me out without asking me any further questions or if I could get help with something. Im like what the heck. The agents dont seem to care about the bottom line of being kind and caring towards customers. They seem to just give basic answers to customers (which I witnessed and push them to other stores). I get it you have a protocol to follow but use some basic manners. Bottom line is they are rude and seem to be inconsiderate. Do not visit this location, they are unprofessional and rude.

The phone recipient was such a bad one, he didnt even let me ask me if there are other choices. he just gave a price and hung up.

When I first walked into their building, there was a woman there waiting. I found out that she was waiting just for the moment when one gentleman came out so she could thank him for his amazing service. Her item was not fixed (Did you know they have a policy of theirs that if they cant fix it, you dont pay?), but she waited there just to see him and thank him because he was so informative and helpful, and he put in the time and effort to problem-solve with her.So I knew from the start that they were great.I went in for a simple thing. I was getting my phone battery replaced under warranty. They took care of it on the same day. They took their time to make sure everything was correct for my warranty, they gave me a timeframe, they finished on time and texted me when it was ready, and they took care of my device well.Would recommend their services and would return if needed for my own needs.

They were unable to fix my pixel although its googles official partner to fix pixel. People work there not knowlegable at all.To reply owners comment - I was told they changed battery as well as the screen but was unable to detect the problem. Its not the matter of cost, its they even dont know which part may be broken. Also I never drop my phone and I think it should just be a minor issue somewhere that prevent me from turning on.

After calling to verifty that they could fix my phone screen, I took 2 hrs off work to drive 30 miles only to find out that the part was no longer available. I tried to go somewhere else only to find out it this is the only option for my phone.UPDATE: Before I could call them to try again, the manager called me. He apologized for what happened and what they were doing to keep it from happening again. That made me happy. He also offeredto pick up my phone, get it fixed and deliver it back to me. No extra trip to Madison, no lost work time, and even better: no trying to kill time in Madison waiting for my phone to be fixed. That made me happier. And the screen repair: good as new. Everyone mades mistakes- it is how they recover that counts. They recovered very well.

I dropped my iphone 7 on a very hard surface and shattered the glass. I took it to uBreakiFix and had the glass and LCD display replaced. My phone was done in an hour and 40 minutes (compared to the about an hour timeframe they quoted me), but its like new. Everything works and looks great, and I am happy despite spending $200 I didnt plan to spend. Both Drew and Zach were fantastic. Highly recommended!

I came in with my I-phone 8plus.. it did not hold a charge and it seemed like a loose connection or loose port.. I stopped in with no appointment and ten minutes later it was fixed! Turned out that it was very dirty inside the port where it connects and could not charge.. they fixed it for free! A couple months ago we also had a 50” screen tv fixed over there and it works great ! I stopped at Mineral point rd location in Madison , Wi and the manager was Tyler... super service ! I will never go anywhere else 😎👍🏻

UPDATE: I received a call from the regional manger and he had me bring the IPAD back in. They were able to fix out IPAD free of charge. SO far we havent seen anymore issues with it.Don’t waste your money. We took our iPad in to fix a broken screen. Less than 24 hours after getting it back my 3 year old broke the screen by touching it. I was right next to him when it happened and he was not doing anything out of the ordinary to it. When I took it back in they said it wasn’t covered under warranty and that we must have been pushing to hard on the screen.

Used twice now to repair different Google Pixel phones as they had typical aging issues. Prompt service and good communication about the diagnostics run and repairs needed. Service was quicker than anticipated and warranty on work is appreciated.

I was directed to UBreakiFix by Samsung Care for a S20+ screen protector replacement to address a bubbling issue. The Tech took off the OEM film and then said they dont have any protectors and I could buy one and they cant help as a warranty issue. Now its fully ruined as they couldnt reapply it (see photo). I wish I hadnt gone in as they screwed up my new phone and I have to buy aftermarket.

Do not take your screen repairs here. I took my daughters iPad with a broken screen, and after multiple repair attempts it still had dirt from the inside and smudges, and it was coming apart on the side (not glued correctly). Would also not give me a refund, and was very expensive. Take it elsewhere.

I brought my PC in and even though they said it takes 24 hours to diagnose PCs I let them know I was using it for work. Less than 2 hours later I received a call that it was a minor problem and it was up and running. They dont charge for diagnostics, which is a huge savings and they didnt even charge me for the minor repair. Highly recommended.

I shattered the screen on my new Samsung A11. They fixed it and I can say it works better than before I shattered it. The back buttons they put in with the new screen are better than the original ones, I did not like those, it works better for me. Im impressed with the work, a bit pricey, but thats why I dont pay alot for a phone. Accidents happen. US Cellular recommended them, Id recomend them too.

Bait and switch. The website said $79 and they said it was $99. Then they said they would match THEIR website. Except when I went in to pick it up, they tried to charge $109. Last time I go there.

Very hesitant to do anything

Customer service in unparalleled, I had a relatively minor issue with my laptop and your reps were kind enough to explain what exactly went wrong and what I could do to fix it.

After troubleshooting a PC issue with the manufacturer over the phone, they told me I needed to buy a part from them for $180 and either install it myself or take it to a service center. Instead I called uBreakiFix for a second opinion, and they had me bring the computer in. They fixed the issue without needing the part, all at no cost to me. They were courteous and prompt in letting me know when it was ready for pick up. Awesome!

The were very helpful explaining to me what happened with my laptop and my options. They were also quick with getting my new hard drive installed. Overall it was a great experience. Also the price was spot on.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my iPhone screen was not only fixed but that the phone was functional. This took an hour and a half because the phone became disabled when the screen broke so they had to troubleshoot how to reset the phone which meant downloading the latest version of iTunes and retrying the reset multiple times. The staff stayed a half hour after the store closed to make this happen. I’m very impressed with their technical knowledge, tenacity, patience and customer service. Thank you so very much!

Giving this store 1 star but it really deserves 0. BOTH my husband and I brought our phones in to get a simple screen repair done and BOTH of us ended up with broken phones by these guys, They got us new (they say new but its really refurbished) phones but that is not what we wanted. We walked in with a simple repair and walked out with nothing but an unworkable phone. The manager just stared at me with a smirk on his face....awful experience. WILL NOT go back to these guys, ever again.

Sure enough they fixed my phone with a licensed tech in 24 hours. It was done a a fair price. Great service for sure. They will tell right off the bat if they can fix your phone or not.

They put BROKEN glass back on my phone after they fixed it the week prior! The manager Corey was incredibly rude and condescending, and the district manager Mike was even worse. I have been a customer of Ubreakifix for years since they opened.I came to pick up my Note 9 towards the end of the day. They told me that in order to finish the repair a new camera would be needed, since it too was broken when the phone broke initially. I, trying to be considerate, offered to come back the next day since it was late and didnt want to keep them past close. So I left with a fixed phone screen (so it worked for everything else except the camera), so I paid my $300 bill for both front and back glass. I came back the next day as planned and they said they STILL dont have the repair done and they need to order another one. So thats been 4 total trips there (2 both ways). I said ok, and awaited their text saying when the new camera arrived to complete the repair. A week later, the camera arrives so they tell me to bring in my phone to complete the repair. I then drop off my perfectly functioning phone (except camera). After ALL of this, and several tideous & unnecessary drives, I return 4 hours later to see they, without asking or even attempting to consider anything, have put the old broken glass back on my phone because the camera was too damaged. They explained to me how its Samsungs policy to do that if they cant fix it all the way. So I then was unable to see any messages, calls, emails, etc, because they put the old glass back on. They should have asked me first, or waited, so I was able to get a different phone to move over my messages and not miss an entire days worth of things (I had to get a new phone because and would have been even longer if I waited on Samsung!)So essentially I came back to get my camera fixed and left with a broken phone again, and missed a lot of important information - I was planning a funeral for a friend.The worst part was how rude the managers were. They acted like I had nothing to be upset about, which only made me more upset. Horrible customer service. I was and still am absolutely livid.I will not be returning to Ubreakifix for anything, and will certainly be escalating this matter.

Neat tidy little spot! I was greeted nicely by a knowledgeable associate who after a short explanation had a pretty good idea what was wrong with my phone. Left it with them for the free diagnostic tests and sure enough it was exactly what he though it was! Even with having to order a part from Google and physically repair the motherboard it was ready the same time the next day. Best part was not having to pay a dime as it was covered under warranty!

Went in to fix my cracked Galaxy S9 and the customer service was excellent and fast! They had my phone done in an hour tops and it looks great! Very friendly staff for affordable prices.

My 7plus has something wrong with its front camera. Apple store want to replace the camera for 120 bucks. I took it here and a friendly staff helped me and did the inspection for my phone. Turns out it was just a loose plug and he fixed it for me with no charge. Thank you so much!

Left my 10 Kindle. Thought it just needed a new charging post, as it quit working after Id pulled the plug out at a strange angle. They ordered the part and installed it. Still didnt work. I picked it up and there was NO CHARGE! Not even for the part they had to order (Kindles arent a big part of their business). Very friendly. Definitely recommend - especially for Apple products.

Although it appears they mainly do phone repairs, the knowledge of the guys at uBreakiFix extends to other devices as well. Both my cars keyless remote systems no longer held their battery in place, and they re-secured the battery housing with conductive tape, free of charge. Well, Im glad I got my phone back... I was told it was one to two hours to replace my phone battery. I come in the next day and its still not ready because they stripped a screw. One to two more hours. Then I get my phone back and the screen looks like someone was eating fried chicken while fixing it. Thanks guys. Probably not going to be a repeat customer.

But the problem is I really needed to replace the screen on my Galaxy Note 9 so Id be eligible for the trade in to get my Galaxy Note 10 Plus, they spent two hours only to tell me that the screen they replaced didnt work so they put the old one back on had to wait 4 days just to get one shipped what are the odds that a brand new lcd display doesnt work? So I took my business to the East side Ubreakifix and it was fixed instantly!!
