Customer Service was so great I went in to purchase a phone an the guy was so helpful he ended up fixing my phone for free an I didn’t have to purchase a phone it just shows it’s still good people in the world I highly recommend this place of business nice reasonable prices.

Great place highly recommend. Went in thinking I needed a new charger port but the young man that helped me fixed it without having to replace the port, saving me money. They will definitely get any future business from me well worth the drive from Athens to be able to trust someone that puts the customers best interest first.

I would HIGHLY recommend Smartphone Medics. The staff was very helpful, extremely professional and fast! I took my phone in for a front glass replacement and it was completed within the hour. I would also recommend a glass protection product called Cell Helmet. They guarentee if you glass breaks they will pay up to $300.00 to repair it.

These guys are my GoTo when I have a problem with my phone or IPad. After my dog got tangled up in the charging cord, the pins of the connector sheared off in my iPad. Rico said he’d have a try at removing them, cautioning that he could not guarantee success. He got the sheared part of the connector out & my IPad is useable again! Rico & the rest of the team there have always exceeded expectations. Highly recommend these folks whenever you need a repair!

I took my ASUS laptop in and Reko took care of the issue in 30 minutes or less. I could not believe I did not have to leave it. He went over steps with me also on what he did- my Microsoft Edge had disappeared and he retrieved it. I would definitely go back again.

I had an iPhone 7plus and the ear piece went out. I had to use speaker or AirPods just to hear. Recently I got an iPhone XS Max. Two months later same thing happened. I made an appointment with Apple at Bridge street for diagnosis in which the Genius proceeded to tell me that the whole front of my iPhone would have to be replaced....for $349. I said thank you anyway. Thank God we found this place!!! I was literally BLOWN AWAY! We go in and talk with Reko. While I was talking to him he handed my phone back told me to try it. People he fixed it! And my 7 plus as well and did not charge me a dime. I cannot tell you how very grateful I am for this intelligent, respectful, awesome young man. Wonderful staff! Very friendly! I had just a peace of a charger stuck inside my iPad and he had it out in a minute. He didn’t charge me anything since it was a simple fix. Totally recommend them!

Scammers will never go back. Had them replace screens 3 separate times on the same iPhone 11, and all have been cheap Chinese screens, for above apple price! On top of that their “lifetime warranty” screen protector is a scam too! The app they have created will not let you register your device, with no registration the warranty is never activated. Bunch of weirdos! Apparently they need your passcode to replace a screen... DONT GO HERE

We had a great experience! Perfect place to get everything you need when you figure out prepaid service is THE WAY to avoid all the hidden fees all the BIG carriers charge, then get your phone here. We also had a screen fixed and it was reasonably priced and fast. Employees were great, again much nicer than many of the BIG carrier stores that act like your a nuisance. They even texted weeks later checking back with us, talk about customer service. Keep it up guys!

This company and it’s employees have always provided great service to me over the years. The first time I used them back when I had an iPhone 5C, they took good care of me by fixing the screen I broke twice and honoring their warranty policy even though it had expired less than a week before on the second time around.Wonderful company and even better people working for them. I have NEVER had THIS GREAT OF service at a phone repair shop!!! I traveled an hour to this place because of their good reviews online. They did not disappoint. My daughter had a water damaged phone. Although the phone was dead, Reko was able to get all the data off of it for her and all her pictures and notes were salvaged. The staff stayed late, after hours, to help us get it done, and never once complained. Super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. TOTALLY worth the drive.
