The last two times I visited, the building was locked and empty during posted business hours, and there had been the same broken glass in the parking lot for over a week.The last time I visited, all of the merchandise had been removed from the interior. Google says they cant verify that the business closed, but if the doors are always locked and theres nothing inside to sell, that looks awful closed to me. They dont answer the phone either.I would also complain that the last time I was able to enter the store, the staff didnt wear a mask, but since theres no staff or store anymore it seems like a moot point.

They basically open whenever they feel like it. They regularly open hours after the time they advertise. The location is convenient, but being open when you say youre going to would be even more convenient. Im going back to Infinite, at least if they say theyre open, they are.

Once I walked in I was immediately helped by the owner. They are the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. The quality of the products and the prices are undeniably unbeatable. This is your one stop shop in town. I will never go anywhere besides Vaper Wireless because no one comes close to the amount of opinions anywhere in Madison. The employees are highly knowledgeable about every thing in the store. I highly, highly recommended Vaper Wireless for any of your needs. Not usually one to write a review, but my experience was enough that I felt it necessary.Dropped my phone off for repair, and told the guy working that I needed it in 3 days for work and asked if that would be a problem. Of course it wasnt he took my phone and there was no form I filled out, no paperwork nothing.2 days later I check in and see if it will be ready when they said. I was then informed that my phone had been shipped to IL to be fixed and that it would take longer, but should be ready by the weekend. Nope, called again and was told that it was taking longer because they had to order the part (and then was offered a choice of parts which made no sense if they had actually ordered it) but that it would for sure be ready by next weekend.Next weekend comes around and sure enough, no phone. Supposedly it is UPS fault because they shipped them the wrong part. I gave up and just asked for my phone back to get it repaired elsewhere because any trust is gone and I feel like I was being lied to at every turn.TLDR: Didnt go to Rocket Repair cause it was closed on the weekend and massively regret it.

Awesome new vape shop on the corner of Washington on Park! The store has many things to offer such as electronics, electronic repairs, small to LARGE mods for vaping, along with a large quantity of popular and house e-liquid! Sal the owner is a super friendly knowledgeable dude with a store that has a lot of potential AND a LOT to offer!!

Half the time when I’ve gone at 7:00 or 7:30 whom ever was supposed to be working has left early, including the day before everything was going to shut down. The guy on Park st. overcharged me for a juice gave me the wrong size. I was fresh out of a medical procedure so I didn’t even realize it until much later. Yesterday I went over there mid day and they were closed, but all their signage was left outside next to the door, and with no note about when or if they’d be back. They don’t even have their correct phone number on this website! So I can’t call to find out if or when they’ll be open

Dropped my phone off for repair 3 weeks ago. They said they lost my phone. I am waiting to see what resolution they offer. UPDATE* This company was amazing. They replaced my lost phone with a new phone. They went above and beyond to make this right. Thanks Again !

Great people. Great service. Moe helped me with replacing my iPhone battery after checking its performance and coming to the conclusion that the original one was bad. All that service for one price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store carries a multitude of brands at reasonable prices. Juice flavors are almost unlimited, mix and match, or buy stock flavors. They even love my service dog!!!

My wife and I just had our first baby, so I’m stuck in the vicinity of Meriter and running low on my homemade juice.Great vape shop. Huge juice selection. Wasn’t in the market for hardware so didn’t pay much attention to that, but looked like a good variety of devices.Gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful. He created a custom blend similar to my go-to - cinnamilk + vanilla + graham cracker. Also quickly helped me narrow down the huge juice wall to a specific premium juice I might like - Watermelon Reds Apple Ejuice. Both juices are delicious. I’ve thrown away hundreds of dollars on store-bought juice that tasted good in the store and diminished in flavor immediately when I left. Sitting across the street from the hospital now vaping both juices, and, for the first time, I still love both.Thank so much fella! You’re getting me through a few upcoming (probably sleepless) nights.

The staff was incredibly helpful. After losing my vape, I decided that I wanted to upgrade to a juul. I explained that I was a casual vaper, and wasn’t planning on doing it all the time. The employee let me know that the juul might not be the best option because the nicotine content is pretty high in te pods. He recommended a cheaper product so that I could refill with juice that would have a lower nicotine content.I’ve honestly never had a person recommend something less expensive and less addictive at a vape shop. I’m super impressed with the staff, and the product I ended up with (a Smok rolo badge) is great! The staff was also able to answer a question I had about my phone. Amazing service, 10/10 recommend!
