Id way rather spend my money at Remachines than on Amazon, because Remachines always has really good deals on equipment and plenty of it.The quality is top-notch on their gear. I bought a gaming computer that happened to be there for a really, really good price, completely upgrading my experience. I love it. 10/10 for value and quality. The only times that Ive ever had problems with gear I bought from there, theyve exchanged or fixed it right there on the spot.Another great reason to come here is the lady who basically runs the show. I emailed them wondering if they had a solution to my problem. I got a response early in the morning almost 2 hours before they open. They made super helpful suggestions and I was able to go there right away and pick it up. When I did get there I was very quickly and kindly helped. This is a magical and somewhat cluttered place full of computers, dongles and all sorts of other electronics and peripherals. They recycle and re-use old tech and I love that right from the start. They are locally owned. Keeping it local, yeah. All of that said: Boa is a lifesaver. She took the motherboard out of my broken flip phone and put it in an intact one, keeping me from losing a lot of passwords and contacts. She explained the service well and charged me a reasonable price. As a vintage electronics collector and refurbisher, I have no doubt that Remachines will do more excellent work for me in the future.

I love re machines. I have had terrible luck throughout the years with any brand new computer I have ever bought. The refurbished laptop I got here has been the best most reliable computer I have had.I was looking for a new laptop for work recently. For some reason I purchased a laptop from a big box store knowing in the back of my mind I should just go to re machines. I ended up returning two computers in the span of three weeks because I was having issues straight out the gate.so I returned it and just bought a another refurbished computer and I’m so happy with my decision. Their prices are also really fair and you get a 90 day warranty it’s only 25 extra for a year warranty. If you don’t want to spend 1,000 plus dollars on a top of the line new computer you are way better off buying a refurbished one here than you are a mid range to low end brand new computer. I can’t reccomend them enough

I bought my computer from Best Buy in 2019 and have had nothing but problems with it. I have taken it to Geek Squad numerous times for various problems and they are unable to resolve the problem. The final straw came when I worked with Geek Squad over the phone for 3 hours trying to figure out why my laptop camera was not working. They could not find the missing drivers. I researched local computer repair, found Remachines, and worked with Boa. She looked at my laptop and found a button that needed to be turned on. Problem resolved. Thank you Boa, for providing personable and thorough service! I cant wait to drop Geek Squad service and tell them why.

I tried everything I could find online and it didnt look like there were any options left besides wiping it and starting over (and Id lose all my data). The geniuses at Remachines first tried to walk me through some things over the phone, and when I finally took it in they were able to fix it for a mere $45! No lost data! Im so grateful for their prompt and friendly service!

I have been to this Remachines many times and every time they have done my right. They have a very competent staff on hand who are helpful throughout the whole experience. The pricing they adhere to is very fair. I went through a bit of trial and error before I found this place, with one repair shop breaking my computer further. They were able to fix and I have been with them every since. They take pride in fixing your computer and I cannot recommend them higher. This is a very good place to get your computer fixed.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable with my hard-drive that went out -- although they were not able to fix it or recover the data, they were able to send me on to a data restoration company and with a coupon at that!They also replaced a broken laptop screen for a very reasonable price and very quickly (even with having to order the screen)!I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of computer repairs issues.

The technician did everything possible to replicate the crashing issue I needed fixed, and though unsuccessful at that eliminated hardware as a cause, which I could not do alone. They fixed my stuck modem in less than 5 minutes, after I spent the better part of three days, trying many the the step-by-step instructions from YouTube. And went above and beyond to help with my bad day. When I went to leave, my car was dead, one of there employees, offered to jump my car. I tried several times to offer payment, and she wouldnt take anything! The also recycle many computers/electronics, and sell rebuilt computers/screens at a great price!

I took my laptop to them to be cleanup asbit was running slow and had alot of malware. I expected to leave it for 24-48 hours, but it was ready to go in a couple of hours. Pricing was clearly explained ahead of time and when I picked up the machine, the work completed was thoroughy explained as well. In the past I have also purchased used lap top computers and they have always worked well. I appreciate the service and will be back in the future!

I came to Remachines due to reading a review about a custom built water cooling PC that was fixed quickly and efficiently. After bringing in my custom built water cooling PC, it was there for about 2 weeks, 2 nonfunctioning radiators were removed and I was asked to come pick up my still non functioning pc and to pay $200 for the work they did. Staff stated that they had spent too much time on the computer and would not put anymore time into it, despite me willing to wait as long as it would take.During the 2 weeks my computer was at Remachines, every few days I would recieve a phone call from staff updating me on where they were at or what the next steps were. I was told the same information multiple times. I was patient and willing to pay more to have my rig fixed, but Remachines refused to work on the computer.I find it incredibly inappropriate to turn away a customer because the project took too much time

I love the new location, its super convenient to eastsiders (like me). It took me 3 minutes to get there, park in their lot (off-street parking = awesome!!) and drop off my computer. Nate diagnosed the problem with my parents computer (it was basically dead) and recommended some replacements. Then he helped recover all the files off of it, so we could move them to their new computer. Great service and great new location!

$40 for a diagnostic, what a joke. Unprofessional and bad socials skills on their part and the guy seemed angry when I told him my computer was still freezing after they “fixed it”. Very messy too, go to ubreakit, I fix and they have a free diagnostic and way better staff.
