Ive worked at Smart Solutions, Inc. for a year and a half, and I love it! Smart is great to their employees, and they are very honest with their office staff and consultants (from Project Managers to technology professionals). Everything we do is centered around our consultants, which makes Smart a wonderful place to work!

Smart Solutions is an outstanding company. They keep in touch with you even after they have placed you with a client. Most companies forget about you once you have accepted an offer but they did not. They make you feel so important and make sure you are comfortable in your new position. I recommend Smart Solutions to everyone in Madison. They have indeed built their reputation and their actions speak for themselves. I had to move back to Chicago and unfortunately had to leave Smart. It was one of the toughest decisions of my life. I have NOTHING negative to state about Smart.
