I worked with Noah throughout my repair and he was very useful, polite, and professional. When searching for a place to repair my laptop (hardware) one place didnt make it very convenient and the other basically said I had a cheap laptop and should just purchase a new one. There was one mishap during the process that was in no way Computer Concepts fault but Noah went above what was expected.In the end, it was a quick turn around and I found their prices competitive/reasonable!

My experience with computer concepts was, unfortunately, terrible. After a house fire at my home, I took my computer to computer concepts to recover the data (personal photos and videos). They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.

Rick replaced my failed hard drive, and recovered and loaded all of my data in short turnaround at an incredibly reasonable cost. Rick is professional, friendly, and skilled. I highly recommend Computer Concepts, my new preferred provider for my companys tech needs.

I ended up having to pick up my computer before they could fix it up. They did fully refund me for not delivering in the time they promised and offered a sincere apology. Sounds like it was out of character for them.
