I bought my wedding dress from Veras Bridal and had it altered by Ruth! It’s a difficult decision when deciding who to trust for alterations, but Ruth is by far the best! She added a bustle and hemmed my dress all for a very reasonably price. I was traveling out of town so I needed to have my dress finished within 1.5 weeks and she made it happen! There was also a small stain on the back of my dress and she worked with Klinke Cleaners (next door) to remove the stain within 24hrs! Ruth is efficient, friendly, professional, and I highly highly encourage anyone to go to her!

Ruth is brilliant!! She completely fixed (and improved) my wedding dress I got from Veras. My sister and mom also altered dresses with Ruth and they were every bit as impressed! My sister is planning to have her own wedding dress altered here as well. Ruth is friendly, professional, responsive, and flexible. We are so impressed and grateful for her!

Priced right. Alterations and repairs were done right. Wish they would have noticed a nMissing snap.

I had a new zipper put in my winter coat. I battled with the zipper almost since the day I got it back. The zipper doesn’t go together.When I took the coat back, they fixed it almost immediately. They had it ready the next day to pick up. They put a better zipper on the coat For no charge!

Took a pair of cargo pants in to get hemmed for work and they were able to do them overnight for me. The turn around was very quick for what I needed and they were very courteous. For the basic hemming was $18.00 which didnt seem to outrageous to me for this quick work.

Would not recommend them. They use very cheap materials. I recently had the zipper replaced on my winter coat and it splits just as often as my old zipper because it is cheap and doesn’t fit together well. Since it’s winter and I need my coat, I am reminded daily as I wrestle to get the zipper to fit together that I basically threw away $40+.I should have read reviews before stopping in since it appears others have had issues with their cheap zippers as well... also, the woman who took my coat originally was somewhat rude. Even more reason to not go back.

Great place to get clothes repaired at reasonable rates, and they do fantastic work, i highly recommend them.

Took a down jacket in with a broken zipper and busted button. Both were replaced and blend right in. Friendly and courteous, and reasonably priced.
