Dropped off my runner rug and was quoted a price and time. She said it would be a few days and I stopped in a week later to check. They said it would be two more weeks. I said ok no problem but that I was quoted $11 and wanted to be sure they honor it. She said she would apply a coupon so I said ok. Came to pick it up and they charged me $16.80 saying that was after the coupon. The lady was not nice at all and said rugs can be iffy because the size varies. I said I brought the rug in and the quote should be honored. I said I would pay it but I am not happy because the decision to clean or just get rid of it and buy another was based on price. She charge d my card and very snotty said to have a nice weekend. Based on principle and honoring a quote they should have stuck with their price. I see this is a chain operation and you are allowing someone to give you a bad name. Very rude and poor business to not honor your own quote and expect someone to pay a different amount because your own employee is improperly trained.

Had a wedding. Took suit to be dry cleaned. They called said suit was done and i can pick up. I live 30 minutes from town. Went and picked up suit. Took suit home, hung it up for 2 days until wedding. Went to put suit on and they had left out the jacket. Called and lady said oh ya we have your jacket here that we found yesterday......granted i didnt check to see that all pieces were there myself at time of pick up, but this is what they do....dry clean....so why wouldnt they have kept it all together for one and for two why would you not call me when you found the jacket instead of waiting for me to find out the hard way? Girl at counter knew nothing of how items were cleaned either. Invest in your business and learn about it as a whole. Make up for mistakes. Take care of people.

From the drop off to pick up, we were very impressed with the customer service. The clerk who accepted my drop off was very helpful, explaining what might happen during the cleaning process and also that it might take a few days more than the date printed on my receipt. I received my notification email so quickly I was afraid it was an error. When we arrived to pick up, the clerk opened our car door and actually looked for the hook to hang the item in the car. The cost of the cleaning was very reasonable. We were very happy with the whole process and will definitely be using Nu Yale for future needs.

The employee that I interacted with had no sense of urgency. The store has a 2 day turn around, minimum. I am in town for an unexpected funeral and really wish I would have known this before making a trip over. I hope the culture of this business changes.

I am thoroughly impressed by your services. Very attentive and friendly staff. Top-notch cleaning; all clothing returned in the best condition. Always notified if a shirt is ripped or missing buttons when it arrives. I will continue to use Nu-Yale.

They are a good local establishment but their prices are a little extreme I took a fitted sheet to have a corner sewn and I thought the price was a bit much

I sent a formal dress to be cleaned they knew it was for a wedding told me it would return wen.even said it on my receipt but did not get it till late fry. was not coming till sat. said they would make it right with me but didnt my return receipt said due sat cant have a fitting now will never use again and my family used to use them not no more

Anyone that uses shills to boost their Google ratings obviously cannot be trusted.***Took my Armani suit and my late fathers down winter coat I still wear occasionally to the Madison location. Everything seemed fine when I got them back, but a month or so later when I actually opened my fathers coat, there was a large area of burn/melt on the inside collar where the hanger met the material. When I called and told them that they ruined something that was my fathers that I could never replace, they were quick to get an attitude and blame the material instead of the place they send it to. This coat was hundreds of dollars new and is dryclean only, so I dont know why the dozen or so other times I sent it to other cleaners it came back fine but nu yale burnt it.After a lot of bad noise, I dont even get my $15 back that they swindled me out of and they wont stop sending me spam email even though Ive tried to remove myself from the list. On top of that, my dead fathers coat is one of the few things I have to remember him by, and its ruined- without a care from nu yale. I will NEVER give them my business or tell anyone to do business here. In all honesty, I wouldnt be sad if this place was wiped by a meteor. Too bad theres no zero star option or meteor button...Edit: I also find it pathetic that they felt the need to use fake accounts here in their reviews to boost their rating, when all the real accounts and certified local guides give them horrible reviews.

I had a very positive experience. I had one item that had a spot on it after it came back, and Nu-Yale sent it back to be re-cleaned. I got it back with no spot on the item. Thank you Nu-Yale for your professional services. Top job!!!!

Horrible experience! I handed in a brand new coat to have appliques destroyed and/or removed from the sleeves. I received a message saying they do not believe they were responsible for any damage, claiming it must be the manufacturers fault. I will never use their services and recommend you avoid this store unless you are fine with having your items ruined.
