Alex, the owner of the business took our call for same day service. All of his techs were assigned to jobs, so he can out an hour later to clean 1500 sq ft of carpet. The job was done in an hour and a half and he left us with some great maintenance tips for caring for our carpet until he comes the next time. Friendly, Efficient, Professional - and really works! I got the couch upholstery cleaning service. I live in an apartment so they could not use the cleaning machine from their van, but that was not a problem. They used pet specific cleanup supplies for a dog stain and it lifted right out! Overall the couch is back to its original bright color and smelled great. Definitely planning to use again on a regular basis to keep soft furniture looking and smelling fresh.

Alex and his assistant did a fantastic job. We had the carpets cleaned a few years ago by another company. The job that Alex did was drastically better. The carpeting practically looks brand new. The price was around half of what we paid several years ago. Alex was professional, courteous and affective. We will be repeat customers.Another positive aspect of the experience was the communication. There wasn’t a “window” when the work would be done (I.e a three hour window like between 8-11) the work started exactly when planned at 8:30 AM. There were several helpful text reminders including a hyperlink to a FAQ on how to prep ahead of time and what to expect.I can’t really give any suggestions for improvement. All my expectations were exceeded!

They were able to fit us in for a last minute cleaning for an open house. They did a great job on our hallway and breezeway carpets. They communicated their arrival time very well, the only problem we had is we missed the initial call saying they would be early. He took good care of the furniture and even provided a high powered fan to help speed up the drying time. It is rare to come across the level of service he offers. There is no overpowering chemical odor when he is finished and the drying time is minimal. His rates are reasonable and he is reliable.
