I have used them for years. Ive tried 2 other companies and there is no comparison. I used to have them out once a year,. Life got hectic and I think it had been 2. Anyways, I was thinking of replacing all the carpet upstairs but after they cleaned it, it looks brand new. Before it always looked good but I never had stains. This time, I had sooo many stains. They worked until they got them all out. Im so happy, I cannot believe how it looks brand new! Highly recommend!
