I was very pleased with the service at the Madison hwy 51 Car Wash USA Express on April 13, 2021. I dont remember the name of the employee who assisted me. However, she was professional and had impeccable customer skills. I will be coming back again to have my car serviced at this location. I am a satisfied customer.

I had trouble putting my car in neutral and the 2 young people that worked here were just AMAZING! So sweet and patient! I can not say enough great things about this car wash!

Worst car wash is America! This place is not set up to wash a car properly much less detail one. There is no brushes or bug remover so you can get the bugs off of your car and when you ask the employees to do it they don’t act like they have time and when they finally do it they do a terrible job. Save your money! This place sucks!!

The self service pre wash station were not open they did let me go to the line after my initial wash didnt get it done.

Manager on a power trip!! I told him before getting in line that my debit card was stolen and I gave him my new card. He told me to proceed to the gate and then directed cars behind me. Sure enough. when I got to the gate my subscription had expired and instead of letting me go through, he made me and the other cars back up. I asked him to just let me go through while he took the new card. He was very rude and would not allow me. He said he was the general manager and said he was going to reprimand “his” employees when I said the old manager let me through just once when my card was stolen a year or two before. Yes, I was a long term customer. I must not be the right looking person for this guy.

The wash never gets the soap completely off your vehicle. Since the new ownership removed the wash brushes, we will be canceling our family membership! They have asked their staff to use wash brushes and it is an absolute joke! Save your money and find another car wash!

One of my favorite locations to go to for a quick wash. It does a great job, and the staff are always helpful.

I kept thinking they were having a bad day here, but I finally decided today to give up. The last several times I have gone there, many of the vacuums were not working and many times I had to wait for an attendant. I discovered over the weekend that a piece of trim from my windshield was missing. I tried to call them but no one ever answered. I decided to stop by but couldn’t find anyone working for several minutes. Someone finally told me to go to my car and he would check. After several minutes and noticing no one was in line to wash their car, I realized he was working on something and had totally forgotten me. Lots of competition, don’t have to wait at the others and the one closer to my house is cheaper,

Half of the time I use this Location some piece of equipment is not working. The attendant seems to always have an attitude also.

Asked for my receipt and she said I have to walk over there and its too far !!

Despite a nozzle or two appearing to be nonfunctional Ive gotten a good clean vehicle out of it. Vacuum cleaners are in fairly good condition. Itd be a three star but, for the convenience

Disappointed with this place. The vacuums are not well maintained. The back of my mid-size SUV is always covered with soap when it finishes despite paying for the upper tier package.

After paying and getting my receipt the arm on the gate came down on my car (that I just bought last month) knocking a sign off that was attached to it. It left a nick on my hood. The manager was not on site but spoke with me on the phone. He told me to bring my car in so he could paint it himself and argued with me when I told him I felt more comfortable taking it to a body shop. I would expect a little more professionalism.*edited to say that I had my paint repaired by a local body shop, and I did not attempt to pursue reimbursement. A manager contacted me to let me know that after reviewing the footage he determined they were not at fault because because I “rushed” the arm. The arm never came down after the vehicle in front of me, but I paid and had time to wait for my receipt and then drive forward before it came down. I had no clue it would come down nor did I even think I’d have to sit and wait for it to come down after I’ve already paid and received a receipt. I’m not sure if my paint would’ve even been nicked if there wasn’t a sign attached to the arm. Nonetheless, he was rude, argumentative and unprofessional. He talked poorly about his employee who was there at the time (who was actually very responsive and as helpful as he could be) by saying that he was “young and didn’t do a good job explaining what happened”. The whole experience really left a bad taste in my mouth and it’s led me to believe that they’re untrustworthy. It’s a shame bc that’s the car wash my husband and I have always used!

This car wash has changed hands a few times. It ripped my rear windshield wiper off my car. I went back after I realized it and they were not able to find it. They told me to buy a new one and they would pay for half of it. They are kind enough to give you a paper towel since the car wash does not completely dry your car. They have vacuums that are free to use after your wash. Also, be prepared to be hounded about signing up for a monthly membership.

I like getting my car washed here. Its convenient. But Im still wondering how a car bumped me from behind inside the car wash

After a $14.00 carwash, I still had pink soap on the front of my car! I had some dirt on the left by the gas tank as well.....

Don’t ever use this place!! I’m in the process of contacting the BBB! I have been trying to cancel 2 monthly services for a year now! They won’t stop billing my account. Even though they show I cancelled back last August of 2018!! Stay away from this place!!!!

This past Christmas (2016) I went in search of an automated carwash and made the mistake of stopping by what was then called Four Seasons car wash. I drive a Chevy Tahoe with a bug guard on the front of the hood. I should say it used to have a bug guard. One trip through the wash and it was ripped right off. I know car washes typically treat aftermarket equipment as a wash at your own risk scenario, however a bug guard doesnt really change the vehicles profile at all. Its also not something that I could have removed.As if the property damage wasnt enough, the wash didnt even clean the truck all that well. I immediately brought the damage to their attention and was told that theyd review the tapes and get it back to me. I left my phone number with the understanding that theyd review the incident and call me. They never initiated contact. Over the next several months I repeatedly had to call and email to find out the status of my claim. I was given every excuse in the book why the owner couldnt call me, including everything from illness, vacation, marriage, and store inventory.They continued to give me the runaround for months until they finally processed my claim. Rather than send me the check as I had requested, they sent it to a nearby Chevy dealer. Apparently they picked the dealer from one of the many repair estimates I had sent in, however they neglected to inform the dealer (or me) of their decision. Thankfully the dealership was able to find my check and I eventually got the bug shield repaired.In summary, the wash left my truck dirty and the customer service left me frustrated and exhausted.

Took a new truck in for a quick wash it didnt even get the hood or roof clean it had been scrubbed with their provided cleaner for bugs and the bugs are still there, just smeared a little more than before going through. I miss 4 Seasons being there instead of this rip off company with no valid phone number to be found

Overall good car wash, but a bit tight to maneuver through the parking lot if you have a big vehicle. This location has always been pretty busy when I’ve been here, so I’ll usually go to the one further down 51. Fortunately the monthly pass works at all locations!

I went to this carwash after a very long working Saturday really needing to wash and vacuum my car. Even though it was three minutes until they closed, they still serviced me and allowed me to sign up for the $35 a month unlimited premium wash special. They are nice folks with a terrific deal!

Good carwash, always someone there to help if you need it. Fast, too. They also have brushes for tires and vaccums for the inside and they are free!

I went there yesterday to get my car washed and vacuumed. First there was so soap in the Car scrub buckets that you would use prior to entering the car wash, then we went through the car wash itself which was fine. When we pulled around to the vacuums we pulled to two different vacuums and neither worked. When I went to the attendant he checked them and then told me they were on, but he guessed the motors had died in both the vacuum machines I tried (on two different machines). Needless to say he was no help. I was pretty bummed and will not be returning. In all the years this facility has been open it has really gone down hill.

Very disappointed. My car was left with a film of dirt on the hood as well as the trunk. Didn’t even pay for the cheapest wash which isn’t cheap. When I pulled up to go through, the guy handed me a blue rag and told me that the wash was broken at the end and I would have to drive through when the buzzer sounded. I’m guessing the blue rag was to wipe the excess soap that hadn’t been rinsed completely off as well as the film of dirt on the front and back of my car. The trash cans were overflowing when I vacuumed my car so I had to walk back and forth to a trash can far away. Convenient store gas stations are honestly better than this one when it comes to actually cleaning the car.

Terrible customer service. The 2nd set of brushes werent working, when asked about it, the employer was rude and unapologetic. Still ended up paying for 2 rounds of wash when I got only 1 round. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Reasonable prices and they also give you a free shammy for drying and detailing your ride along with free vacuum.

I have always used this Carwash because it is right by the Kroger I go to, but after today, I never will go here again. There is paint missing all over my car, certain spots look like hail hit my car, and part of the blue big spinners in the car wash stuck in the door handles of my car. The emloyee working at the time was obviously young, and playing on his phone so I just left. I didnt really notice the small hail looking spots & stuff hanging from m6 door handles until I got to Kroger. Livid is an understatement. I drive a 2016 SUV, there is no reason as to why my car should look like this.

I just wanted to knock the pollen and dirt off the vehicle, it did that for 7 dollars.

I drive a GMC Yukon. The back of my vehicle never gets cleaned because no part of the wash cleans the flat back of an SUV. I have asked the attendents to please clean the back of my vehicle with a brush before I go in and all they do is sometimes spray it a little. When this was 4 Seasons car wash they would you use a long handled brush and clean off the back before I entered the wash. Disappointed.

This car wash was supposed to open at 9am on a sunday. Cones away from entrance but not from across wash lanes at 910. This was rough on mirrors.
