Ive got to know several of the individuals who work at the Infiniti dealership over the past month and they all have been wonderful. I believe each of them deserve some form of recognition, so Id like to take a few moments to thank each of them so you can know what to expect and what Ive experienced.I had issues with my last car, so I got to know Trent and Mike quite well. Trent was extremely knowledgable and easy to deal with. I fully appreciated his forwardness and kindness. Mike from the service shop likewise was very straightforward and knowledgable. He definitely wanted to get my car working. At the end of the day, my g37 was toast from some uncommon problem and Trent kindly directed me to Gregg.Gregg sold me my new Q50 and he was great. He treated my extremely well and fairly. It was a great experience and Gregg went above and beyond my expectations.Long story short, these guys care. They are friendly and great to deal with. Gregg was immediately available for me when I found the used car I wanted online. He was friendly and knowledgeable about everything the truck has to offer. He and Anthony worked diligently with the finance company to get me approved, which is always a little extra work because I’m self-employed. Gregg even made himself accessible to me on his day off. First off I would like to say a huge thanks to the Zimbrick Infiniti service team. We had an issue with our QX56 and had it towed there on a Saturday night. Called Monday morning and spoke with Kyle, which already had a little information about what was going on with the vehicle. They were very prompt and listened to my needs for the vehicle. Got a call a few hours later about what was wrong. There prices were very good and less than what I was expecting. Now, before we moved here, I was a service advisor so I know these parts and labor pretty well so I would know if I was trying to be taken advantage of and I totally did not. We got a loaner vehicle, which was awesome since we live in Columbus. Kyle was had very good communication skills which is key in this industry. I really appreciate getting my wifes vehicle back in a quick turn around. The biggest bonus was that they washed and vacuumed our vehicle. Im was very impressed and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them for service. Thanks a bunch!

I can’t share enough kudos to Gregg and the rest of the team at Zimbrick Infiniti. As a first-time car buyer and a young woman with her dad hours away, I was intimidated going into the car buying process. I definitely agree with all of the stellar reviews on Tim Brickner. Best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process was effortless and efficient. Most salesmen ignore my requests to communicate via email. It is hard for me to answer my phone during the work day. He honored this request and answered ALL of my questions via email - thoroughly and honestly. Zimbrick as a company was able to secure financing/interest rate that other dealers could not. He even sent a handwritten thank-you card! We will definitely be going back in the future.

I took my QX4 in for a brake issue, spent $400 and it did not fix the problem!!!

He has gone the extra mile whenever needed to make something go smoothly, keeping me at the center of his service. I cant remember any previous purchase experiences that compared.. My most recent service, I needed an early morning appointment with a loaner car which were both easily accommodated. Im always in and out in less about 5 minutes tops.I have purchased and serviced numerous vehicles at other dealerships in the Madison area, and I can honestly say NO ONE comes remotely close to the quality of service provided by everyone at Zimbrick Infiniti of Madison. They charged $200 just to tell me whats wrong with the car. Plus another $120 for a simple headlight socket change (10 min work).

I have had to have several things repaired on an Infiniti 2005 FX35 over the past year. Kyle was amazing to work with, and was always timely with his quotes and responses. They were up-front with me about what work needed to be done immediately, and what could wait for a while. I even called a competitor in the Madison area that specialized in import car repair to get a comparable quote, and they said that Zimbrick Infiniti was a great place with reasonable prices, and since my car was already there, he would recommend letting them do the work. I would highly recommend them. I recently moved out of state and needed to get more work done that was previously quoted at Zimbrick, and I could not remember the dollar amount they had quoted, and Kyle called me back and emailed the pricing so I could do a comparison to what other places are wanting to charge in my new state.

Outstanding service!

I went in for the first time to get an oil change and to have them check out a few items on my G37. Specifically I asked them to make sure to fill up my washer fluid, which they forgot to do, even though its standard procedure when doing an oil change according to them. I also asked them to adjust my passenger window to fix a whistling sound that happens when I travel fast on the highway. Instead of doing that they just told me that its normal for convertibles to whistle on the highway, which is ridiculous to say. Finally, I wanted to get some new wiper blades, which they later determined that they dont have... An Infiniti dealership that doesnt have G37 wipers?? Overall, I expected more out of an Infiniti dealership, and normally I wouldnt take the time to write a review like this, but I felt compelled. Two stars, and probably wont use them again despite being the only Infiniti dealership in town.

They are honest. They dont try to jack up prices on unnecessary work.

Horrible experience. New Infiniti QX30 that has had nothing but issues and Zimbrick never knows what’s wrong or how to fix the multitude of problems and they refuse to stand behind the product!!!
